Related technologies know that, when a certain job is completed, the job often needs to be performed according to a specified flow and steps, i.e., a workflow (also called a workflow). The workflow may include a detailed description of each step, required materials, and the like. At present, the workflow is often embodied in a hierarchical relationship form of a directory.
However, when recording the operation video related to the execution work content, the operation video does not correspond to the workflow well, so that the operation video needs to be watched and understood completely by people to find the guidance video corresponding to the work step.
The way to find the corresponding work step by means of manually watching the operation video has the following disadvantages:
(1) the process of manually checking and operating the video is time-consuming and labor-consuming, so that the time, labor and money costs are high;
(2) people with certain professional knowledge are required to check the operation video to understand and find the corresponding working steps;
(3) after finding out the corresponding working step in the operation video, corresponding marking and association cannot be carried out or are inconvenient to carry out, so that the operation video cannot be used for subsequent reuse;
(4) the retrieval cannot be quickly carried out in a certain operation video or across operation videos aiming at a certain working step;
(5) Is not beneficial to the subsequent combing of the knowledge base.
According to the video processing method facing the workflow, the work step and the sub-operation video clip can be corresponding to each other based on the time stamp of the work step and the time stamp of the sub-operation video clip, so that the sub-operation video clip associated with the work step is obtained, and the operation video clip associated with the workflow is further obtained. The effective association of the operation video clips and the workflow is realized, and further, the specific operation video clips can be positioned through the steps of the workflow, so that a foundation is laid for a user to quickly understand the workflow.
The procedure of the workflow-oriented video processing method will be described below with reference to the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a workflow-oriented video processing method according to the present invention.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the video processing method facing the workflow may be applied to record an operation video of the workflow, and it is understood that the operation video may be combined with the workflow to guide or demonstrate an operation method of a certain work for a worker. As shown in fig. 1, the workflow-oriented video processing method may include steps 110 to 140, which will be described separately below.
In step 110, a workflow is created, wherein the workflow comprises a plurality of work steps.
In one embodiment, a workflow may be created. In the application process, aiming at a certain work, the workflow can provide certain operation guidance for workers. In an example, a workflow may include a plurality of work steps. It can be understood that a worker can complete a certain work by performing operations according to the work steps. The workflow may be created by the terminal device. The workflow can also be created by other devices, and the created workflow is sent to the terminal device by the other devices through a wireless transmission technology.
In step 120, an operation video segment is recorded, wherein the operation video segment includes a plurality of sub-operation video segments.
It can be understood that the workflow alone is used for guiding the worker to work, and a good guiding effect cannot be brought to the user. In an example, the video clip can be combined with the operation video clip, and the operation guidance or demonstration can be provided for the staff based on the workflow and the operation video clip.
In one embodiment, a video clip may be recorded. In the application process, aiming at a certain work, the workflow can bring good operation guidance for workers by combining the operation video clip. In an example, the operational video segment may include a plurality of sub-operational video segments. It is understood that the sub-operation video clips correspond to work steps. Wherein, the operation video clip can be recorded by the terminal device. The operation video clip can also be recorded by other equipment, and the recorded operation video clip is sent to the terminal equipment by the other equipment through a wireless transmission technology.
In step 130, the work step and the sub-operation video clip are corresponding to each other based on the time stamp of the work step and the time stamp of the sub-operation video clip, and the sub-operation video clip associated with the work step is obtained.
In one embodiment, the timestamps of the work steps and the timestamps of the sub-operation video segments may be determined. Further, the work steps and the sub-operation video clips may be one-to-one corresponding to each other based on the correspondence between the timestamps of the work steps and the timestamps of the sub-operation video clips, so as to obtain the sub-operation video clips associated with the work steps. It can be understood that the sub-operation video clips associated with the work steps can provide good operation guidance for a certain work, and the work can be well completed by the staff by referring to the sub-operation video clips associated with the work steps.
In step 140, an operation video clip associated with a workflow is obtained based on the plurality of sub-operation video clips associated with the work step.
In one embodiment, a plurality of sub-operation video clips associated with work steps can be integrated to obtain a complete operation video clip associated with a workflow. The worker can well and comprehensively complete the work by referring to the complete operation video clip associated with the workflow.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the workflow in the form of a directory may be associated with the recorded operation video segment by using a timestamp, and the operation video segment may be segmented according to the working steps of the workflow to obtain a plurality of sub-operation video segments. In the application process, when the operation video clip is played, the current working steps can be synchronously seen, and the step details can be seen. By the mode, good operation guidance can be provided for the worker to complete a certain work. It can be understood that, with the video processing method facing the workflow, when the staff acquires the guidance information of a certain work, the staff does not need to watch the operation video clip repeatedly, the guidance information can be acquired clearly through the operation video clip associated with the workflow, and the cost consumption in labor, time and money is reduced. The video processing method facing the workflow also realizes the accurate association of the working steps and the sub-operation video clips, can accurately position the specific sub-operation video clips through the working steps, and further can efficiently and accurately skip to watch a plurality of sub-operation video clips of the operation video clips.
In another embodiment, after the operation video clip associated with the workflow is obtained, the work steps in the workflow can be retrieved by means of keyword retrieval, and the associated operation video clip is retrieved. For keyword retrieval, a sub-operation video clip for a certain step can be retrieved in a certain operation video clip, and retrieval can be performed across operation video clips. Through the embodiment, the user can retrieve the related working steps and the complete workflow through the step name keywords, and can retrieve the sub-operation video clips corresponding to the working steps, so that the utilization rate of the later-stage video information is improved.
According to the video processing method facing the workflow, the work steps can be corresponding to the sub-operation video clips based on the time stamps of the work steps and the time stamps of the sub-operation video clips, the sub-operation video clips associated with the work steps are obtained, and the operation video clips associated with the workflow are further obtained. The effective association of the operation video clips and the workflow is realized, and then the specific operation video clips can be positioned through the steps of the workflow, so that a foundation is laid for a user to quickly understand the workflow.
The process of creating a workflow will be described below with reference to the following embodiments.

It is understood that the names included in the workflow template may be adjusted according to actual situations, and are not limited in the present invention. Further, a workflow may be created according to the workflow template. Through the embodiment, the user can adjust the workflow according to the actual condition and adjust the workflow by adjusting the workflow template.
The following describes a process of recording a video clip in accordance with the following embodiments.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of recording operation video clips provided by the present invention.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, recording a video clip may include steps 310 and 320, which are described below.
In step 310, a preset template is created, wherein the preset template corresponds to the workflow template.
In step 320, the operation video clip is recorded according to the preset template.
In one embodiment, a preset template may be created for the operational video clip, where the preset template corresponds to the workflow template. Furthermore, the operation video clip can be recorded according to a preset template. By the embodiment, the recorded operation video segments can be ensured to correspond to the workflow, and the sub-operation video segments in the operation video segments can be further corresponding to the working steps in the workflow according to the time stamps.
To further describe the workflow-oriented video processing method provided by the present invention, another process for recording and operating a video clip will be described with reference to the following embodiments.
Fig. 4 is a second schematic flow chart of recording operation video clips provided by the present invention.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, recording the video segment may include steps 410 to 430, where steps 410 to 420 are the same as steps 310 to 320, and for details and advantages thereof, reference is made to the foregoing description and no further description, and step 430 will be described in detail below.
In step 430, in response to recording a sub-operation video segment in the completion operation video segment, a completion status flag for the sub-operation video segment is added in the sub-operation video segment.
In an embodiment, after detecting that the recording of a certain sub-operation video segment in the operation video segments is completed, the recording completion status of the sub-operation video segment may be confirmed and the corresponding timestamp may be recorded, and then the recording of the next sub-operation video segment may be entered. The start and end timestamps of each sub-operation video clip are obtained in the order specified by the directory. Through the embodiment, the adjacent sub-operation video clips can be effectively distinguished, and a foundation is laid for accurate retrieval of the sub-operation video clips in the later stage of a user.
The present invention will be described with reference to the following embodiments for describing another workflow-oriented video processing method provided by the present invention.
Fig. 5 is a second flowchart of the workflow-oriented video processing method according to the present invention.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the video processing method for workflow may include steps 510 to 550, wherein steps 510 to 540 are the same as steps 110 to 140, and the detailed implementation and beneficial effects thereof are referred to above and will not be described herein again, and step 550 will be described in detail below.
In step 550, the operation video clip associated with the workflow is stored to the video library.
In one embodiment, after the creation of the workflow and the recording of the operation video clip are completed, the operation video clip and the associated workflow may be stored synchronously, that is, the operation video clip associated with the workflow is stored in the video library. And at the later stage, a certain working step of the keyword search workflow can be directly related to an accurate sub-operation video clip in the corresponding operation video clip. It is emphasized that for keyword retrieval, sub-operation video segments for a step can be retrieved within an operation video segment, and also retrieved across operation video segments.
To further describe the workflow-oriented video processing method provided by the present invention, the following embodiments are described below.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a workflow template may be created for a workflow, where the workflow template may include a work name, a hierarchical directory, work contents, materials required for work, and work completion conditions. Furthermore, recording the operation video clip is carried out, and when the operation video clip is recorded, the recording of information such as titles, names, data, completion contents and the like of each step can be sequentially displayed according to the flow sequence given by the preset template. In an example, each time the recording of a sub-operation video segment is completed, status confirmation can be performed and a corresponding timestamp can be recorded, and then the recording of the next sub-operation video segment can be started. In this order, as specified by the catalog, the start and end timestamps for each sub-operation video clip can be obtained. It can be understood that the preset template for recording the operation video clip corresponds to the workflow template for creating the workflow, so that it can be ensured that the sub-operation video clips in the operation video clip correspond to the work steps in the workflow.
Further, after the creation of the workflow and the recording of the operation video segment are completed, the operation video segment and the associated workflow can be synchronously stored. And at the later stage, a certain working step of the keyword search workflow can be directly related to an accurate sub-operation video clip in the corresponding operation video clip. It is emphasized that, for keyword search, search can be performed within a certain operation video segment, and search can also be performed across operation video segments.
As can be seen from the above description, according to the video processing method for workflow provided by the present invention, based on the timestamp of the work step and the timestamp of the sub-operation video clip, the work step and the sub-operation video clip can be corresponded to obtain the sub-operation video clip associated with the work step, and further obtain the operation video clip associated with the workflow. The effective association of the operation video clips and the workflow is realized, and then the specific operation video clips can be positioned through the steps of the workflow, so that a foundation is laid for a user to quickly understand the workflow.
