the upper clamping area is uniformly provided with a plurality of welding compression structures I for compressing the long-arm inner pipe and the long-arm guide pipe so as to realize the welding of the long-arm inner pipe and the long-arm guide pipe;
and a second welding and pressing structure is arranged in the side clamping area and used for pressing the long arm outer cylinder so as to realize the welding of the long arm outer cylinder and the long arm inner pipe.
