Preferably, the manner of active detection can be implemented as face recognition.
Referring to fig. 8 and fig. 2, a modified embodiment of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and explained in detail, wherein the edge management device 30 is communicatively connected to at least two of the processing devices 20, that is, the customer management system 1 includes at least two detection modules 50 and at least one of the edge management devices 30, wherein each of the detection modules 50 includes at least one of the detection devices 10 and at least one of the processing devices 2 corresponding to the detection device 10. Each of the detecting devices 10 and each of the processing devices 20 corresponding thereto are communicated and correspondingly maintained at the same position, wherein the edge management device 30 can be maintained in the same wired network area with at least two of the detecting modules 50, i.e. the communication can be achieved, and the detecting devices 10 and the processing devices 20 can be maintained at the same position without the edge management device 30.
When the customer management system 1 is applied to a unit of at least two probe points, the edge management apparatus 30 can be commonly and communicatively connected to the probe module 50, which can reduce not only the equipment cost but also the data communication cost.
It should be noted that those skilled in the art should understand and know that the number of the detection modules 50 can be implemented as 3, 4, or more than 4, and is not limited in the present invention.

It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. Claims (11)

1. A user management system, comprising:
the system comprises at least one detection module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the detection module is used for acquiring characteristic information of a user;
the cloud server is used for storing the characteristic information of the user and the control information corresponding to the characteristic information; and
an edge management apparatus, wherein the edge management apparatus is respectively communicably connected to the cloud server and the probe module, and a reliability of communication between the edge management apparatus and the probe module is higher than a reliability of communication between the cloud server and the probe module, wherein the edge management apparatus stores the management information from the cloud server, and at least one of the cloud server and the edge management apparatus provides the management information corresponding to the feature information based on the feature information acquired by the probe module, so as to manage the user based on the management information in subsequent processing.
2. The customer management system of claim 1, wherein the edge management device and the detection module are connected by wired communication.
3. The user management system of claim 1, wherein the detection module comprises a detection device and a processing device, wherein a setting type of the detection device and the processing device is selected from one of a combination that is independently maintained and integrated.
4. The customer management system according to claim 3, wherein the processing device is wired to the edge management device.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the processing device obtains the management information stored by the edge management device when the communication status does not satisfy the communication status of the edge management device with the cloud server, and obtains the management information provided by the cloud server when the network status satisfies the communication status of the edge management device with the cloud server.
6. The user management system according to claim 1, wherein an edge management device periodically acquires the management information from the cloud server.
7. The system of claim 1, further comprising a display module, wherein the display module is communicatively coupled to the edge management device, wherein the display module displays the management information detected by the detection module and the management information of the cloud server sent by the edge management device.
8. A customer management system according to claim 3, wherein the number of processing means is two or more, wherein the edge management means can be commonly communicated to each of the probe modules.
9. An edge management apparatus applied to a user management system, wherein the user management system includes a detection module and a cloud server, wherein the detection module obtains a feature information of a user, wherein the cloud server is used for storing the feature information of the user and a control information corresponding to the feature information, characterized in that the edge management apparatus is respectively connected to the cloud server and the detection module in a communication manner, wherein the communication reliability between the edge management apparatus and the detection module is higher than that between the cloud server and the detection module, wherein the edge management apparatus stores the control information from the cloud server, and at least one of the cloud server and the edge management apparatus provides the control information corresponding to the feature information based on the feature information obtained by the detection module, to manage the user based on the management information in subsequent processing.
10. A user management method, comprising the steps of:
acquiring characteristic information about a user by a detection module; and
acquiring, from at least one of a cloud server and an edge management apparatus, control information corresponding to the feature information to manage the user, wherein the edge management apparatus is communicably connected to the cloud server and the detection module, and the reliability of communication between the edge management apparatus and the detection module is higher than that between the edge management apparatus and the detection module, and the edge management apparatus acquires, from the cloud server, the control information corresponding to the feature information.
11. The user management method according to claim 10, wherein the step of verifying that the unique management and control information corresponding to the user is local in the user management method further comprises the steps of:
according to the stable state of the communication state, when the communication is stable, the management and control information corresponding to the characteristic information is obtained from the cloud server and an edge management device so as to manage the user, and when the communication is unstable, the management and control information corresponding to the characteristic information is obtained from the edge management device so as to manage the user.
