Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-condensation box type switching station which is characterized by comprising a switching station body, a plurality of ventilation structures and anti-condensation structures, wherein the condensation is prevented from being formed to the maximum extent by adding a plurality of ventilation structures in a mode of not greatly changing the structural design of the existing box type switching station, and the condensation can be led out of the box in time even if the field environment is very severe.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power equipment, in particular to an anti-condensation box type switching station.
Background
The box type switching station is special electrical connection equipment for completing cable lines in a power distribution system, and is commonly used for distributing electric energy and terminal power supply in an urban ring network power supply and/or radiation power supply system. Has the advantages of flexible use, convenient installation, high economy and the like. However, because the device is placed outdoors, environmental change factors are large, and the phenomenon of wall built-up condensation of high-voltage equipment placed inside the device is easy to occur, so that the device becomes a hidden danger for affecting the safe operation of the device.
In recent years, such phenomena are increasingly emphasized, components in the internal switch equipment are changed into modularization, an operating mechanism is changed into a solid sealing type, cable connection is changed into aviation plug-in type, a dehumidifier is additionally arranged on a large scale, and the like, so that the occurrence of the phenomena is reduced to a certain extent.
However, such devices are often too expensive, difficult to popularize, and have a series of new problems such as increased fault points.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an anti-condensation box type opening and closing station. By preventing condensation from forming to the maximum extent under the condition of not greatly changing the size of the existing box-type opening and closing station, the condensation can be led out of the box in time even if the field environment is very severe.

A sleeve is arranged at the cable inlet and outlet position on the second bottom plate, a sealing plug is arranged in the sleeve, and a waterproof membrane structure is arranged at the pressure release hole position of the switching station;
The box top hanging plate of the opening and closing station is of an inclined top structure and is provided with a first ventilation opening, an inclined cover plate structure is arranged at the upper part of the box top hanging plate of the opening and closing station, an inclined air channel is formed between the box top hanging plate and the cover plate structure, and the air channel is connected with the first ventilation opening and the outside of the box; the wall built-up condensation can be timely discharged to the second air vent of the cover plate structure through the direction of the air duct after being formed.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the width of the first ventilation part is greater than the width of the support channel.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an air circulation system is disposed at the second vent of the hood structure, and the air circulation system includes at least one air extraction fan and at least one air supply fan.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the second ventilation opening of the cover plate structure is provided with a mesh plate structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the inner diameter of the sealing plug is adjusted according to the cable diameter.

The working principle of the invention is further elucidated below in connection with specific embodiments.
The present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. The anti-condensation box type switching station shown in fig. 1 to 6 comprises a switching station body 1, and a supporting mechanism 100 is arranged at a bottom frame 10 of the switching station.
The support mechanism 100 includes a first base plate 110 in contact with the installation interface, and a second base plate 130 is installed on the upper portion of the first base plate 110 through a plurality of support channels 120. The three are formed by welding, and the surface is sprayed with paint. The first base plate 110 serves as a bearing layer to secure the lifting strength. The supporting channel steel 120 adopts a uniformly stressed arrangement mode for supporting the superstructure.
A plurality of first ventilation parts 140 are provided along the outer circumference of the supporting space formed between the first base plate 110, the supporting channel steel 120 and the second base plate 130, and a mesh plate structure 141 is provided at the ventilation place of the first ventilation parts 140; the width of the first ventilation part 140 is greater than the width of the support channel 120.
Through the screen plate structure 141 of the protection level, compared with a conventional single-groove steel chassis with round holes for ventilation, the ventilation surface is greatly improved, air convection can be achieved, and water vapor in a cable well can be rapidly emitted.
The second base plate 130 mainly plays a role of supporting an internal arrangement, a second ventilation part (not shown in the drawing) is provided on the second base plate 130, and an internal switching device (not shown in the drawing) is provided on an upper portion of the second base plate 130.
With emphasis on fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of doors 150 are provided in the space at the upper edges of the side frames 20 and the second bottom plate 130 of the opening/closing station body 1, and third ventilation portions 151 are provided at the lower portions of the plurality of doors 150. The third ventilation part 151 may also be provided with a mesh plate or a structure using a plurality of ventilation grooves.
With emphasis on fig. 3 and 4, a sleeve 160 is arranged at the cable access position 131 on the second bottom plate 130, a sealing plug 161 is arranged in the sleeve 160, the inner diameter of the sealing plug 161 can be adjusted according to the cable diameter when the cable is installed on site, a certain compression amount is provided, and the cable access position 131 and the cable can be in seamless butt joint after the installation is completed. The waterproof membrane structure 170 is arranged at the pressure release hole 132 of the switching station, and the waterproof membrane structure also has the functions of moisture resistance and explosion resistance. Compared with the conventional bottom plate hole digging and cable well penetrating mode, the two improvements can enable moisture in the cable well isolated by the box type switching station to be more thorough.
The roof hanger plate 30 of the opening and closing station 1 is provided with a diagonal roof structure, and is provided with a first ventilation opening 31, an inclined cover plate structure 180 is provided on the upper portion of the roof hanger plate 30 of the opening and closing station 1, and an inclined air duct 190 (the arrow in the figure is the direction of the wind) is formed between the roof hanger plate 30 and the cover plate structure 180.
The air duct 190 connects the first vent 31 with the environment outside the tank; so that the wall built-up dew can be timely discharged to the second air vent 181 of the cover plate structure 180 through the inclined direction in the air duct 190 after being formed. For dust-proof and simultaneous ventilation, a mesh plate structure is provided at the second ventilation opening 181 of the cover plate structure 180.
In order to further increase ventilation efficiency, an air circulation system including an air extraction fan 210 and an air supply fan 220 is provided at the second ventilation opening 181 of the hood structure 180.
The air in the box type switching station 1 is exchanged and circulated with the outside environment air through the air duct 190 by the air extraction fan 210 and the air supply fan 220, so that the temperature and humidity balance is achieved.
Compared with the conventional flat suspended ceiling without a circulating channel, the method is more efficient and reasonable, and the phenomenon that the wall built-up condensation drops into the switch equipment caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the box-type switching station is avoided to the maximum extent.
