Claims (10)
1. The utility model provides a tea bar cabinet body which characterized in that includes:
the refrigerator comprises a cabinet body part (1), wherein the cabinet body part (1) is manufactured into a refrigerating box body with refrigerating and refrigerating functions through a foaming process;
the cabinet body part (1) is installed in an upper shell of the box body part (2) in a splicing mode; a water storage chamber (20) is arranged in the shell at the lower part of the box body part (2); a replaceable water storage container (251) is arranged in the water storage chamber (20);
the ice water part (3) comprises an ice water chamber (31) for refrigerating and an ice water chamber bracket (32) for supporting the ice water chamber (31);
the water heating and heat preserving table comprises a bar table part (4), wherein a water heating and heat preserving platform is arranged on the bar table part (4), and a corresponding kettle is configured on the bar table part; the top of the bar table part (4) is fixed with a bar head (42).
2. The cabinet body of the tea bar machine according to claim 1, further comprising a door body (5) having an insulating layer inside; a closed refrigeration chamber with a refrigeration function is formed between the door body (5) and the cabinet body part (1);
the inner side of the door body (5) is provided with a groove structure, and a door seal (51) matched with the cabinet body part (1) is embedded and installed in the groove structure.
3. The cabinet for a tea bar machine according to claim 1, wherein the ice water chamber (31) comprises:
the ice water bucket (311), the said ice water bucket (311) is made of metal material with good heat conductivity;
an ice water evaporator (312), wherein the ice water evaporator (312) is wound on the periphery of the ice water bucket (311);
the heat insulation sleeve (313), the heat insulation sleeve (313) wraps the periphery of the ice water evaporator (312);
a temperature sensor (314) for collecting the temperature of the water inside the water ice bucket (311), the temperature sensor (314) being suspended inside the water ice bucket (311);
the water inlet and outlet pipeline (33), the water inlet and outlet pipeline (33) is connected with a waterway system of the tea bar machine;
and the evaporator inlet and outlet pipeline (34), and the evaporator inlet and outlet pipeline (34) is connected with the tea bar machine refrigerating system.
4. The cabinet body of the tea bar machine as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the ice water chamber bracket (32) is formed with a recessed area (320) for receiving condensed water of the ice water chamber (31); and a through hole (321) for discharging condensed water is formed in the depressed area (320).
5. The cabinet for a tea bar machine according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet body (1) comprises:
the cabinet body part (1) is provided with a cabinet body shell (11), and the cabinet body shell (11) is arranged on the periphery of the cabinet body part (1);
the inner container (12), a relative inner wall of the inner container (12) is fixed with a raised rib structure (121); a water drainage groove structure (122) is arranged at the rear lower part of the raised rib structure (121), and a water leakage hole (123) is formed at the bottom of the water drainage groove structure (122); the water leakage hole (123) is connected with a water drainage funnel (15);
the cabinet body bottom plate (13), the cabinet body bottom plate (13) is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet body part (1);
the refrigerator body back plate (14), wherein the refrigerator body back plate (14) is provided with a material injection hole (140) for injecting foaming materials;
the cabinet body comprises a cabinet body outer shell (11), an inner container (12), a cabinet body bottom plate (13) and a cabinet body rear back plate (14) which form a main body frame (10);
a flat shelf (16), said flat shelf (16) being assembled with said raised rib structure (121);
the evaporator (17), the said evaporator (17) is affixed to the side of the inner container (12) close to foaming layer; the evaporator (17) comprises an evaporator refrigeration duct access duct (171); the evaporator refrigeration pipeline inlet and outlet pipeline (171) is connected with the ice water part (3);
the limiting strips (18), the limiting strips (18) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the cabinet body shell (11);
the fixing block (19), the fixed block (19) sets up in cabinet body portion (1) rear portion.
6. A cabinet for a tea bar machine according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet portion (2) comprises a left side plate (21) and a right side plate (22); the left side plate (21) and the right side plate (22) are respectively provided with a clamping groove A (210) and a clamping groove B (220);
a connecting strip (23) and a supporting plate (24) fixed with the connecting strip (23) are fixed between the left side plate (21) and the right side plate (22); an avoiding hole (240) for installation is formed in the supporting plate (24);
a water storage container (25) and a box body bottom plate (26) are arranged below the supporting plate (24);
a bottom plate guide rail (261) is arranged on the box body bottom plate (26); a sliding plate (27) of the security water storage container (251) is movably arranged on the bottom plate guide rail (261); the bottom of the sliding plate (27) is provided with a roller (271) matched with the bottom plate guide rail (261).
7. The cabinet for a tea bar machine according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the cabinet portion (2) further comprises:
a compressor (281), wherein the compressor (281) is installed inside the box body part (2);
a water pan (282), the water pan (282) resting on the compressor (281);
a condenser (283), wherein the condenser (283) is fixed on the cabinet body part (1).
8. The cabinet of the tea bar machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bar table part (4) is provided with a top cover (41); the top cover (41) is internally provided with:
the display panel (411) is operated to send out an instruction to carry out refrigeration control on the cabinet body part (1) and/or the ice water chamber (31), pump water in the water storage chamber (20) to the bar head (42) and the kettle, and heat or preserve heat on the kettle;
a control panel (412), the control panel (412) receiving an instruction issued by operating the display panel (411);
the water pump (413), water pump (413) is connected with reservoir chamber (20) and bar head (42) respectively through the connecting tube.
9. A method for installing a cabinet body of a tea bar machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s01, the limiting strips (18) are pre-installed and fixed on the left side and the right side of the cabinet body shell (11) and are respectively aligned with the clamping grooves A (210) and the clamping grooves B (220) on the left side plate (21) and the right side plate (22);
s02, aligning an evaporator refrigeration pipeline inlet and outlet pipeline (171) and a drainage funnel (15) extending out of the cabinet body part (1) with corresponding avoidance holes (240) on a support plate (24);
s03, the main body frame (10) is inserted into the middle neutral area of the left side plate (21) and the right side plate (22) and is placed on the supporting plate (24) in the middle of the box body part (2) by using the self-weight.
10. A tea bar machine is characterized by comprising the cabinet body of the tea bar machine.
