Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses an acquisition method for a computer office location, the acquisition method including:
step S101, respectively acquiring initial office locations of computers from a plurality of systems; the initial office location comprises at least one of an office city and a specific address within the office city;
step S102, judging whether the acquisition timestamps corresponding to all the initial office places are the same, if so, executing step S103; if not, executing step S104;
step S103, selecting the initial office place with a specific address in the office city from all the initial office places as an actual office place of a computer;
and S104, selecting the initial office point corresponding to the latest acquisition timestamp as the actual office point of the computer.
As shown in fig. 2, in an implementation manner, if the computer is wired to access the enterprise network, for example, the switch information of each office point is maintained by a proprietary system for its city and office location, step S103 includes the following steps:
step S1031, respectively obtaining basic data and log data of the system from the plurality of systems; specifically, the basic data and log data include computer names: PcName, computer IP: IPadress, computer MAC: MacAddress. The multiple systems can be desktop management software, network access systems, instant chat tools in enterprises, network IP distribution services and other systems. The basic data and the log data in the present embodiment are not limited to the above 4 kinds of data listed, and the plurality of systems are not limited to the above 4 kinds of systems listed, and other types of systems may be selected according to the actual use and the actually required data may be obtained from the selected systems. Wherein, the data of the city can be directly acquired from part of the system.
Step S1032, obtaining the MAC address of the computer based on the basic data and the log data;
step S1033, according to the computer MAC address, obtaining online port data of a corresponding switch and obtaining switch information based on the online port data; the switch information comprises office location information of the switch;
and S1034, determining the initial office location according to the office location information of the switch.
As shown in fig. 3, in another implementation manner, if the computer accesses the enterprise network wirelessly, for example, through wifi (wireless communication technology), step S103 includes the following steps:
step S1061, respectively acquiring basic data and log data of the system from a plurality of systems; specifically, the basic data and log data include computer names: PcName, computer IP: IPadress, computer MAC: MacAddress.
Step S1062, acquiring the MAC address of the computer based on the basic data and the log data;
step S1063, acquiring corresponding wireless router information according to the computer MAC address; the wireless router information comprises office location information of the wireless router;
step S1064, determining the initial office location according to the office location information of the wireless router.
As shown in fig. 4, in another practical implementation manner, if the computer independently accesses the enterprise network by way of VPN, step S103 includes the following steps:
step S1071, obtaining VPN logs;
step S1072, obtaining the corresponding executive staff information according to the VPN log;
and step S1073, determining the initial office location of the computer according to the information of the office location to which the staff belongs in the executive staff information.
In this embodiment, a computer office location obtained by accessing a computer to an enterprise network in a wired manner or in a wireless manner is referred to as an independent networking office location; the computer is independently accessed to the enterprise network in a VPN mode, and the acquired computer office location is called a non-independent networking office location.
In the present embodiment, after step S104 is performed, step S101 may be performed periodically with a preset time period. Specifically, the initial office location of the computer and further the actual office location of the computer may be acquired from the plurality of systems, respectively, at intervals of 3 hours. Because the online computer data acquired each time is not the full amount of computer data and the online city information of the computer cannot be acquired each time, the actual office location of the computer acquired each time can be independently stored in a data table, so that the data in the data table can be updated every other period.
Because there may be a case that the office location of the computer is changed from the non-independent networking office point to the independent networking office point when the employee goes on business, in order to more comprehensively display data, the data table may simultaneously display the office points of the independent networking and the non-independent networking, for example, as shown in table 1, the data table records the Pc name, the Pc non-independent networking and the online city of the independent networking, the Pc non-independent networking and the online office point of the independent networking, the Pc non-independent networking and the online office time of the independent networking, the Pc online city, the Pc online office point, and the data refreshing time. Wherein, the Pc online city and the Pc online office point are the latest acquired computer office locations.
In one embodiment, for example, an employee on business may change their computer from a non-standalone networking office to a standalone networking office, and the data table is shown in Table 1.
