When temperature control of lactic acid bacteria in fermenter b2 is required, heating tank b15 is started to heat the internal water in heating tank b15, and the control valve is opened to allow constant water in heating tank b15 to flow into heating pipe b16, thereby controlling the temperature in fermenter b 2.
