Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of carton paperboard manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method of a carton paperboard.
Background
A paper box is a common packaging article, and is widely used in various fields, such as a shoe box for receiving shoes or a clothes box for receiving clothes. Most of the existing common cartons are formed by assembling paperboard, the common paperboard generally comprises corrugated paper and two single-layer papers, the corrugated paper is arranged between the two single-layer papers, and the single-layer papers can be printed with patterns according to needs.
And the production of current cardboard is most to rely on the cardboard production line to realize, and the cardboard production line can pull out and bond corrugated paper on the corrugated paper scroll and the individual layer paper on two individual layer scroll, and the individual layer paper on the individual layer scroll can print the pattern as required in advance, later through cutting structure direct level cutting out a plurality of semi-manufactured goods cardboards, carry out the finish machining to semi-manufactured goods cardboard and can obtain required cardboard.
However, in the above processing method, because the semi-finished paperboard is obtained by horizontal cutting, when the paperboard with a large length difference between the upper part and the lower part needs to be obtained, the semi-finished paperboard needs to be cut correspondingly according to the longest part, and then during subsequent fine processing, the redundant parts are too much, which often generates a large amount of excess material, resulting in waste.

In some embodiments, the surface treatment comprises one or more of oiling, embossing, bronzing, UV, or localized UV treatment.
In some embodiments, the making of the two layers of single face corrugated paper comprises the following steps: and taking the corrugated paper and the second single-layer paper, and attaching and sizing the corrugated paper and the second single-layer paper.
In some embodiments, in the step a, the distance from the first offset die cut line to one side of the first pattern is 3 to 5mm, and the distance from the second offset die cut line to one side of the second pattern is 3 to 5 mm. Tests show that the initially-processed carton paperboard obtained by arranging the first staggered die cutting line and the second staggered die cutting line in the parameter range can effectively save materials to be cut while leaving enough space for finish machining.
In some embodiments, the first pattern and the second pattern have a pitch of 3 to 5 mm. Through testing, set up first pattern and second pattern in this parameter range, can conveniently leave sufficient space and carry out the finish machining, can effectively save the material that needs cut moreover.

Referring to fig. 5, the manufacture of the two-ply single face corrugated paper 30 includes the following steps: taking the corrugated paper 50 and the second single-layer paper 60, and attaching and sizing the corrugated paper 50 and the second single-layer paper 60 through a corrugated board production line to obtain two layers of single-sided corrugated paper 30.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
