The specific type of the terminal device is not limited in the embodiment of the application, for example, the terminal device may be a smart phone, a personal computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the like. The type and number of the servers are not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and for example, the server may be a server cluster, a single server or multiple servers, and the like.
Fig. 2 is an interaction flow diagram of an abnormal network element prompting method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be executed by an abnormal network element prompting device, and the device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the following describes the abnormal network element prompting method by taking an interaction between a server and a terminal as an example, as shown in fig. 2, the abnormal network element prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include:
step S101: the server determines at least one charging network element topology of the target area, wherein the charging network element topology comprises at least one network element.
The target area may be an administrative area, such as a local city, a county, a province, and the like, and a plurality of charging network element topologies may exist in the target area. In a possible implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present application, core network rooms may be used as granularities, each network element in each core network room is associated, and a charging network element topology corresponding to each core network room is presented.
The charging network element topology includes at least one network element, wherein the at least one network element may include at least one of the following: SGSN, MEE, GGSN, SAEGW, CG, SAEGW is combined by PGW and SGW; the SGSN may be integrated with the MEE, and the GGSN may be integrated with the sae gw, which is not limited to this embodiment of the present application.
Step S102: the server obtains the working state of each network element in the charging network element topology, wherein the working state comprises a normal state and an abnormal state.
The method comprises the steps that a server is in network management butt joint with each network element in a charging network element topology, the server can obtain the working state of each network element in the charging network element topology, the working state comprises a normal state and an abnormal state, wherein the server obtains the working state of each network element in the charging network element topology; in another possible implementation manner, the working state of the network element may also be determined according to the relevant information of the network element by acquiring the relevant information of each network element. The implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application for acquiring the working state of each network element in the charging network element topology by the server is not limited to this.
In a possible implementation manner, obtaining the working state of each network element in the charging network element topology includes:
sending a polling instruction to each network element, wherein the polling instruction is used for indicating the network elements to detect respective network element state information according to the polling instruction, and the network element state information comprises at least one of the following: ticket file information, network element performance and network state; acquiring network element state information of each network element; and determining the working state of each network element according to the network element state information.
The server sends a polling instruction to each network element, and after receiving the polling instruction, the network elements detect respective network element state information according to the polling instruction, wherein the network element state information may include at least one of the following: ticket file information, network element performance and network state. The ticket file information may include generation information, transmission information, Processing information, alarm information, and the like of the ticket file, the network element performance may include a memory utilization rate, a disk space utilization rate, a hardware operating state, a Central Processing Unit (CPU) utilization rate, and the like of the network element, the network state is used to represent a network connection state of the network element, and the network state may include a connection state and a disconnection state. The embodiments of the present application are merely examples, and are not limited thereto.
And after the server acquires the network state information of the network elements through the inspection instruction, determining the working state of each network element according to the network element state information. Illustratively, taking a network element as an SGSN as an example, the network element state information of the SGSN acquired by the server includes ticket file information of the SGSN, and if the ticket file information includes alarm information, it indicates that the operating state of the SGSN is an abnormal state. For another example, taking the network element CG as an example, the network element state information of the CG acquired by the server includes a disk space utilization rate of the CG, and if the disk space utilization rate of the CG is greater than a preset threshold, it indicates that the working state of the CG is an abnormal state. For another example, taking the network element CG as an example, the network element state information of the CG acquired by the server includes a network state, and if the network state is a disconnected state, it indicates that the working state of the CG is an abnormal state. The embodiments of the present application are merely examples, and are not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the application, the server sends the inspection instruction to each network element to obtain the network element state information of each network element, and then the working state of each network element is determined according to the network element state information, so that the detection and the judgment of the working state of each network element are realized, and the accuracy of the judgment of the working state of each network element is improved.
In another possible implementation manner, the obtaining the working state of each network element in the charging network element topology includes:
periodically detecting a call ticket file directory stored in each network element, and determining the storage time of the call ticket file in the network element, wherein the call ticket file directory comprises at least one call ticket file; and determining the working state of the target network element according to the storage time of the target call ticket file in the target network element, wherein the target call ticket file is any one of at least one call ticket file, and the target network element is any one of all network elements in the charging network element topology.
The server periodically detects the list of the call ticket files stored in each network element, the list of the call ticket files comprises at least one call ticket file, each call ticket file has a respective identifier, and the storage time of the call ticket files in the network elements can be determined according to the identifier of each call ticket file and the detection period of the list of the call ticket files. For example, the server detects a ticket file directory 1 stored in the network element 1 every five minutes, in a first detection period, the ticket file directory 1 includes a ticket file 1, a ticket file 2 and a ticket file 3, and in a second detection period, the ticket file directory 1 includes a ticket file 1, a ticket file 4 and a ticket file 5, which indicates that the storage time of the ticket file 1 in the network element 1 is at least 5 minutes.
And after the storage time of the ticket file in the network element is determined, determining the working state of the target network element according to the storage time of the target ticket file in the target network element. Optionally, if the storage time of the target call ticket file in the target network element exceeds a preset time threshold, determining that the working state of the target network element is an abnormal state. Different preset time thresholds can be set for different target network elements, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. For example, for the ticket files generated in the SGSN and the MME, if the storage time exceeds 30 minutes, it is determined that the operating states of the SGSN and the MME are abnormal states. For another example, for a ticket file generated in the SGW and the PGW, if the storage time exceeds 5 minutes, it is determined that the working states of the SGW and the PGW are abnormal states.
Taking the target call ticket file as the call ticket file 1, the target network element as the network element 1, and the preset time threshold as 20 minutes as an example, if the call ticket file directory 1 includes the call ticket file 1 in 4 detection periods, it indicates that the storage time of the call ticket file 1 in the network element 1 exceeds the preset time threshold, and further, it determines that the working state of the target network element is an abnormal state.
In the embodiment of the application, the storage time of the target call ticket file in the target network element can be used for indicating the backlog condition of the call ticket file, and further the working state of the target network element can be judged according to the backlog condition of the call ticket file.
Because the working states of the network elements include a normal state and an abnormal state, if the server determines that the first network element in the charging network element topology is in the abnormal state, the abnormal network element prompting method provided by the embodiment of the application further includes step S103-step S105.
Step S103: and the server sends prompt information to the terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the first network element to be abnormal.
The working state of the first network element is an abnormal state, which may be referred to as an abnormal network element in this embodiment of the application. Optionally, the first network element includes at least one of: the network element with the network state being a disconnected state, the network element with the ticket file information including the alarm information, and the network element with the network element performance not meeting the preset condition.

Step S104: and the terminal receives the prompt message sent by the server.
Step S105: and the terminal prompts the first network element to be abnormal.
For example, if the prompt information is voice information, the terminal may play prompt information through a voice player to prompt that the first network element is abnormal, for example, the prompt information is "the network state of the first network element is a disconnected state" or "the first network element is an alarm" or "the first network element is abnormal", and the like.
Illustratively, each network element is presented on an interface of the terminal in an icon manner, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the terminal interface provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the target area includes two charging network element topologies, a first charging network element topology includes SGSN-MME1, SAEGW1 and CG1, and a second charging network element topology includes SGSN-MME2, SAEGW2 and CG2, where SGSN-MME indicates that SGSN and MME are combined. In the display of the terminal interface, the charging network element topology may be divided into regions, and the icon of the network element in each charging network element topology is set in the same region, or the regions may be divided according to the network element type, and the icon of each type of network element is set in the same region.
In a possible implementation manner, each network element is presented on an interface of the terminal in an icon manner, and the prompting that the first network element is abnormal includes: and displaying a first abnormal icon, wherein the first abnormal icon is used for representing that the first network element is abnormal.
