Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-dazzle anti-ultraviolet protective lens, which comprises a lens base body, wherein the lens base body comprises a front substrate, a rear substrate and a nano composite film layer compounded between the front substrate and the rear substrate, the nano composite film layer is provided with an anti-dazzle film layer positioned in the center and a plurality of film layers positioned on at least one side of the anti-dazzle film layer, and the film layers comprise a 1.5-refractive-index film layer, a 1.67-refractive-index film layer and an anti-ultraviolet film layer; wherein, the surface of preceding substrate and back substrate encircles respectively and establishes the radian recess that half a circle corresponds, and the radian recess is used for installing the silica gel holding frame. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the uv-resistant film layer includes 3% of zinc oxide, 18% of laurinol polyoxyethylene ether, 6% of silane coupling agent, 8% of cerium oxide, 22% of diethanolamine, 13% of glycerol diacetate, 20% of sodium fluorosilicate, 7% of polystyrene, and 3% of methyl ester.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the front substrate surface is further coated with a hard coating layer.

The ultraviolet resistant film layer comprises 3% of zinc oxide, 18% of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, 6% of silane coupling agent, 8% of cerium oxide, 22% of diethanolamine, 13% of glycerol diacetate, 20% of sodium fluosilicate, 7% of polystyrene and 3% of methyl ester. Within this value, the uv absorptivity of the uv-resistant film layer is maximally improved.

Claims (8)
1. An anti-glare, anti-ultraviolet protective lens, comprising:
the anti-glare lens comprises a lens base body, a front substrate, a rear substrate and a nano composite film layer compounded between the front substrate and the rear substrate, wherein the nano composite film layer is provided with an anti-glare film layer positioned in the center and a plurality of film layers positioned on at least one side of the anti-glare film layer, and the film layers comprise a 1.5 refractive index film layer, a 1.67 refractive index film layer and an ultraviolet-resistant film layer;
the front substrate and the outer surface of the rear substrate are respectively provided with a semi-circle corresponding radian groove in an encircling manner, and the radian grooves are used for installing a silica gel clamping frame.

5. The anti-glare UV-protective lens according to claim 4, further comprising a blue-light-preventing film layer between the 1.5 refractive index film layer and the 1.67 refractive index film layer.

The anti-glare anti-ultraviolet protective lens according to claim 1, wherein the anti-ultraviolet film layer comprises 2% -5% of zinc oxide, 15% -26% of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, 5% -7% of a silane coupling agent, 7% -13% of cerium oxide, 20% -27% of diethanolamine, 11% -19% of glycerol diacetate, 20% -35% of sodium fluosilicate, 7% -11% of polystyrene, and 1% -19% of methyl methacrylate.

The anti-glare UV-protective lens according to claim 6, wherein the UV-resistant film layer comprises 3% zinc oxide, 18% polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, 6% silane coupling agent, 8% cerium oxide, 22% diethanolamine, 13% glycerol diacetate, 20% sodium fluorosilicate, 7% polystyrene, and 3% methyl ester.
8. The anti-glare uv-protective lens according to claim 1, wherein the front substrate surface is further coated with a hard-coating layer.
