As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the present embodiment relates to a dishwasher 100. Comprises a shell 1, a first washing assembly 21, a second washing assembly 22, a clapboard 3, a water inlet pipeline assembly 4 and a third washing assembly 23. Wherein, the inside of the shell 1 is provided with a cleaning cavity. The first and second washing modules 21 and 22 are oppositely disposed at the top and bottom positions of the housing 1. The partition plate 3 has at least one block, which is arranged on the inner wall of the shell 1 and divides the cleaning cavity into a plurality of sub-cleaning cavities. The partition 3 is provided with a water introduction pipe 31. The water introducing outlets 313 of the water introducing pipes 31 extend toward different sub-washing chambers, respectively. The water inlet pipe assembly 4 includes a water inlet connected to a water source, a second outlet 42 connected to the first outlet 41 of the first washing assembly 21, and a third outlet 43 connected to the water conduit 31 of the partition 3 (see fig. 8).
The third washing assembly 23 is adapted to be connected to at least one catchwater outlet 313. Wherein, the water inlet pipeline component 4 can be selected to comprise a water pipe connected with a water source, a water pump connected with the water pipe and the like. The water pump can drive water from the water source into the washing assembly and wash the dishes. The water outlet pipe assembly 5 may optionally include a drain pipe and a drain pump connected to the drain pipe, etc., and can collect and discharge the washed sewage in the housing 1. Although in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the partition 3 is provided as one partition, in other embodiments not shown, the partition 3 may be provided as a plurality, and each partition 3 can divide the cleaning chamber in which it is located into two sub-cleaning chambers. The first, second and third washing modules 21, 22 and 23 are preferably, but not limited to, spray arms and the like.
As can be seen from the above-mentioned technical solutions, the dishwasher 100 of the present invention is additionally provided with the third washing unit 23 and the drain line 31 is provided on the partition 3. The water diversion outlets 313 of the water diversion pipes 31 are respectively directed to different washing chambers. The third washing assembly 23 is adapted to be connected to at least one of said catchwater outlets 313. This enables the partition 3 to function both to divide the interior of the dishwasher 100 into a plurality of mutually independent areas and to be used for mounting the third washing module 23, and to introduce water from the water inlet line assembly 4 into the third washing module 23 by means of the water conduit 31 therein. When the tableware is placed in any one of the sub-cleaning cavities, an operator can connect the third washing component 23 to the water diversion outlet 313 corresponding to the third washing component, so that the two washing components in the sub-cleaning cavity can respectively spray and clean the tableware such as bowls and chopsticks from the upper direction and the lower direction, and the bowls and chopsticks in the lower cleaning cavity can be fully cleaned. The dishwasher 100 of the present invention can overcome the defect that the dishwasher 100 in the prior art cannot clean the dishes inside each sub-space more thoroughly because the partition 3 blocks the water flow of the spray arm.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water introduction pipe 31 preferably, but not limited to, includes a first passage 311 and a second passage 312. Wherein the first passage 311 communicates with the third outlet 43. The second passage 312 communicates with the first passage 311, and includes first and second ends respectively communicating with spaces at both sides of the partition 3. The first and second ends respectively form a priming outlet 313. This enables the first passage 311 to receive water in the inlet pipe assembly 4 and the second passage 312 to guide the water to the two water guide outlets 313 located at both sides of the diaphragm 3. When the third washing module 23 is connected to any one of the water introduction pipes 31, the water inlet pipe assembly 4 can supply water to the third washing module 23 through the water introduction outlet 313, thereby allowing the third washing module 23 to wash dishes in the corresponding sub-washing cavities.
In order to enable the third spray assembly to be sealingly connected to the partition 3. The third washing assembly 23 includes a spray arm and a screw cap 233. The nozzle arm is provided with a water gap 235 at the joint corresponding to the first passage 311. The end of the joint is provided with a first thread 231, and a joint sealing ring 234 is arranged between the first thread 231 and the water outlet. The gully 235 is adapted to communicate with the first passage 311. The threaded cap 233 is adapted to threadably engage the first threads 231 and seal off the spray arm. The nipple seal 234 is adapted to close off the gap between the spray arm and the second channel 312. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the joint of the third spray assembly is preferably in a truncated cone shape, and the first screw thread 231 is provided at the end of the joint having a smaller diameter, which can facilitate the user to insert the third wash assembly 23 into the partition 3. The screw cap 233 not only serves to prevent water leakage from the joint, but also to increase the diameter of the joint passing through the end of the second passage 312 when the joint is mounted on the partition plate 3, thereby preventing the third washing set 23 from being separated from the partition plate 3 due to water flow collision during the washing process.
Meanwhile, the water passing port 235 is arranged at a position close to the joint sealing ring 234, after the spray arm completes the installation action, the joint sealing ring 234 blocks a water outlet area below the water passing port 235, and the joint of the second washing component 22 is arranged in a circular truncated cone shape, so that the water diversion outlet 313 supports the joint, and the joint can be clamped through the combination of the first threads 231 and the threaded cap 233 while supporting. Through the arrangement mode, a water containing cavity can be formed between the joint sealing ring 234 and the water diversion outlet 313, water flowing out through the first channel 311 is stored in the water containing cavity and further discharged through the water passing opening 235, and meanwhile water can be effectively prevented from flowing out through the upper surface and the lower surface of the water diversion outlet 313.
Preferably, the joint may further include a second thread 232, and the second thread 232 is adapted to be threadedly coupled with an inner wall of the second channel 312, so as to securely fix the third washing unit 23 to the partition plate 3 and prevent the third washing unit 23 from shaking due to water current collision during the washing process. A sealing gasket is preferably further arranged between the threaded cap 233 and the second joint, so that the sealing performance of the joint can be further improved, and the risk of water leakage of the joint is reduced.
As another embodiment, the joint of the third washing assembly 23 may also be provided in a cylindrical shape. The second screw 232 of the joint can be screw-coupled with the inner wall of the second passage 312, thereby securely fixing the third washing unit 23 to the partition 3. The first thread 231 can be threadedly coupled to the threaded cap 233 such that the threaded cap 233 seals off the joint. Since there is little gap between the joint and the second passage 312, there is no need to provide a joint seal between the water passing opening 235 and the first thread 231 in this embodiment.
In other embodiments, the end of the joint adapted to pass through the second channel 312 may also be configured to be closed, which may simplify the user's usage flow and facilitate the sealing of the push-up joint.
In this embodiment, the dishwasher 100 further comprises an outlet conduit assembly 5. The partition plate 3 is also provided with a drain through hole 32. The first end of the drain through hole 32 communicates with the upper side of the partition plate 3. The second end of the drain through hole 32 is connected to the outlet pipe assembly 5. This allows water in the washing chamber located at the upper side of the partition 3 to enter the drain through hole 32 along the partition 3 and be drawn out by the water outlet pipe assembly 5. It is possible to prevent water remaining in the dishwasher 100 from causing bacteria to grow. Preferably, the water outlet line assembly 5 comprises a first inlet 51. The first inlet 51 includes a horizontal section extending in a horizontal direction and extending below the partition plate 3 and a vertical section extending in a vertical direction and inserted into the drain through hole 32. This makes the outlet conduit assembly 5 simple in construction and easy for the user to operate. The drain hole 32 is preferably provided at the edge of the partition 3, which allows the second outlet 42 of the outlet tube assembly 5 to be also located at the edge of the housing 1, thereby preventing the first outlet 41 of the outlet tube assembly 5 from interfering with the dishes when the partition 3 is removed.
The upper side surface of the partition plate 3 is provided in a recessed shape at a position corresponding to the drain through hole 32. This enables water falling onto the partition 3 to enter the drain through holes 32 driven by gravity, further reducing the risk of water remaining.
To facilitate cleaning of bulky dishes such as pots and pans, the partition 3 is preferably arranged to be removably attached to the inner wall of the housing 1. This enables the operator to remove the partition 3, thereby communicating the two sub-wash chambers above and below the partition 3 into a larger volume wash chamber and containing larger volume dishware. In order to facilitate the user to connect the third washing assembly 23 with the third outlet 43 of the water inlet line assembly 4, the third outlet 43 and the first passage 311 of the partition 3 are preferably inserted into each other. The partition 3 is optionally fixed to the housing 1 by fasteners, and is optionally snap-fitted to the housing 1. Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the inner wall of the housing 1 and the edge of the partition 3 are provided with a rib 11 one on each. The other is provided with a groove 33 adapted to mate with the rib 11.
Can enough strengthen the joint strength between baffle 3 and the casing 1 through the cooperation of bead 11 and recess 33, can reduce the risk that the water of baffle 3 upside falls into other sub-washing chambeies through the junction of baffle 3 with casing 1 again. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the dishwasher 100 is provided with ribs 11 on an inner wall thereof. The edge of the partition 3 is provided with a groove 33 adapted to match the ridge 11. Sealing strips 34 adapted to block the gap between the groove 33 and the rib 11 extend from the upper and lower sides of the groove 33, respectively. The sealing strips 34 can obliquely abut against the inner wall of the shell 1, and guide the water falling between the partition plate 3 and the shell 1 to the plate surface of the partition plate 3, so that the risk that the water on the upper side of the partition plate 3 falls into other sub-cleaning cavities through the connection part of the partition plate 3 and the shell 1 is further reduced. Furthermore, the sealing strip 34 increases the height of the edge of the partition 3, so that water falling onto the partition 3 does not flow down the edge of the partition 3, but passes through the drainage through hole 32 into the first inlet 51 of the outlet conduit assembly 5.
To avoid spraying water out of the third outlet 43 of the inlet conduit assembly 4 when the partition 3 is removed from the housing 1, the dishwasher 100 preferably further comprises a closure 6 (see fig. 4). The blocking piece 6 is adapted to block the third outlet 43 of the water inlet line assembly 4. Thereby allowing the first and second washing assemblies 21 and 22 to wash dishes received in the housing 1. The blocking member 6 may be selected from a plug, a cover body or a solenoid valve disposed at the third outlet 43 of the water inlet pipe assembly 4. However, the closing member 6 is preferably a lid member so that the third outlet 43 can be closed tightly and the manufacturing cost of the dishwasher 100 is not excessively increased. The connection between the third outlet 43 and the cover is preferably a threaded connection or a snap connection. For example, in this embodiment, the third outlet 43 of the water inlet pipe assembly 4 is provided with a protruding ring 431, and the cover body is provided with a buckle 61 adapted to be engaged with the protruding ring 431.
In this embodiment, the dishwasher 100 further comprises a baffle 12 arranged at the bottom of the housing 1. The deflector 12 is in communication with the outlet conduit assembly 5 and slopes downwardly in a direction approaching the outlet conduit assembly 5. This allows water falling to the bottom of the housing 1 to be driven by gravity into the outlet conduit assembly 5, further reducing the risk of water carryover. The water outlet conduit assembly 5 preferably further comprises a second inlet 52, the second inlet 52 being adapted to be connected to the baffle 1212 and to collect water falling to the bottom of the housing 1 of the dishwasher 100.
Preferably, different sub-washing chambers are selected for washing the dishes for the convenience of the user. The dishwasher 100 of the present embodiment preferably further includes a first switching element, a second switching element, a third switching element 7, and a control module. Wherein the first switch element is disposed between the first outlet 41 of the water inlet line assembly 4 and the first washing assembly 21. The second switching element is disposed between the second outlet 42 and the second washing assembly 22. The third switching element 7 is disposed between the third outlet 43 and the third washing assembly 23. The control module is connected with the first switch element, the second switch element and the third switch element 7, and can control the corresponding switch elements to perform opening or closing operation when receiving an input instruction. The first, second and third switching elements 7 are preferably, but not limited to, solenoid valves and the like. The control module may include a programmable logic control unit such as a PLC or CPU, a memory, and electronic components connected to the programmable logic control unit, etc., which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein. When a user inputs a predetermined signal representing the selection of a sub-washing chamber for washing dishes (e.g. a sub-washing chamber is selected on the operation panel of the dishwasher 100), the control module can receive the predetermined signal and send an on signal or an off signal to the first, second and third switching elements 7, respectively. The first, second and third switching elements 7 can respond to the turn-on signal or the turn-off signal, thereby enabling the designated washing component to wash the dishes.
In summary, the dishwasher 100 of the present invention can solve the problem that the dishwasher 100 in the prior art cannot thoroughly clean the dishes inside each sub-space due to the baffle 3 blocking the water flow of the spray arm, thereby providing the dishwasher 100 capable of sufficiently cleaning the dishes.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments.
