The widely used sorting and compressing device at home and abroad comprises a barrel hoisting preparation station, a cap taking and sealing station, a sorting/barreling station, a compressing station, a detecting station, a roller way for connecting the stations, a hydraulic unit and the like. The conveying assembly consists of the two roller ways (a compression conveying roller way 14 and a sealing cover conveying roller way 15), a mechanical positioning device and a sensor detection device are arranged on the roller ways in a conveying position, and a positioning detection signal is connected into a control system to realize interlocking control. The transportation assembly mainly comprises a fixed support frame, a roller, a bearing, a motor, a transmission device and the like, and is used for transferring the empty compressible waste barrel 11 to a working station or transferring the compressible waste barrel 11 filled with waste out of the working station.
The compression transportation roller way 14 is positioned in the work box, a sealing door is arranged between the compression transportation roller way 14 and the seal cover transportation roller way 15, and the transmission of the waste barrel is not influenced by the distance between the two sections of roller ways. The compression transport roller way 14 is located at the compression station, and the capping transport roller way 15 is located at the waste bin transfer station.
Width of a conveying roller way of the waste barrel: the transportation of 200L steel barrels in EJ1042 is met, and the maximum conveying load is as follows: 500 kg.

In order to put the bagged waste package 100 into the sorting box 2, the present embodiment provides a feeding assembly, the discharge port of which is communicated with the feed port of the sorting assembly, and the feeding assembly comprises a conveying belt 1 and a conveying motor.
The conveyor belt 1 is horizontally arranged, and a plurality of bagged waste bags 100 are placed in the conveyor belt 1;
the conveying motor drives the conveyor belt 1 to operate and transports the bagged waste 100 to the sorting assembly.
The conveying speed is adjustable between 0.2 m/s and 2m/s, and a plurality of bags of waste can be loaded into the conveying belt 1 at one time.
Example nine
This embodiment explains a specific operation method:
the first lighting device 6 in the sorting bin 2 is turned on and the incompressible waste bin 114 is positioned below the sorting glove box using the hydraulic lift truck 5.
The inlet sealing door of the feeding hole of the sorting box 2 is opened, the bagged waste package 100 containing waste to be sorted is placed into the sorting box 2, the inlet sealing door is closed, and the bagged waste package 100 is placed into multiple bags as much as possible at one time, so that the personnel radiation risk is reduced.
The worker cuts the bagged waste package 100 by operating a special tool through the sorting glove, and then sorts the incompressible waste into the incompressible waste bin 114 below the sorting box 2 through the discharge port of the incompressible waste after sorting the incompressible waste by using the sorting tool in the sorting box 2.
Compressible waste is thrown onto belt 12 using tools within sorting bin 2. Is transported by a conveyor belt 12 into a compressible trash can 11 of the compression box 8.
When the compressible waste barrel 11 is full of waste, sorting of the waste is stopped, conveying of the compressible waste is stopped, the compressor is started to compress the compressible waste in the compressible waste barrel 11, and after compression is completed, sorting and conveying of the compressible waste are restarted.
After the incompressible waste barrel 114 is filled, the hydraulic lifting trolley 5 is lowered, then the barrel cover is covered, and then the waste is transported to the next treatment section for treatment by using the hydraulic lifting trolley 5.
After the compressible trash can 11 is filled, the exit seal door is opened, the compressible trash can 11 is moved out of the compression box 8 by the transport assembly, and the empty compressible trash can 11 is moved into the compression box 8.
This device optimizes waste material charge system through adopting waste package 100 feed mode in bags, and the compressible waste material of letter sorting moves to the compression bucket in, has avoided the compression bucket to remove repeatedly between letter sorting station compression station.
Through the design, the overall dimension of the sorting box 2 is optimized, the complexity of the equipment is reduced, the reliability and the maintainability of the equipment are improved, and the manufacturing cost and the decommissioning cost of the equipment are reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A radioactive waste sorting and compressing device, comprising:
a sorting assembly having a feed inlet, a compressible waste outlet, and a non-compressible waste outlet;
a non-compressible waste loading assembly having a feed inlet in communication with the non-compressible waste outlet of the sorter assembly;
a compression assembly having a feed inlet and a discharge outlet, the feed inlet of the compression assembly being in communication with the compressible waste discharge outlet of the sorting assembly;
the sorting assembly comprises:
the sorting box is internally provided with a containing cavity, the feeding hole, the compressible waste discharging hole and the incompressible waste discharging hole of the sorting assembly are all arranged on the sorting box, and the sorting box is provided with at least one first glove hole;
the sorting gloves are arranged in the sorting box, and the inlets of the sorting gloves are fixedly connected with the first glove holes;
wherein, the sorting case is internally provided with a bagged waste bag filled with the radioactive waste and put in through the feed inlet of the sorting assembly.
2. The radioactive waste sorting and compressing device of claim 1, wherein the incompressible waste outlet of the sorting assembly is disposed at a lower side of the sorting bin, and the incompressible waste loading assembly is disposed below the sorting bin;
the incompressible waste loading assembly comprises:
the hydraulic jacking trolley is positioned right below the incompressible waste discharge port of the sorting assembly;
the incompressible waste barrel is provided with a feed inlet, a barrel opening of the incompressible waste barrel is the feed inlet of the incompressible waste loading assembly, the incompressible waste barrel is placed on the hydraulic jacking trolley and is in a loading state, and the upper end of the incompressible waste barrel is abutted against the lower side face of the sorting box.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the size of the incompressible waste outlet of the sorter assembly is smaller than the size of the inlet of the incompressible waste bin, and the incompressible waste outlet of the sorter assembly is located inside the inlet of the incompressible waste bin when in the loaded state;
an openable sealing cover is arranged in the sorting box and used for sealing the incompressible waste discharge hole of the sorting assembly.
4. The radioactive waste sorting and compressing device of claim 1, wherein the sorting assembly further comprises:
the first lighting device is fixedly arranged in the sorting box;
the first observation window is made of transparent materials, a first observation hole is formed in the sorting box, and the first observation window is fixedly connected with the sorting box and blocks the first observation hole;
the air exhaust filter is fixedly arranged on the upper side surface of the sorting box and is communicated with the inside and the outside of the sorting box;
an inlet sealing door disposed at a feed opening of the sorter assembly;
setting the sorting box to comprise a first side surface, a second side surface, a third side surface and a fourth side surface, wherein the first side surface and the third side surface are arranged in parallel, the second side surface and the fourth side surface are arranged in parallel, and the first side surface, the second side surface, the third side surface and the fourth side surface form a rectangular structure;
wherein the first sight hole and the first glove hole are both located on the second side of the sorting bin, the feed inlet of the sorting assembly is located on the first side, and the compressible waste outlet of the sorting assembly is located on the third side.
5. The radioactive waste sorting and compressing device of claim 4, wherein the sorting assembly further comprises:
and the sorting tool is fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the sorting box through a stainless steel chain and is suspended near the first glove hole.
6. The radioactive waste sorting and compressing device of claim 4, wherein the compressing assembly comprises:
the compression box is internally provided with an accommodating space, and a feed inlet and a discharge outlet of the compression component are both arranged on the compression box;
the transportation assembly is arranged at the bottom of the compression box and is communicated with the inside and the outside of the compression box through the discharge hole;
the hydraulic machine is arranged at the top of the compression box, and the compression direction of a compression part of the hydraulic machine is vertically downward;
a compressible trash can placed on the transport assembly with a bung of the compressible trash can located directly below the hydraulic press;
and the feeding end of the transmission belt is arranged in the sorting box, and the discharging end of the transmission belt is arranged above the compressible waste barrel.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the compression box has at least one second hand-held hole disposed therein, the second hand-held hole being positioned above the compressible trash can, the compression assembly further comprising:
the compression glove is arranged in the compression box, and the inlet of the compression glove is fixedly connected with the second glove hole;
a second lighting device fixedly disposed within the compression box;
the second observation window is made of transparent materials, a second observation hole is formed in the compression box, and the second observation window is fixedly connected with the compression box and blocks the second observation hole;
an outlet sealing door disposed at an outlet of the compression assembly.
8. The radioactive waste sorting and compressing device of claim 7, wherein the transport assembly comprises:
the compression conveying roller way is arranged in the compression box;
a capping transport table disposed outside the compression box and below a capping station for capping the compressible trash can;
the outlet of the compression transportation roller way is communicated with the inlet of the sealing cover transportation roller way, and the outlet sealing door is positioned between the outlet of the compression transportation roller way and the inlet of the sealing cover transportation roller way.
9. The radioactive waste sorting and compressing device of claim 1, further comprising a loading assembly, wherein the discharge port of the loading assembly is communicated with the feed port of the sorting assembly, and the loading assembly comprises:
a conveyor belt horizontally disposed with a plurality of the bagged waste bags placed therein;
a conveying motor which drives the conveyor belt to operate and transports the bagged waste package to a sorting assembly.
10. The radioactive waste sorting and compressing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the compressing box and the sorting box are made of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel.
