the intelligent terminal is connected with the server through the data transmission unit, and a plurality of storage spaces exist in the server;
the arithmetic unit is used for processing the body health data of the user stored in the storage space, calculating a health coefficient and judging the health grade; the arithmetic unit sends the exercise plan corresponding to the health grade to the management module;
the processing process of the body health data by the arithmetic unit comprises the following steps:
when the intelligent terminal sends the body health data of the user to the server through network connection or Bluetooth connection, the server sends a data received signal to the arithmetic unit;
after the arithmetic unit receives the signal sent by the server, the arithmetic unit acquires the body health data stored in the server within the T period time, marks the acquired body health data respectively, marks the heart rate of the user as Xli, and marks the blood pressure of the user as Xyi;
the arithmetic unit calculates the health coefficient Jki of the user through a calculation formula

The management module is used for receiving the movement plan sent by the arithmetic unit, performing health management on a user through intelligent equipment in real time, and performing movement prompt through controlling the alarm prompt module; the method comprises the following steps:
step S1: after the health management module receives the exercise plan sent by the arithmetic unit, the health management module is connected with the intelligent terminal to periodically obtain exercise health data;
step S2: the health management module compares the acquired exercise health data with exercise health data in an exercise plan sent by the arithmetic unit;
step S3: when the walking steps and the exercise running time are both in exercise health data specified by the exercise plan, the health management module sends exercise qualification signals to the controller, and the controller prompts exercise qualification through the control alarm prompting module;
when the walking steps and the exercise running time both exceed exercise health data specified by an exercise plan, the health management module sends an exercise standard exceeding signal to the controller, and the controller controls the alarm prompting module to prompt for exercise standard exceeding;
when the walking steps and the exercise running time are both lower than exercise health data specified by the exercise plan, the health management module sends an exercise lack signal to the controller, and the controller controls the alarm prompting module to prompt that the exercise is too little.
2. The internet intelligent terminal management system of claim 1, wherein when the intelligent terminal is in a network connection state or a bluetooth connection state, the data transmission unit automatically transmits the physical health data collected by the intelligent terminal to the server.

The internet intelligent terminal management system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent terminals further comprise registration modules, each intelligent terminal comprises a unique ID, the user is bound with the unique ID in a login mode after registering, and the data transmitted through the unique ID default to the physical health data of the user logged in to the account.
