With reference to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an order processing method based on order screening, which is applicable to the order processing server. The method steps defined by the flow related to the order processing method based on order screening can be realized by the order processing server.
The specific process shown in FIG. 2 will be described in detail below.
Step S100, based on a predetermined order screening rule, performing screening processing on multiple pieces of acquired user service order data respectively sent by multiple pieces of user terminal equipment, to obtain at least one piece of target user service order data corresponding to the multiple pieces of user service order data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the order processing server may perform screening processing on a plurality of pieces of user service order data respectively sent by the obtained plurality of user terminal devices based on a predetermined order screening rule, so as to obtain at least one piece of target user service order data corresponding to the plurality of pieces of user service order data. Each user terminal device is configured to generate corresponding user service order data based on a service order selection operation performed by a corresponding order user.
Step S200, determining, for each piece of target user service order data, a service processing user corresponding to the target user service order data, and determining whether the service processing user can perform a service processing operation on the target user service order data.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after obtaining the at least one piece of target user service order data based on step S100, the order processing server may determine, for each piece of target user service order data in the at least one piece of target user service order data, a service processing user corresponding to the target user service order data, and determine whether the service processing user can perform a service processing operation on the target user service order data.
Step S300, for each piece of target user service order data, if it is determined that the service processing user corresponding to the target user service order data cannot perform service processing operation on the target user service order data, performing order cancellation processing on the target user service order data.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after determining whether the service processing user corresponding to each piece of target user service order data can perform a service processing operation on the target user service order data based on step S200, the order processing server may perform order cancellation processing on the target user service order data for each piece of target user service order data in the at least one piece of target user service order data if it is determined that the service processing user corresponding to the target user service order data cannot perform a service processing operation on the target user service order data.
Based on the method, an order processing method and an order processing device based on order screening can determine whether the service processing user corresponding to each piece of target user service order data can perform service processing operation on the target user service order data or not after screening a plurality of pieces of acquired user service order data based on a predetermined order screening rule to obtain at least one piece of corresponding target user service order data, and perform order cancellation processing on the target user service order data when the corresponding service processing user cannot perform service processing operation on the target user service order data, so that the user can exit from a waiting mode in time, the problem that the user is prone to perform useless waiting in the prior art is solved, and the problems of resource waste and the like can be solved.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, step S100 of the above example, that is, the step of obtaining the plurality of pieces of user service order data sent by the plurality of user terminal devices respectively, may include step S110, step S120, and step S130.
Step S110, obtaining user service order data respectively sent by a plurality of user terminal devices, and obtaining a plurality of corresponding user service order data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the order processing server may obtain the user service order data respectively sent by the plurality of user terminal devices, so as to obtain the corresponding plurality of user service order data. Each user terminal device is configured to generate corresponding user service order data based on a service order selection operation (such as touch screen or keyboard input) performed by a corresponding order user.
Step S120, determining whether order screening processing is required based on the multiple pieces of user service order data.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after obtaining the plurality of pieces of user service order data based on step S110, the order processing server may determine whether order screening processing needs to be performed based on the plurality of pieces of user service order data. After determining that order filtering processing needs to be performed on the plurality of pieces of user service order data, the subsequent step S130 may be performed.
Step S130, performing a screening process on the multiple pieces of user service order data based on a predetermined order screening rule, to obtain at least one piece of target user service order data corresponding to the multiple pieces of user service order data.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after determining that order screening processing needs to be performed on the multiple pieces of user service order data based on step S120, the order processing server may perform screening processing on the multiple pieces of user service order data based on a predetermined order screening rule, so as to obtain at least one piece of target user service order data corresponding to the multiple pieces of user service order data.
Based on each step included in the method, when a plurality of pieces of user service order data are obtained, whether order screening processing needs to be performed or not can be judged based on the plurality of pieces of user service order data, and when the order screening processing needs to be performed on the plurality of pieces of user service order data, the plurality of pieces of user service order data are screened to obtain at least one piece of corresponding target user service order data, so that the problem that the control effect on the user service orders is poor in the conventional technology that the service orders are not screened uniformly or the service orders are screened uniformly can be solved, for example, the problem that equipment breakdown is likely to be caused if the screening is not performed.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, in step S110 of the above example, that is, the step of obtaining the user service order data sent by the plurality of user terminal devices respectively to obtain the corresponding plurality of user service order data may include the following steps:
firstly, determining a time period to which a current time belongs in a plurality of pre-configured time periods to obtain a target time period corresponding to the current time, wherein the time periods are continuous time periods (the end time of a previous time period is coincident with the start time of a next time period);
then, user service order data respectively sent by each user terminal device in the target time period is obtained (it can be understood that, in a plurality of user terminal devices in communication connection, all the user terminal devices may send the user service order data, or some of the user terminal devices may send the user service order data), so as to obtain a plurality of corresponding pieces of service order data.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the step of determining a time period to which the current time belongs in a plurality of time periods configured in advance to obtain a target time period corresponding to the current time may include the following steps:
firstly, acquiring predetermined first reference duration information (such as 1 second, 2 seconds, 5 seconds and the like), and acquiring predetermined time segment initial time information and predetermined time segment end time information;
secondly, dividing the time interval between the time segment initial time information and the time segment end time information into a plurality of time segments based on the first reference time length information, wherein the time length of each time segment is determined based on the first reference time length information;
and then, determining the time period of the current time in the plurality of time periods to obtain a target time period corresponding to the current time.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the step of dividing the period between the time-slice initial time information and the time-slice end time information into a plurality of time slices based on the first reference time length information may include the following steps:
firstly, the time segment initial time information is used as the starting time information of a time segment (such as a first time segment) formed by segmentation, and the first time length information corresponding to the time segment is determined based on the first reference time length information;
secondly, determining termination time information corresponding to the starting time information based on the starting time information and the corresponding first time length information, and constructing a time period based on the starting time information and the termination time information;
then, updating the termination time information to start time information of the next time period, and determining first time length information corresponding to the next time period based on the first reference time length information;
then, determining ending time information corresponding to the next time period based on the starting time information of the next time period and the corresponding first time length information, constructing a time period based on the starting time information and the ending time information of the next time period, and determining whether the ending time information corresponding to the next time period coincides with the time segment ending time information (for example, taking one day as a standard, the time segment starting time information and the time segment ending time information may coincide, such as both being 24 hours, 0 minutes and 0 seconds);
and finally, if the ending time information corresponding to the next time period is coincident with the time segment ending time information, determining that the segmentation operation on the time segment is finished (namely, no further segmentation operation is carried out), if the ending time information corresponding to the next time period is not coincident with the time segment ending time information, updating the ending time information into the starting time information of the next time period (namely, carrying out further segmentation operation), and determining the first time length information corresponding to the next time period based on the first reference time length information until the determined ending time information corresponding to the next time period is coincident with the time segment ending time information.
It is understood that, in the above example, there are two steps required to determine the corresponding first time length information based on the first reference time length information, and the determination manners may be the same or different, for example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the determination manners may be the same. Based on this, a specific way of determining the corresponding first duration information based on the first reference duration information provides the following one way.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the step of taking the time segment initial time information as start time information of a time segment formed by segmentation, and determining first duration information corresponding to the time segment based on the first reference duration information may include the following steps:
firstly, the time segment initial time information is used as the initial time information of a time segment formed by segmentation, and the corresponding to-be-determined termination time information is determined based on the initial time information and the first reference time length information, wherein the time length between the initial time information and the to-be-determined termination time information is the first reference time length information;
secondly, acquiring the quantity of historical user service order data acquired at each moment between the starting moment information and the to-be-determined termination moment information in history (each moment between the starting moment information and the to-be-determined termination moment information), and acquiring a corresponding quantity average value based on the average value of the quantity of the historical user service order data acquired at each moment in history (each moment between the starting moment information and the to-be-determined termination moment information);
then, calculating proportion information between the quantity average value and a predetermined quantity threshold value, wherein the quantity threshold value is determined based on efficiency information of the order processing server for processing the historical user business order data, and the quantity threshold value and the efficiency information have positive correlation;
finally, an adjustment coefficient with a negative correlation relationship is determined based on the proportional information (i.e., the larger the proportional information is, the smaller the corresponding adjustment coefficient is; the smaller the proportional information is, the larger the corresponding adjustment coefficient is), and first time length information corresponding to the time period is determined based on the adjustment coefficient and the first reference time information (e.g., calculating a product of the adjustment coefficient and the first reference time information, and using the product as the corresponding first time length information).
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the step S120 of the above example, that is, the step of determining whether to perform the order screening process based on the plurality of pieces of user service order data, may include the following steps:
firstly, counting the number of the plurality of pieces of user service order data to obtain a corresponding first order number, and determining a size relationship between the first order number and a predetermined order number threshold (the order number threshold may be determined based on the data processing capability of the order processing server, for example, the order number threshold may be larger if the data processing capability is larger;
secondly, if the first order quantity is smaller than the order quantity threshold value, it is determined that the multiple pieces of user service order data do not need to be screened.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, on the basis of the foregoing example, step S120 of the foregoing example, that is, the step of determining whether to perform order screening processing based on the plurality of pieces of user service order data, may further include the following steps:
firstly, if the first order quantity is greater than or equal to the order quantity threshold value, counting the quantity of the user service order data of which the user identity information of the corresponding user terminal equipment in the plurality of pieces of user service order data belongs to target identity information (such as specific identity information with member identity) to obtain a corresponding second order quantity;
secondly, obtaining corresponding order proportion information based on the proportion between the second order quantity and the first order quantity, and determining the relative size relationship between the order proportion information and predetermined order proportion threshold value information;
then, if the order proportion information is greater than or equal to the order proportion threshold value information, judging that the data of the plurality of user service orders do not need to be screened;
and finally, if the order proportion information is smaller than the order proportion threshold value information, judging that the multiple pieces of user service order data need to be screened.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, in step S130 of the above example, that is, if it is determined that order screening processing needs to be performed on the multiple pieces of user service order data, the step of performing screening processing on the multiple pieces of user service order data based on a predetermined order screening rule to obtain at least one piece of target user service order data corresponding to the multiple pieces of user service order data may include the following steps:
firstly, if the order screening processing needs to be carried out on the plurality of pieces of user service order data, sequencing the plurality of pieces of user service order data to form a service order ordered set;
secondly, based on data volume information (that is, the size of a storage space required for storing the user service order data) and service volume information of each piece of user service order data in the service order ordered set, the plurality of pieces of user service order data included in the service order ordered set are subjected to screening processing to obtain at least one piece of corresponding target user service order data, wherein the service volume information is used for representing the number of user services included in the user service order data.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, if it is determined that order screening processing needs to be performed on the multiple pieces of user service order data, the step of sorting the multiple pieces of user service order data to form a service order ordered set may include the following steps:
first, if it is determined that order screening processing needs to be performed on the plurality of pieces of user service order data (in the foregoing example, the order proportion information is smaller than the order proportion threshold information), acquiring receiving time information (i.e., time when the order processing server receives the user service order data) and sending time information (i.e., time when the corresponding user terminal device sends the corresponding user service order data) corresponding to each piece of user service order data;
then, the multiple pieces of user service order data are sorted based on the receiving time information and the sending time information corresponding to each piece of user service order data (for example, an average value of the receiving time information and the sending time information is calculated, then sorting is performed based on a size relationship of the average value, or sorting is performed first according to the morning and the evening of the corresponding sending time information, then sorting is performed on the multiple pieces of user service order data with the same sending time information according to the corresponding receiving time information, and finally, sorting is performed on the multiple pieces of user service order data with the same sending time information and receiving time information according to a random sorting or other rule, such as the size based on the corresponding service quantity, etc.), so as to form a corresponding service order ordered set.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the step of performing screening processing on the multiple pieces of user service order data included in the service order ordered set based on the data volume information and the service volume information of each piece of user service order data in the service order ordered set to obtain at least one piece of corresponding target user service order data may include the following steps:
firstly, determining each piece of user service order data in the service order ordered set as to-be-processed user service order data in sequence, and acquiring data volume information and service volume information of the to-be-processed user service order data, wherein the service volume information is used for representing the number of user services (namely the situations of merging orders) included in the first user service order data;
secondly, if the data volume information of the user service order data to be processed is greater than or equal to the predetermined data volume threshold value information, and the matching degree between the service volume information and the service volume standard information of the user service order data to be processed (for example, calculating the service volume difference between the service volume information and the service volume standard information, and then determining the negative correlation value of the service volume difference as the matching degree between the service volume information and the service volume standard information) meets the predetermined matching degree condition (for example, the matching degree is greater than or equal to the predetermined matching degree threshold value), determining the user service order data to be processed as the first user service order data;
then, if the data volume information of the user service order data to be processed is smaller than the data volume threshold value information, or the matching degree between the service volume information and the service volume standard information of the user service order data to be processed does not meet the predetermined matching degree condition, not determining the user service order data to be processed as the first user service order data;
then, calculating time difference information between the receiving time information and the sending time information of the first user service order data, and generating a time dimension characterization coefficient of the first user service order data according to the time difference information (wherein the time difference information and the time dimension standard coefficient may have a positive correlation);
further, determining a traffic dimension characterization coefficient of the first user traffic order data according to the traffic information of the first user traffic order data (wherein the traffic information and the traffic dimension characterization coefficient may have a positive correlation);
further, determining service type information of each user service in the first user service order data (which may be configured by a corresponding management user according to an actual application scenario, for example, in a consultation service, a type may be determined based on different fields, for example, in a legal consultation, a distinction is made according to a civil field, a business field, an administrative field, and a criminal field, etc.), determining a service difficulty coefficient of each user service in the first user service order data according to a preset corresponding relationship between a service type and a service difficulty, and performing fusion processing (for example, calculating an average value of the service difficulty coefficients of each user service) based on the service difficulty coefficient of each user service in the first user service order data, to obtain a service difficulty dimension representation coefficient of the first user service order data;
finally, performing fusion processing (such as mean value calculation or weighted sum calculation) according to the corresponding time dimension characterization coefficient, the traffic dimension characterization coefficient, and the traffic difficulty dimension characterization coefficient to obtain a screening characterization coefficient of the first user traffic order data, and performing screening processing on the first user traffic order data based on the screening characterization coefficient of each piece of the first user traffic order data (when the corresponding screening characterization coefficient is greater than or equal to a predetermined screening characterization coefficient threshold value, the first user traffic order data may be determined as target user traffic order data, it can be understood that, if there is a limit to the number of the target user traffic order data, during the step of sequentially determining each piece of the user traffic order data in the ordered set of traffic orders as to-be-processed user traffic order data, once the quantity of the currently obtained target user service order data is equal to a certain quantity threshold value, the step may be stopped from being executed), and at least one corresponding piece of target user service order data is obtained.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, in the above example, the other user service order data that is not determined as the target user service order data may be directly discarded, or after obtaining multiple pieces of user service order data next time, the other user service order data may be directly used as corresponding target user service order data.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, on the basis of the step S110, the step S120 and the step S130 in the above example, after the step S120 is executed, that is, after the step of determining whether the order filtering process needs to be performed based on the plurality of pieces of user service order data is executed, the order processing method based on order filtering may further include the following steps:
and if the order screening processing on the plurality of pieces of user service order data is not needed, using each piece of user service order data in the plurality of pieces of user service order data as target user service order data to obtain a plurality of pieces of target user service order data.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, in step S200 of the above example, that is, for each piece of the target user service order data in the at least one piece of target user service order data, the step of determining a service processing user corresponding to the target user service order data, and determining whether the service processing user can perform a service processing operation on the target user service order data may include the following steps:
firstly, aiming at each piece of target user business order data in the at least one piece of target user business order data, determining a business processing user corresponding to the target user business order data;
secondly, counting the number of the target user business order data corresponding to each business processing user to obtain the corresponding user order counting number;
then, based on the magnitude relationship between the user order statistical quantities, determining an operation determination sequence of the corresponding service processing user (the operation determination sequence of the service processing user with the larger corresponding user order statistical quantity is in front, and the operation determination sequence of the service processing user with the smaller corresponding user order statistical quantity is in back), and sequentially confirming whether each service processing user can perform service processing operation on the corresponding target user service order data based on the operation determination sequence.
Optionally, in another possible implementation manner, in step S200 of the above example, that is, for each piece of target user service order data in the at least one piece of target user service order data, the step of determining a service processing user corresponding to the target user service order data, and determining whether the service processing user can perform a service processing operation on the target user service order data may include the following steps:
firstly, determining the sending time information and the receiving time information of the target user business order data aiming at each piece of target user business order data in the at least one piece of target user business order data;
secondly, determining an operation determination sequence of each piece of target user service order data based on the precedence relationship between the sending time information and the receiving time information of each piece of target user service order data, and sequentially determining whether the service processing user corresponding to each piece of target user service order data can perform service processing operation on the target user service order data based on the operation determination sequence.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the step of determining an operation determination order of each piece of target user service order data based on a precedence relationship between sending time information and receiving time information of each piece of target user service order data, and sequentially determining whether the service processing user corresponding to each piece of target user service order data can perform a service processing operation on the target user service order data based on the operation determination order may include the following steps:
firstly, for each piece of target user service order data, carrying out weighted summation processing on sending time information and receiving time information of the target user service order data to obtain a time representation value corresponding to the target user service order data, wherein a weight coefficient corresponding to the sending time information is greater than a weight coefficient corresponding to the receiving time information;
secondly, determining an operation determination sequence of each piece of target user service order data based on a magnitude relation between the time characterization values corresponding to each piece of target user service order data (the operation determination sequence of the corresponding target user service order data with a smaller time characterization value is in front, and the operation determination sequence of the corresponding target user service order data with a larger time characterization value is in back);
then, based on the operation determination sequence of each piece of target user service order data, sequentially determining whether the service processing user corresponding to each piece of target user service order data can perform service processing operation on the target user service order data (that is, determining whether the corresponding service processing user is on-line or in an order taking state, etc.).
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, in step S300 of the above example, that is, if it is determined that a service processing user corresponding to the target user service order data cannot perform a service processing operation on the target user service order data for each piece of the target user service order data in the at least one piece of target user service order data, the step of performing order cancellation processing on the target user service order data may include the following steps:
firstly, for each piece of target user service order data in the at least one piece of target user service order data, if it is determined that a service processing user corresponding to the target user service order data cannot perform service processing operation on the target user service order data, generating order cancellation notification information corresponding to the target user service order data;
secondly, aiming at each piece of target user service data which can not be subjected to the service processing operation by the corresponding service processing user, sending the order cancellation notification information corresponding to the target user service data to the user terminal equipment corresponding to the target user service data.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the step of sending, to the user terminal device corresponding to the target user service data, the order cancellation notification information corresponding to the target user service data, for each piece of target user service data for which the corresponding service processing user cannot perform the service processing operation may include the following steps:
firstly, determining revocation priority information corresponding to target user service data aiming at each target user service data which can not be subjected to the service processing operation by a corresponding service processing user;
and then, based on the revocation priority information corresponding to each piece of target user service data, sequentially sending the order revocation notification information corresponding to each piece of target user service data to the user terminal equipment corresponding to the target user service data (i.e., sending the order revocation notification information corresponding to the target user service data with higher revocation priority information first).
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the step of determining, for each piece of target user service data for which the corresponding service processing user cannot perform the service processing operation, revocation priority information corresponding to the target user service data may include the following steps:
firstly, aiming at each piece of target user service data which can not be subjected to the service processing operation by a corresponding service processing user, determining the target user service data as first target user service data, and aiming at each piece of first target user service data, determining service volume information corresponding to the first target user service data, wherein the service volume information is used for representing the number of user services included in the first target user service order data;
secondly, determining first revocation priority information corresponding to each piece of first target user service data based on the size relationship between the service volume information corresponding to each piece of first target user service data, wherein the first revocation priority information and the service volume information have positive correlation;
then, for each piece of first target user service data, determining sending time information and receiving time information of the first target user service order data, and determining second revocation priority information corresponding to each piece of first target user service order data based on a precedence relationship between the sending time information and the receiving time information of each piece of first target user service order data (for example, calculating a weighted sum value of the sending time information and the receiving time information, and then determining corresponding second revocation priority information having a negative correlation based on the weighted sum value);
then, for each piece of first target user service data, determining the quantity of the first target user service data corresponding to the service processing user corresponding to the first target user service data, and determining third revocation priority information corresponding to each piece of first target user service order data based on the magnitude relationship between the quantities (wherein, the quantity of the corresponding first target user service data and the third revocation priority information may have a positive correlation);
finally, for each piece of first target user service data, performing priority fusion processing (such as weighted summation or mean value calculation) on the first revocation priority information, the corresponding second revocation priority information, and the corresponding third revocation priority information corresponding to the first target user service data to obtain revocation priority information corresponding to the first target user service data.
