Description

Automobile emergency oxygen supply system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of vehicle safety equipment, and particularly relates to an automobile emergency oxygen supply system.
Background
In recent years, disastrous accidents such as rainstorms and floods have frequently occurred. When a vehicle travels in a tunnel, overpass, or other low-lying section, flooding of the vehicle with a flood may occur. In this case, the driver or passenger may be unfortunately dead in the vehicle because the oxygen in the vehicle is exhausted. Furthermore, it would be advantageous to provide emergency oxygen to passengers in a vehicle to opportunistically wait for rescue in the event of a vehicle overboard situation.
One solution in the prior art consists in providing the backrest and the seat-cushion with inflatable layers, which are inflated by an inflatable ball via associated valves. When the automobile falls into water, the air is inflated by opening the relevant valve, and the automobile can float on the water surface by virtue of the buoyancy of the seat cushion for self rescue. However, in non-rainy seasons, especially dry seasons in northern areas, the use of a backrest and a seat cushion provided with an air-filled layer in a vehicle may reduce the comfort of a ride as compared to a conventional seat made of genuine leather or cloth, while also significantly affecting the aesthetic appearance of the interior of the vehicle.
Another prior art solution includes providing left and right air bladders on either side of a headrest sleeve of a vehicle seat, which are connected to an air reservoir. When the vehicle falls into water or soaks the accident, the passenger can take off the headrest and cover on one's body to start the switch and inflate the buoyancy bag rapidly, so that the floating in the water carries out self-rescue. It can be seen that this solution has a certain space requirement for both sides of the headrest sleeve of the vehicle seat, thus requiring a specific design of the vehicle seat space, thereby having an effect on the overall spatial arrangement of the vehicle interior.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention proposes a technical solution that combines comfort and oxygen supply in an emergency situation of a vehicle seat, while having no special requirements for a vehicle seat space.
An emergency oxygen supply system for a motor vehicle, comprising a vehicle seat, wherein the vehicle seat comprises a backrest and a seat cushion, and the backrest and the seat cushion are designed as a detachable structure, whereby in rainy seasons the backrest and/or the seat cushion can be exchanged from a conventional backrest and/or seat cushion with compressed air therein.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the backrest and the seat cushion are fixed to respective positions in the vehicle, and there is no connecting mechanism between the two at the joint.
According to one aspect of the invention, the seat cushion is removably secured within the vehicle, thereby being capable of being removed for use as a float for a passenger in the event of a flood accident.
According to one aspect of the invention, the backrest is removably secured within the vehicle so as to be removable for use as a float for a passenger in the event of a flood accident.
According to one aspect of the invention, the backrest and/or the seat cushion with compressed air are based on the submersible compressed air tank principle.
According to one aspect of the invention, the compressed air is high oxygen air.
According to one aspect of the invention, an oxygen mask based on the diving oxygen mask principle is provided in the armrest area of the vehicle seat, which oxygen mask is connected to the backrest and/or the seat cushion with compressed air via a hose.
According to one aspect of the invention, an oxygen mask based on the principle of aircraft oxygen masks is provided in the roof of the vehicle at the top of each passenger's head, said oxygen mask being connectable to the backrest and/or the seat cushion with compressed air by means of a hose.
According to one aspect of the invention, the oxygen mask may be manually removed by the passenger or automatically ejected by the passenger pressing a button when a flood accident occurs.
According to one aspect of the invention, a valve is provided on the hose between the backrest and/or seat cushion with compressed air and the connected oxygen mask to regulate the amount of gas supplied.
In the invention, by designing the backrest and the seat cushion of the automobile seat into a separable structure, the backrest and/or the seat cushion can be replaced by a conventional backrest and/or seat cushion with compressed air in the backrest and/or seat cushion in rainy season, so that oxygen can be provided for passengers in the automobile on the one hand and floating objects can be provided for passengers in the automobile on the other hand in the case of drowning or flooding of the automobile, and therefore, the survival probability of the passengers is obviously improved. In addition, the backrest and seat cushion of the car seat can be changed back to the conventional form in non-rainy season, thereby maintaining the comfort and aesthetic property of the conventional seat.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an exemplary embodiment of an automotive emergency oxygen supply system.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. This description is given by way of example only and is not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an exemplary embodiment of the emergency oxygen supply system for a vehicle of the present invention includes a backrest 1 and a seat cushion 2 of a vehicle seat designed as separable structures, whereby either or even both of the backrest 1 and the seat cushion 2 can be replaced with a backrest and a seat cushion having compressed air therein in rainy season. In seasons without frequent rain, for example, in northern areas except summer, the backrest and the seat cushion of the car seat can maintain conventional materials and styles, for example, the genuine leather material and the corresponding style of the seat, so that passengers cannot use the special seat filled with compressed air all the year around due to flood prevention and certain comfort and aesthetic property are sacrificed.
Specifically, the backrest 1 and the seat cushion 2 may be separately manufactured and formed, respectively, and fixed to corresponding positions in the vehicle interior. When only the seat cushion 2 can be replaced from a conventional seat cushion to a seat cushion with compressed air therein, the seat cushion is detachably fixed in the vehicle. For example, the seat cushion is detachably fixed in the vehicle by a screw connection, a snap connection, or the like so as to be easily detached and reattached when replacement is required. Similarly, when only the backrest 1 can be replaced from a conventional backrest with a backrest with compressed air therein, this backrest is detachably fixed in the vehicle. For example, the backrest is detachably fixed in the vehicle by a screw connection, a snap connection, or the like, so as to be easily detachable and remounted when replacement is required. In case of a flood accident, the seat cushion or backrest with compressed air therein can be easily detached by the passenger and used as a float of the passenger in the water.
Further, it is also conceivable that both the backrest and the seat cushion are detachably fixed in the vehicle and can be easily replaced with the backrest and the seat cushion with compressed air therein; in this case, on the one hand, more oxygen reserve can be made available to the passengers, and on the other hand, larger water floats can be obtained.
In the present invention, since the backrest and/or the seat cushion itself are already filled with the compressed air, it is not necessary to provide a separate air tank and inflate the backrest and/or the seat cushion when necessary, as in the prior art. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention is simpler and the operation is simpler.
It should be noted that the joint between the backrest 1 and the seat cushion 2 may be free of any connecting mechanism for the sake of easy disassembly, and the two are merely juxtaposed. Alternatively, for reasons of stability of installation or for reasons of aesthetics, an easily detachable connection mechanism, such as a snap-fit connection or a hook and loop type adhesive, may be provided between the backrest 1 and the seat cushion 2. It is clearly clear that any connection mechanism between the backrest 1 and the seat cushion 2 cannot impede the removal and replacement of one or both. In the particular case where both the backrest and the seat-cushion are removable, it is preferred that there is a connection mechanism between the backrest and the seat-cushion to provide the float as a unit for the passenger to use after being removed.
In order to perfect the function of the backrest and/or the seat-cushion as a float for the passenger in the water, it is conceivable to provide the backrest and/or the seat-cushion with means for fixing the body of the passenger, for example a rope. When the passenger uses the backrest and/or the seat cushion as a floater in water, he can fasten the detached backrest and/or seat cushion to himself by a rope, thereby achieving the purpose of floating without having to hold the backrest and/or seat cushion with great force in water.
In the present invention, the backrest and/or the seat cushion with compressed air are based on the principle of a submersible compressed air tank. That is, generally, the backrest and/or the seat cushion are filled with purified, compressed, and dried ordinary air mainly containing four fifths of nitrogen and one fifth of oxygen. Accordingly, the material of the backrest and/or the seat cushion should be selected to be suitable for containing compressed air while fulfilling the daily basic support function of the backrest and/or the seat cushion. For example, the backrest and/or the seat cushion are made of the same or similar material as the submersible compressed air tank. Furthermore, the material of the backrest and/or the seat cushion should be selected to be suitable for floating in flood water for self-rescue of passengers.
In addition to ordinary air, it is also conceivable to fill the backrest and/or the seat cushion with highly oxygen air, i.e. air with an oxygen content of more than one fifth. In this way, in the event that the vehicle is flooded with a sudden flood, more oxygen supply can be provided to the passengers, thereby extending the time to wait for rescue.
Referring again to fig. 1, the car seat of the present invention further comprises an armrest portion 3, in which an oxygen mask based on the principle of a diving oxygen mask may be provided, which is connected with the backrest and/or the seat cushion with compressed air by means of a hose. When a flood accident happens, the passenger can manually take out the oxygen mask stored in the armrest part 3, or a corresponding button is arranged at the armrest part 3, and the oxygen mask can be automatically popped up by pressing the button. The passenger then wears an oxygen mask on the face to breathe the compressed air stored in the backrest and/or seat cushion.
Alternatively, an oxygen mask based on the aircraft oxygen mask principle can be provided in the vehicle roof at the top of each passenger's head, which oxygen mask can be connected to the backrest and/or the seat cushion with compressed air by means of a hose. For example, in the event of a flood accident, the passenger may manually remove the oxygen mask stored in a chamber on the roof of the vehicle, or a corresponding button may be provided on the roof of the vehicle, which button the passenger presses to automatically eject. The oxygen masks may be connected with corresponding hoses for connection by passengers to the backrest and/or the seat cushion with compressed air.
In both cases, a valve can be provided on the hose between the oxygen mask and the backrest and/or seat cushion with compressed air, in order to adjust the amount of gas supplied by the passenger on his own.
In conclusion, the invention provides an automobile emergency oxygen supply system, which can provide oxygen supply for personnel in an automobile when the automobile is submerged by flood, so that more time is provided for rescuers, and the life safety of the personnel in the automobile is protected with higher probability. For example, by wearing an oxygen mask using compressed air in the back and/or seat cushion, passengers may continue to survive for about an hour with oxygen depleted in the cabin, thereby striving for more time for rescue. Of course, this survival time will vary somewhat with the depth of the flood and the respiratory system of the individual passengers.
In addition, if the passenger in the car is under diving or professional swimming training, he can also detach the backrest and/or the seat cushion with compressed air therein in the car and wear the oxygen mask connected thereto, while opening the car door or breaking the glass of the car with a safety hammer, so as to swim to a safe place to save oneself by using the backrest and/or the seat cushion as floating objects on the one hand and breathing the compressed air therein on the other hand in the water. In extreme cases, even if the passenger in the vehicle has not received diving or professional swimming training, he can detach the backrest and/or the seat-cushion with compressed air and fasten it to himself by means of fastening means, such as a rope, on the backrest and/or the seat-cushion and carry the oxygen mask, while trying to come out of the vehicle in order to float in the water to await rescue.
The invention fully considers the comfort and the aesthetic property of the automobile seat in non-rainy season and the safety of passengers in rainy season through the separable design of the backrest and the seat cushion of the automobile seat; through providing emergent oxygen and on the other hand for the passenger in the car and providing the thing that floats, strived for the time for the rescue, shown the survival probability that has improved passenger in the car.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not to be limited thereto. Various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure, and it is intended that the scope of the present invention be defined by the appended claims.
