Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the prior art, whether the enterprises are related or not is generally determined subjectively by professionals according to data of the operation range, the operation scale, the customer information and the like of each enterprise. The association here can be understood as the association between enterprises in terms of production and management, and the association can be embodied as the similarity of production and management of enterprises.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 110, acquiring an enterprise set, wherein the enterprise set comprises the enterprise to be analyzed and candidate related enterprises of the enterprise to be analyzed.
Specifically, in the enterprise relevance analysis method in the embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise to be analyzed is used as a reference enterprise, and the associated enterprise of the enterprise to be analyzed is determined among the multiple candidate associated enterprises.
The business to be analyzed and the candidate related businesses of the business to be analyzed may be considered as a business set. Financial text and the like for each enterprise in the set of enterprises may be obtained from public databases. For example, the enterprise to be analyzed and the candidate related enterprises may be selected from listed companies, the enterprise set is the entire listed companies, and the published financial statement text, i.e., the financial statement text, of each listed company may be acquired from the network platform by using a crawler technology.
In addition, in order to reduce the calculation amount, the enterprise set can be determined according to the listed companies in the same region or the same industry.
Step 120, clustering all enterprises based on the supply chain characteristics of all enterprises in the enterprise set, and taking candidate related enterprises which belong to the same cluster with the enterprise to be analyzed as related enterprises of the enterprise to be analyzed; wherein the supply chain characteristics are determined based on supply chain information of a supply chain in which the corresponding business is located and/or a degree of importance of the corresponding business in the supply chain.
Specifically, the supply chain refers to a network chain structure formed by upstream enterprises and downstream enterprises involved in providing products or services to end user activities in production and circulation processes. The upstream enterprise and the downstream enterprise corresponding to different enterprises may be the same or different, and the business relationship between the upstream enterprise and the downstream enterprise may be the same or different, so that the supply chain in which each enterprise is located may be the same or different. The upstream and downstream enterprises corresponding to the enterprise and the business relationship between the enterprise and the upstream and downstream enterprises can be obtained from the financial report text of the enterprise, that is, the enterprise can be determined in the supply chain according to the financial report text of the enterprise and the enterprise related to the enterprise. For example, for any enterprise, the crawler technology can be used for acquiring the upstream and downstream enterprises corresponding to the enterprise and the transaction amount between the enterprises from the fund withdrawal management and the payment management in the financial and newspaper text of the enterprise. After obtaining the financial report text of each enterprise related to the enterprise, the upstream and downstream enterprises of each enterprise and the transaction amount between the enterprises can be obtained. By combining these information, the relevant information of the whole supply chain of the enterprise can be obtained.
Besides the financial report text, the upstream and downstream enterprises corresponding to the enterprise and the business relationship between the enterprise and the upstream and downstream enterprises can also be obtained from other public information. For example, other public information may be an official website of the business, news reports related to the business, public data published by an industry association in which the business is located, and so forth.
The supply chain characteristics are used for describing the performance characteristics of the enterprise on the supply chain relations. The supply chain characteristics may be determined based on supply chain information for the supply chain in which the corresponding business is located and/or the importance of the corresponding business in the supply chain in which it is located. The supply chain information is used for describing the operation state of the supply chain and can comprise information such as the number of enterprises of the supply chain, business dependency relationship among the enterprises, and business transaction amount among the enterprises. The importance of a business in a supply chain is used to describe how much the business affects each business in the supply chain.
For example, the supply chain information of a certain enterprise includes an accounts receivable item and an accounts payable item of the enterprise, the accounts receivable item is a raw material fee that the enterprise should pay for an upstream enterprise, the accounts receivable item is a product fee that a downstream enterprise should pay for the enterprise, if the accounts payable item is greater than a preset value, it indicates that the enterprise occupies funds of the upstream enterprise and is in a strong position relative to the upstream enterprise, and if the accounts receivable item is less than the preset value, it indicates that the capital of the enterprise is fast rewarded, the product fee is paid actively by the downstream enterprise, and the enterprise is in a strong position relative to the downstream enterprise. That is, based on the supply chain information of the enterprise, it can be determined that the enterprise is strongly represented in the supply chain relationship, which can be used as the supply chain feature of the enterprise.
For another example, if a production operation of a certain enterprise in a supply chain is stopped, and the whole supply chain is stopped, the importance level of the enterprise in the supply chain is important. If the production and operation activities of an enterprise stop and the influence degree on the whole supply chain is low, the importance degree of the enterprise in the supply chain is unimportant. The importance of the business in the supply chain may also be used to determine supply chain characteristics.
The enterprises can be clustered according to the supply chain characteristics of the enterprises in the enterprise set, and the candidate related enterprises which belong to the same cluster with the enterprise to be analyzed are used as the related enterprises of the enterprise to be analyzed.
For example, first, a set of businesses C may be determinedEnterpriseAnd a supply chain feature similarity threshold; secondly, calculating the similarity of the supply chain characteristics between two enterprises according to the supply chain characteristics of the two enterprises, if the similarity of the supply chain characteristics is greater than or equal to a similarity threshold value, dividing the two enterprises into the same cluster, and clustering each enterprise in the enterprise set according to the method to obtain a plurality of enterprise clusters; and finally, taking the candidate related enterprises which belong to the same cluster with the enterprise to be analyzed as the related enterprises of the enterprise to be analyzed.
In the aspect of the Clustering method, dbscan (Density-Based Clustering of Applications with Noise, Density-Based Clustering method), hierarchical Clustering, K-means (K-means Clustering algorithm), and the like may be selected, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
Candidate related enterprises which can belong to the same cluster as the enterprise to be analyzed are obtained through enterprise clustering, and the enterprises which belong to the same cluster are similar in representation of supply chain characteristics, so that the candidate related enterprises which belong to the same cluster as the enterprise to be analyzed can be used as the related enterprises of the enterprise to be analyzed.
The enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the supply chain of each enterprise through the financial report text of each enterprise, determines the supply chain characteristics of the corresponding enterprise according to the supply chain information of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located and/or the importance degree of the corresponding enterprise in the supply chain, clusters each enterprise according to the supply chain characteristics of each enterprise in an enterprise set, and takes the candidate associated enterprise belonging to the same cluster as the enterprise to be analyzed as the associated enterprise of the enterprise to be analyzed, so that the automatic analysis of the enterprise relevance is realized, the working experience and subjective judgment of personnel are not relied on, the data utilization rate of the enterprise financial report text is improved, and the accuracy and efficiency of the enterprise relevance analysis are improved.
Based on the above embodiment, step 120 includes:
and clustering the enterprises based on the supply chain characteristics of the enterprises in the enterprise set and the external environment characteristics and/or the internal operation characteristics of the enterprises.
Specifically, the external environmental characteristics are used for describing the influence of the macro economic environment of the enterprise on the production and operation activities of the enterprise, for example, the external environmental characteristics can be characterized by the average interest rate of banks, the total value increase rate of national production, the change rate of industry production value and other factors.
The internal operational characteristics are used to describe the influence of internal factors of the enterprise on the production and operation activities of the enterprise, for example, the internal operational characteristics can be characterized by factors such as financial structure, customer distribution, production and operation strategy and the like.
When the enterprises are clustered, the similarity of the enterprises on the supply chain characteristics can be considered, and the similarity of the enterprises on the external environment characteristics and/or the internal business characteristics can also be considered, so that the related enterprises exist on the supply chain level and the external environment and/or the internal business level.
Further, the supply chain characteristics of each enterprise may be employed in clustering

External environmental characteristics

And internal business features

For any enterprise in the enterprise collection, its enterprise characteristics
Figure BDA0003297562950000104
Can be expressed as:
Figure BDA0003297562950000105
according to the enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the supply chain characteristics, the external environment characteristics and the internal operation characteristics are used as clustering bases, so that the accuracy of enterprise relevance analysis is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of the supply chain determining method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the supply chain of any enterprise is determined based on the following steps:
step 210, determining direct upstream and downstream enterprises of each enterprise and transaction amount between each enterprise and the direct upstream and downstream enterprises based on the financial report text of each enterprise.
Specifically, the financial report text of each enterprise may be a latest financial report text or a historical financial report text, and the time selection of the financial report text may be determined according to the enterprise relevance analysis requirement.
The "upstream enterprise directly providing equipment, raw materials and the like for any enterprise" and the "downstream enterprise directly purchasing finished products thereof", that is, the direct upstream enterprise (direct supplier) and the direct downstream enterprise (direct customer) associated with the enterprise, can be extracted from the financial text of any enterprise, and the transaction amount between the enterprise and the direct upstream and downstream enterprise in the financial text is acquired. The existing crawler algorithm and text parsing algorithm may be adopted, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
For any enterprise, the number of corresponding direct upstream enterprises can be multiple, the number of corresponding direct downstream enterprises can be multiple, and the specific number is determined according to the actual conditions recorded in the financial report text.
Step 220, with any enterprise as an initial node, with the direct upstream and downstream enterprises of the enterprise as neighboring nodes, and with the transaction amount between the enterprise and the direct upstream and downstream enterprises as an edge, an initial supply chain of the enterprise is constructed.
Specifically, an initial supply chain of an enterprise may be first constructed by using any enterprise as an initial node, using an enterprise immediately upstream and downstream of the enterprise as an adjacent node, and using the transaction amount between the enterprise and the enterprise immediately upstream and downstream as an edge. The direction of the edge in the supply chain is used to represent the upstream and downstream relationship. For example, if an edge points from enterprise P to enterprise Q, it can be shown that enterprise Q is a downstream enterprise of enterprise P, or that enterprise P is an upstream enterprise of enterprise Q.
And step 230, expanding the initial supply chain of the enterprise to obtain the supply chain of the enterprise based on the direct upstream and downstream enterprises of the enterprises except the enterprise and the transaction amount between the enterprises except the enterprise and the direct upstream and downstream enterprises of the enterprises.
Specifically, the initial supply chain of the enterprise may be extended according to the direct upstream and downstream enterprises of the enterprises other than the enterprise and the transaction amounts between the enterprises other than the enterprise and the direct upstream and downstream enterprises of the enterprises, that is, the enterprises may be added into the initial supply chain as the previous node or the subsequent node according to the upstream and downstream relationship, so as to obtain the supply chain of the enterprise.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a supply chain provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the supply chain may be represented by establishing a DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph).
In a supply chain DAG, various nodes in the supply chain can be traversed. For example, for two adjacent nodes P and Q, the supply chain relationship may be represented as { P → Q, M }, indicating that enterprise P is an upstream enterprise of enterprise Q and the transaction amount between the two enterprises is M.
After the above steps are performed, there may be loops in the resulting DAG, which affect the complete representation of the main supply chain relationships, and possible loops in the supply chain DAG should be eliminated as much as possible.
There may be a case of commission processing in the supply chain relationship between two enterprises, for example, enterprise Q purchases raw material with an amount of M1 from enterprise P (enterprise P is an upstream enterprise and enterprise Q is a downstream enterprise in this transaction), enterprise P purchases raw material with an amount of M2 from enterprise Q (enterprise Q is an upstream enterprise and enterprise P is a downstream enterprise in this transaction), and the raw materials correspond to the supply chain DAG, that is, { P → Q, M1} and { Q → P, M2} exist at the same time. At this time, the edge corresponding to the larger value should be reserved, the other edge is deleted correspondingly, and the value of the reserved directed edge is reset to be the difference value between the value of the reserved directed edge and the value of the deleted edge. If M1> M2, then { Q → P, M2} is deleted and { P → Q, M1} is modified to { P → Q, M1-M2 }.
If a plurality of nodes exist in the supply chain, the plurality of nodes are sequentially connected in the direction of edges between the nodes to form a ring, for example, for an enterprise P, an enterprise Q and an enterprise R, an upstream enterprise in which the enterprise P is the enterprise Q, an upstream enterprise in which the enterprise Q is the enterprise R and an upstream enterprise in which the enterprise R is the enterprise P exist, and corresponding to the supply chain DAG, there exist { P → Q, M1}, { Q → R, M2} and { Q → P, M3}, that is { P → Q → R → P }, all the nodes may form a ring, considering that such a scenario is unrealistic and rarely occurs in practice, in order to avoid a process affecting subsequent calculations, the embodiment of the present invention deletes the edge with the smallest amount in the ring, so as to break the ring structure, and make the main supply chain relationship obtain a complete representation. If M1> M2> M3, { Q → P, M3} is deleted.
To facilitate analysis, virtual start and end nodes may also be added in the supply chain DAG. The start node is connected with nodes corresponding to all the most upstream enterprises in the supply chain, and the end node is connected with nodes corresponding to all the most downstream enterprises in the supply chain.
The business upstream is the business in the supply chain that has only the business downstream directly, but not the business upstream directly, indicating that the business is the source of the raw material supplier in the entire supply chain.
The most downstream enterprise is an enterprise in the supply chain that has only immediate upstream enterprises and no immediate downstream enterprises, indicating that the enterprise is the end point of the product manufacturer in the entire supply chain.
It should be noted that the supply chain of any enterprise is different from the supply chain of other enterprises, because the cooperation between the enterprises is independent and different.
The enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the embodiment of the invention establishes the supply chain according to the financial and newspaper texts of each enterprise, has real and effective data, does not depend on the working experience and subjective judgment of personnel any more, improves the data utilization rate of the financial and newspaper texts of the enterprise, and improves the accuracy and efficiency of enterprise relevance analysis.
According to any of the above embodiments, the supply chain information corresponding to the supply chain in which the enterprise is located includes at least one of net profit margin, operational risk, relative capacity, and operational efficiency.
Specifically, the net profit margin is the ratio of the total net profit to the total cost of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise in an accounting period.
The influence factors of the net profit margin include the aspects of income and cost, and also include various factors such as debt capital cost, equity capital cost of an enterprise, capital structure of the enterprise and the like.
For the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located, the total cost of the supply chain is the sum of fixed assets and raw materials purchased by the enterprises in the supply chain from the enterprises in the non-local supply chain, and the sum is expressed by the formula:
Figure BDA0003297562950000131
the total net profit is the sum of net profits of enterprises in the supply chain, and is formulated as:
total net profit ═ ΣEnterprise y belongs to the supply chainNet profit of y
The net profit margin P of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located can be obtainedNet of supply chainProfit marginIs formulated as:
Figure BDA0003297562950000141
wherein, the current period is the current accounting period, and the previous period is the last accounting period. The solving method of the change rate of the total net profit in the current period compared with the total net profit in the previous period is as follows: the difference between the total net profit of the current period and the total net profit of the previous period is solved, and the ratio of the difference to the total net profit of the previous period is taken as the change rate of the total net profit. The solving method of the change rate of the current total cost compared with the previous total cost is similar to the above method, and is not described again.
The operation risk is the possibility that the operation difficulty occurs to other enterprises in the supply chain due to the operation difficulty occurring to the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located, and can be represented as POperational risk of supply chain
The relative capacity is the ability of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise to generate products by using input equipment, raw materials and the like, and is used for representing the relation between the input and the output of the supply chain, and can be represented as PRelative capacity of supply chain
The operation efficiency is the fund flow rate of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located, is used for characterizing the operation efficiency of the supply chain, and can be expressed as POperating efficiency of supply chain
On the basis, the importance degree P of the corresponding enterprise in the supply chain is consideredCorresponding to the importance of the enterpriseSupply chain characteristics of any enterprise
Figure BDA0003297562950000142
Can be expressed as:
Figure BDA0003297562950000143
according to the enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the supply chain characteristics of the corresponding enterprise are determined according to the net profit margin, the operation risk, the relative productivity and the operation efficiency of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located and the importance degree of the corresponding enterprise in the supply chain, so that the accuracy of enterprise relevance analysis is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of the operation risk determining method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 410, determining the static operational risk of each supply chain enterprise based on the financial report text of each supply chain enterprise in the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located.
Specifically, the static operational risk of each supply chain enterprise can be obtained according to the existing calculation method according to the financial report text of each supply chain enterprise in the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located.
The static operational risk is the inherent and static production operation and financial risk of each enterprise, and can be marked as SRISK.
For an enterprise, the business risk comes not only from the static business risk itself, but also from the propagation risk of the enterprise upstream and downstream of the whole supply chain due to malpractice. The propagation risk includes a forward propagation risk and a backward propagation risk.
The forward propagation risk is that when an upstream enterprise has difficulty in production and operation, a downstream enterprise may have risks of failing to obtain material supply in time, needing to purchase other enterprises, and the like.
The back propagation risk is the risk that business credit provided by an upstream enterprise to a downstream enterprise before can not be recovered when the downstream enterprise has difficulty in production and operation.
And step 420, determining the forward propagation risk of any supply chain enterprise based on the static operation risk of any supply chain enterprise, the forward propagation risk of any supply chain enterprise which is directly upstream of the supply chain enterprise and the purchase amount between any supply chain enterprise and any supply chain enterprise which is directly upstream of the supply chain enterprise.
Specifically, the enterprise immediately downstream in the supply chain of any supply chain enterprise P is Q, i.e., the supply chain enterprise P is the enterprise immediately upstream of the supply chain enterprise Q.
In the risk forward propagation process, for the downstream enterprise Q, if the upstream enterprise P has difficulty in operation, the material originally purchased from P needs to be purchased from other upstream enterprises, and this arrangement may expose Q to certain risks, including the risk of price increase of a new supplier, the risk of not having a suitable new supplier, the risk of not confirming that the new supplier causes raw materials not in place and thus production is forced to be suspended, and the like.
The risk influence surface is numerous, the actual quantitative calculation can be influenced, and the trouble can be simply measured from the following angles: under other same conditions, if the purchase amount from the P is high, the greater the risk is; if the two-way business such as entrusted processing exists, the risk is higher than that of a single business which is purchased only.
The method for calculating the forward propagation risk of any supply chain enterprise Q comprises the following steps:
firstly, calculating the static operation risk of each supply chain enterprise in the supply chain, and taking the static operation risk as an initial forward propagation risk;
secondly, according to the static business risk SRISK (Q) of the supply chain enterprise Q and the forward propagation risk of the enterprise P directly upstream of the supply chain enterprise Q in a mode of gradually iterating from the upstream enterprise to the downstream enterprise in the supply chainForward direction(P), and a purchase amount tromble (P, Q) between a supply chain enterprise Q and an enterprise P immediately upstream of the supply chain enterprise, determining a forward propagation risk of the supply chain enterprise QForward direction(Q), formulated as:
riskforward direction(Q)=SRISK(Q)+∑Direct upstream enterprise with P ∈ QriskForward direction(P)×trouble(P,Q)
Figure BDA0003297562950000161
There may be a plurality of immediate upstream enterprises P.
At step 430, a back-propagation risk for any of the supply chain enterprises is determined based on the forward-propagation risk for any of the supply chain enterprises, the back-propagation risk for any of the supply chain enterprises that is directly downstream of any of the supply chain enterprises, and business credits between any of the supply chain enterprises and any of the supply chain enterprises that is directly downstream of any of the supply chain enterprises.
Specifically, in the back-propagation process, when an upstream enterprise provides material for a downstream enterprise, the downstream enterprise settles money to the upstream enterprise. Such payment includes not only cash, but also business credit provided by the upstream enterprise to the downstream enterprise, i.e., the downstream enterprise may defer payment for a certain amount of time and settle after the enterprise has eased. Given the difficulty of downstream enterprises, it is clear that the risk of its delivery to upstream enterprises is a risk of arrears failing to perform.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise P is still used as an upstream enterprise, and the enterprise Q is used as a downstream enterprise for explanation.
The method for calculating the back propagation risk of any supply chain enterprise P comprises the following steps:
firstly, calculating forward propagation risks of supply chain enterprises in a supply chain, and taking the forward propagation risks as initial backward propagation risks;
second, risk is propagated forward in the supply chain according to supply chain enterprise P in a stepwise iterative manner from downstream enterprise to upstream enterpriseForward direction(P), Back propagation Risk of an Enterprise Q directly downstream of the supply chain Enterprise PReverse direction(P), and business credit between supply chain enterprise P and an enterprise immediately downstream of supply chain enterprise Q, determining a back propagation risk for supply chain enterprise PReverse direction(P), formulated as:
Figure BDA0003297562950000171
wherein, there may be a plurality of direct downstream enterprises Q.
Step 440, determining the operational risk of the supply chain in which the corresponding enterprise is located based on the back propagation risk of each supply chain enterprise in the supply chain in which the corresponding enterprise is located.
Specifically, the risk of back propagation is calculated in an accumulated manner on the basis of the risk of forward propagation, and the business risk P of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is locatedOperational risk of supply chainThe sum of the back propagation risks for each supply chain enterprise is formulated as:
Poperational risk of supply chain=∑Enterprise y belongs to the supply chainriskReverse direction(y)
Wherein the enterprise y is an enterprise in the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located.
According to the enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the forward propagation risk and the backward propagation risk are calculated according to the financial report texts of each supply chain enterprise in the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise, the operation risk of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise is determined, the data utilization rate of the financial report texts of the enterprise is improved, and the accuracy of enterprise relevance analysis is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of the operation efficiency determining method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 510, determining a corrected transaction amount corresponding to any side based on the transaction amount corresponding to any side in the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located and the number of complete supply paths passing through any side. The complete supply path is a supply path connecting the most upstream enterprise and the most downstream enterprise in the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located.
Specifically, for a supply chain in which a corresponding enterprise is located, if the material circulation speed inside the supply chain is fast, the supply chain is considered to have higher operation efficiency. Due to the fact that the variety of materials is various and complex and difficult to quantify, the transaction amount between enterprises can be adopted for replacement.
The operational efficiency of the supply chain may be measured in terms of the transaction amount for each complete supply path in the supply chain.
Considering that the supply chain in which the corresponding enterprise is located is usually complex, in the supply chain DAG, there may be multiple complete supply paths from the beginning to the end of the node, and different paths may directly share the same node, therefore, in the above calculation of the weight, it is first considered to reasonably allocate the amount of money of each path to all the complete supply paths that it can pass through on average.
For example, the transaction amount of enterprise E and enterprise F is 300 ten thousand, and the complete supply path passing through the edge { E → F, 300 ten thousand } includes 3 total supply paths "enterprise a → enterprise P → enterprise E → enterprise F", "enterprise B → enterprise C → enterprise P → enterprise E → enterprise F", so that the amount contributed by the edge { E → F, 300 ten thousand } for each complete supply path is only 100 thousand each when the weight is calculated for these 3 complete supply paths.
Can correspond to the transaction amount (amount) corresponding to any side in the supply chain where the enterprise is locatedAmount of transactionAnd the number of complete supply paths passing through the edge, determining the modified transaction amount corresponding to the edgeCorrecting transaction amountIs formulated as:
Figure BDA0003297562950000181
step 520, determining a path weight for any complete supply path in the supply chain for the enterprise based on the corrected transaction amount corresponding to each edge of any complete supply path.
Specifically, corresponding path weights are given to different complete paths to measure the importance degree of the complete paths. In general, the more the sum of all the money of each road section on the complete path, the greater the path weight, which is expressed by the formula:
any complete supply path weight ∑ ΣAny edge e an edge in any complete supply pathAround on either sideCorrecting transaction amount
Step 530, determining the operation efficiency of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise based on the path weight of each complete supply path in the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise, the number of enterprises of each complete supply path, and the number of complete supply paths.
Specifically, the operation efficiency of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located is formulated as:
Figure BDA0003297562950000191
wherein the number of nodes in any complete supply path is the number of enterprises in the supply chain.
The reason for negating the operation efficiency in the supply chain is that under the same condition, more nodes indicate that the complete path is low in efficiency.
The fast capital flow rate means that the number of nodes in the complete path is small, that is, the capital is transferred through some enterprises, and under the same other conditions, the number of times of transferring is small, and the operating efficiency of the capital is high.
According to the enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the operation efficiency of the supply chain is determined through the transaction amount and the complete supply path in the supply chain, and the accuracy of enterprise relevance analysis is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a relative capacity determining method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
step 610, acquiring a current period financial report text and a last period financial report text of each supply chain enterprise in a supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located;
step 620, determining the total current-period cost and the total current-period income of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise based on the current-period financial report text of each supply chain enterprise;
step 630, determining the total cost of the last period and the total income of the last period of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located based on the previous period financial report text of each supply chain enterprise;
step 640, determining the relative capacity of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise based on the total cost of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise in the current period, the total income of the current period, the total cost of the previous period and the total income of the previous period;
the total cost of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located is determined based on the purchase amount among all the supply chain enterprises in the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located;
the total revenue of the supply chain for the corresponding business is determined based on sales amounts between the various supply chain businesses in the supply chain for the corresponding business.
In particular, the relative capacity of a supply chain is actually a look at the relationship between the inputs and outputs of the supply chain. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention considers not only the overall situation of relative productivity, but also the growth situation of the relative productivity.
Firstly, a current period financial report text and a last period financial report text of each supply chain enterprise in a supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located are obtained.
Determining the total cost of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located according to the purchase amount among all the supply chain enterprises in the financial report text, wherein the total cost is expressed by a formula as follows:
Figure BDA0003297562950000201
according to the sales amount among the supply chain enterprises in the financial report text, determining the total income of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located, and expressing the total income as follows by using a formula:
Figure BDA0003297562950000202
secondly, determining the total cost of the current period and the total income of the current period of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located according to the text of the current period financial newspaper of each supply chain enterprise, and determining the total cost of the last period and the total income of the last period of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located based on the text of the last period financial newspaper of each supply chain enterprise.
And finally, determining the relative capacity of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise according to the total cost of the supply chain corresponding to the enterprise in the current period, the total income of the current period, the total cost of the previous period and the total income of the previous period, and expressing the capacity as follows by using a formula:
Figure BDA0003297562950000211
here, the current period is also referred to as the current period. The solving method of the change rate of the previous total income compared with the previous total income comprises the following steps: firstly, the difference value between the current-stage total income and the previous-stage total income is solved, and the ratio of the difference value to the previous-stage total income is taken as the change rate of the total income. And when the early-stage total cost is compared with the last-stage total cost, the solution method of the change rate is similar to the method and is not repeated.
According to the enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the relative productivity of the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located is determined through the current-period financial report text and the last-period financial report text of each supply chain enterprise in the supply chain where the corresponding enterprise is located, the data utilization rate of the enterprise financial report text is improved, and the accuracy and the efficiency of enterprise relevance analysis are improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of the importance level determining method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the method includes:
step 710, determining the number of all complete supply paths in a supply chain where a corresponding enterprise is located;
step 720, determining the number of remaining complete supply paths after the corresponding enterprise is removed from the supply chain;
based on the number of all complete supply paths and the number of remaining complete supply paths, the importance level of the corresponding enterprise in the supply chain is determined 730.
Specifically, if a certain enterprise in the upstream and downstream enterprises is suddenly closed, the other enterprises in the supply chain need to spend a lot of cost to search for a new partner, and it can be known that although the supply chain is restored to normal operation, the supply chain is still damaged by sudden closing of the enterprises. The importance of the enterprise can be considered high if such damage in the supply chain would be of great concern to the connectivity of the supply chain.
The high importance of the enterprise can be measured by considering the proportion of the complete supply path that disappears due to the absence of the corresponding enterprise, for example, after the corresponding enterprise is removed, the more the complete supply path disappears, the less the complete supply path remains, the higher the importance of the enterprise, and can be expressed by the following formula:
Figure BDA0003297562950000221
according to the enterprise relevance analysis method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the importance degree of the corresponding enterprise is determined through the number of all complete supply paths of the corresponding enterprise in the supply chain and the number of the remaining complete supply paths after the corresponding enterprise is removed, and the accuracy of enterprise relevance analysis is improved.
