Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.

In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
A handle-type auxiliary shooting device can be a handheld stabilizer, a selfie stick or other handheld auxiliary shooting devices. The following describes a specific structure of the handle-type auxiliary photographing apparatus in detail by taking a handheld stabilizer as an example.
A hand-held stabiliser as shown in figures 1-14 comprising a handle assembly, a pan and tilt head assembly 3 and a support structure; wherein, the handle component comprises a handle 1, a supporting leg structure 2 and a telescopic rod structure 5; the holder component 3 also comprises a power device and a motion adjusting structure; the support structure is embodied as a clamping mechanism 4 for clamping the camera device. The handle 1 is of a cylindrical configuration with a mounting cavity 12 therein. The fixed end of the telescopic rod structure 5 is fixed in the mounting cavity 12 of the handle 1, and the telescopic rod structure 5 has a contraction state completely contained in the mounting cavity 12 of the handle 1 and an extension state extending out of the mounting cavity 12. One end of the holder component 3 is connected to the telescopic end of the telescopic rod structure 5, and the other end of the holder component is connected with a clamping mechanism 4 for clamping the shooting device; the pan-tilt assembly 3 is used for adjusting the spatial position of the clamping mechanism 4 so as to adjust the shooting angle of the shooting device on the clamping mechanism 4. It will be understood here that the telescopic rod arrangement 5 can also be arranged in a configuration in which a part of the telescopic rod arrangement 5 is located inside the receiving chamber of the handle 1 and another part of the telescopic rod arrangement extends outside the receiving chamber when the telescopic rod arrangement 5 is in the retracted state. In other embodiments, the pan/tilt assembly 3 may also be provided with a retractable structure for adjusting the shooting height of the shooting device on the clamping mechanism 4.
In an embodiment of this embodiment, the supporting structure may also be a suction cup type structure, and the shooting device is held on the suction cup type structure by the suction force of the suction cup. In other alternative embodiments, the support structure may provide support for the camera in a form other than a fixed support, but also a movable support, for example, the camera may be rotatably mounted to the support structure via a rotating shaft. It is understood herein that the support structure is a structure of various forms that can provide support for the photographing apparatus as long as the support structure can provide support for the photographing apparatus.
This kind of handheld stabilizer, installation telescopic rod structure 5 in the installation cavity 12 of handle 1, telescopic rod structure 5 can be through the mode regulation cloud platform subassembly 3 of outwards extending and the height of fixture 4 on it, and the cloud platform subassembly 3 of connecting on telescopic rod structure 5 can adjust fixture 4 again for the space angle of handle 1, after the shooting device is fixed on fixture 4, can realize shooting device's shooting height and the arbitrary regulation of shooting angle through telescopic rod structure 5 and cloud platform subassembly 3, satisfy the user to handheld stabilizer adjustment shooting height and the various demands of shooting direction. And when telescopic rod structure 5 was in the shrink state, telescopic rod structure 5 can contract in the installation cavity 12 of handle 1 completely again, reduced telescopic rod structure 5's space and occupy, had the advantage that compact structure nature is high, the size is small and exquisite, functional strong.
In the present embodiment, the outer surface of the handle 1 is provided with function keys including, but not limited to, a multidirectional operation button, an indicator lamp, a mode selection dial, and the like. The inside of handle 1 is provided with the control circuit board who is used for realizing the steady function that increases of handheld stabilizer.
In this embodiment, the leg structure 2 includes three legs 21, and the three legs 21 are respectively hinged to one end of the handle 1 opposite to the pan/tilt head assembly 3. The three legs 21 have a support state of being spread outward to support the handle 1 to stand and a close state of being closed to each other as a hand-held portion of the handle 1 with the handle 1 as a center. Specifically, the support manner between the bottom of the leg 21 and the support bottom surface may be a point support, a line support or a surface support. Preferably, the bottom of the leg 21 is supported on the support bottom surface in the form of a wire support in this embodiment. In alternative embodiments, the number of legs 21 may also be two, four or more; the support point between each leg 21 and the support floor may be one or more. And the hinge structure between the leg 21 and the handle 1 may be a pivot hinge structure or a ball hinge structure.
When the leg structure 2 is in a mutually closed state, the three legs 21 of the leg structure 2 are used as a part of the hand-held part of the handle 1, so that the hand-held use is convenient; when the supporting leg structure 2 is in a supporting state of being unfolded outwards by taking the handle 1 as a center, the three supporting legs 21 can provide support for the handle 1 and the holder assembly 3 thereon, so that the handheld stabilizer can be stably kept in a positioning standing state; therefore, the use requirements of users on the handheld stabilizer under different application scenes can be met. Moreover, the supporting leg structure 2 is connected to the bottom of the handle 1 in a hinged mode, the supporting leg structure 2 and the handle 1 are of an integrated structure, a user does not need to carry an auxiliary shooting device and a tripod respectively when going out to shoot, and the portability is stronger.
In the present embodiment, each of the support legs 21 has an accommodating cavity therein, and the three accommodating cavities accommodate therein batteries 24 for providing electric energy required for the operation of the pan/tilt head assembly 3; the battery 24 may be a thin lithium battery 24 so as to be accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the capacity of the lithium battery 24 per unit volume is large, which is beneficial to improving the cruising ability of the handheld stabilizer. Three wire outlet holes 212 are also provided in the leg 21 and extend through the receiving cavity. Three wires 25 connected to the battery 24 respectively penetrate through the corresponding wire outlet holes 212 and enter the installation cavity 12 of the handle 1, and then are electrically connected to the motor on the pan/tilt head assembly 3 to form a power supply loop.
The length and outer diameter of the handle 1 of the hand-held stabilizer are limited due to the basic requirements of the hand-held stabilizer in hand-held use, and the installation space in the handle 1 is limited. The telescopic rod structure 5 is arranged in the mounting cavity 12 of the handle 1, most of the mounting space in the handle 1 is occupied, and essential parts such as a control circuit board and the like need to be arranged in the handle 1, so that the space for mounting the battery 24 in the handle 1 is very small or almost zero, the battery 24 with large volume can not be arranged in the handle 1, and the long-term endurance of the hand-holding stability is poor; if the battery 24 is mounted on the shaft arm 33 of the head assembly 3, the load on the motor of the head assembly 3 is increased, and the long-term endurance of the handheld stabilizer is also affected. In the embodiment, the battery 24 is arranged in the accommodating cavity in the supporting leg 21, so that the installation requirement of the battery 24 with larger capacity can be met, the installation space on the supporting leg 21 is fully utilized, and the long-term cruising ability of the auxiliary shooting device is improved on the premise of realizing the overall compact, small and light design of the auxiliary shooting device; moreover, the batteries 24 are arranged on the supporting legs 21, so that the gravity center of the whole handheld stabilizer can be lowered compared with the mode that the batteries 24 are arranged in the handle 1 or the holder component 3, and the stability of the handheld stabilizer is improved.
In the present embodiment, the handle 1 is a cylindrical structure formed by splicing two component units 11 and having an installation cavity 12 inside, so that the telescopic rod structure 5 and other components can be assembled in the installation cavity 12. In alternative embodiments, the handle 1 may also be formed by three or more component units 11. The supporting leg structure 2 further comprises a supporting base 22 which is fixedly connected to the end face of the bottom of the handle 1 and is coaxial with the handle 1, and the three supporting legs 21 are respectively hinged to the supporting base 22 through hinges 23 connected to the three supporting legs; the support base 22 is a circular sheet structure having a central through hole 223. In particular, the support base 22 may be fixed to the end of the handle 1 by means of locking screws or other means. In an alternative embodiment, the leg structure 2 may also be hinged directly to the bottom end of the handle 1 or to the peripheral side wall of the leg 21. Compared with the mode that the supporting leg structure 2 is directly hinged on the supporting leg structure 2, the mode that the supporting leg structure 2 is hinged on the handle 1 through the supporting base 22 has higher structural stability of the whole handle assembly, is convenient for assembling the supporting leg structure 2 and the handle 1, and simplifies the structural design of the handle 1; in addition, the support base 22 can connect the two component units 11 together, thereby improving the firmness between the two component units 11.
In this embodiment, three notch grooves 221 are formed in the peripheral side wall of the supporting base 22, and the three hinges 23 on the three legs 21 are rotatably connected in the corresponding notch grooves 221 respectively. In an alternative embodiment, the notch 221 may be formed on the hinge seat protruding outward from the support base 22, as long as the support base 22 forms a space for the hinge 23 to be inserted and installed thereon.
Further, the surface of the support base 22 facing the handle 1 is provided with three first grooves 222 communicated with the groove bottoms of the corresponding notch grooves 221, the surface of the handle 1 facing the support base 22 is provided with three second grooves 13 in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the first grooves 222, and the second grooves 13 and the corresponding first grooves 222 are matched to form a limiting space for limiting the hinge joint 23. According to the installation structure of the hinge joint 23, an additional central shaft for the hinge joint 23 to rotate around is not required to be arranged between the hinge joint 23 and the handle 1 or the support base 22, and as long as the support base 22 is fixed on the handle 1, the second groove 13 and the first groove 222 can form a limiting space for limiting the movement out of the hinge joint 23, so that the structure is simple. Moreover, in order to ensure the structural stability of the articulated joint 23, the size of the articulated joint 23 cannot be smaller than a certain specification, so that the installation space for forming the articulated joint 23 needs to occupy a certain height at the bottom of the handle 1, and the second groove 13 is arranged at the bottom of the handle 1 to be used as a part of the limiting space of the articulated joint 23, so that the space in the handle 1 can be fully utilized, and the design requirements of compactness, miniaturization and light weight of the handheld stability can be better met.
In the present embodiment, the support base 22 is provided with a reduced diameter section 224 having an outer diameter gradually reduced from the handle 1 to the leg structure 2, and the leg 21 is provided with a positioning structure 213 which abuts against the reduced diameter section 224 to maintain the leg structure 2 in a support state. The locking section on the supporting base 22 is abutted against the positioning structure 213 on the supporting leg 21, and the supporting leg 21 can limit the supporting leg 21, so that the expanded angle of the supporting leg 21 is prevented from being too large, and the supporting leg 21 can stably keep the supporting state of fixing the expanded angle.
In this embodiment, the opening of the receiving cavity of the leg 21 is located on the surface of the inward side of the leg 21, and a cover 211 for covering the opening of the receiving cavity is detachably connected to the receiving cavity. The battery 24 in the holding cavity is convenient to replace due to the arrangement of the cover plate 211, and the overall attractiveness of the handle assembly can be improved due to the built-in mode of the cover plate 211. In an alternative embodiment, the opening of the receiving cavity in the leg 21 may be located on the surface of the leg 21 facing outwards, and the cover 211 may be detachably connected to the opening of the receiving cavity. When the three support legs 21 are in a closed state, a cavity is formed among the three support legs 21, and heat generated by the battery 24 during operation can be rapidly diffused outwards through the cavity, so that the damage caused by the heat generation of the battery 24 is reduced.
In this embodiment, three wire outlet holes 212 are further formed on the leg 21 and extend through the receiving cavity. Three wires 25 connected to the battery 24 respectively penetrate through the corresponding wire outlet 212 and the through hole 223 in the middle of the supporting base 22 and extend into the mounting cavity 12 of the handle 1. The lead 25 connected to the pan and tilt head assembly 3 is electrically connected to the lead 25 led out from the battery 24 in the mounting cavity 12. Specifically, the telescopic rod structure 5 includes at least two hollow supporting rods 51 which are mutually sleeved and have different cross-sectional dimensions, and the routing between the battery 24 and the holder assembly 3 passes through the inner cavities of the at least two hollow supporting rods 51.
In this embodiment, the head assembly 3 includes a power device and a motion adjusting mechanism, the power device includes a first motor 31 and a second motor 34, the motion adjusting mechanism includes a shaft arm 33 connected between the first motor 31 and the second motor 34, and the shaft arm 33 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 32 with self-damping. The first motor 31 is connected to the telescopic end of the telescopic rod assembly via a rotary shaft 6, and the gripper mechanism 4 is connected to the output of the second motor 34. The first motor 31 drives the shaft arm 33 to rotate in the course direction, and the angle of shooting equipment carried by the clamping mechanism 4 on the holder component 3 in the course direction can be automatically adjusted; the second motor 34 drives the clamping mechanism 4 to rotate around the output end of the second motor 34, so that the angle of the shooting equipment carried by the clamping mechanism 4 in the roll direction can be automatically adjusted; thereby achieving automatic adjustment of the orientation of the gripper mechanism 4. In the alternative embodiment, the holder assembly 3 may also be a three-axis holder, which includes a course axis motor, a roll axis motor, a pitch axis motor, and a connecting arm connected between the motors, and adjusts the arbitrary orientation of the clamping mechanism 4 in space through the three-axis holder.
In this embodiment, the telescopic rod structure 5 is connected with a connecting part 52 on the hollow strut 51 at the telescopic end, the first motor 31 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 6 with self-damping, and the axis of the rotating shaft 6 is perpendicular to the telescopic direction of the telescopic rod structure 5, i.e. is arranged along the horizontal direction. The angle of the shooting equipment carried by the clamping mechanism 4 on the holder component 3 in the heading direction can be adjusted by manually rotating the first motor 31 around the rotating shaft 6. Because in the in-service use process, the demand of shooting the every single move direction of shooting equipment on adjusting fixture 4 is bigger, and the angle modulation of 4 every single move directions of fixture adopts the mode that manual regulation and electric control combined together, can better satisfy user's demand.
In summary, the handle-type device for assisting shooting provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the support leg structure 2 takes the handle 1 as the center and has a support state of expanding outwards to support the handle 1 to stand and a folding state of folding mutually to be used as a handheld part of the handle 1; when the leg structure 2 is in a mutually closed state, the three legs 21 are used as a part of the hand-held part of the handle 1, so that the hand-held use is convenient; when the supporting leg structure 2 is in a supporting state of being unfolded outwards by taking the handle 1 as a center, the three supporting legs 21 can provide support for the handle 1, so that the handle 1 type auxiliary shooting device can stably keep a positioning standing state; therefore, the use requirements of a user on the handle 1 type auxiliary shooting device under different application scenes can be met.
Secondly, leg structure 2 is connected in handle 1 bottom through articulated mode, and leg structure 2 and handle 1 formula structure as an organic whole need not to carry supplementary shooting device and tripod respectively when the user goes out to shoot, and the portability is stronger.
Thirdly, install telescopic rod structure 5 in the installation cavity 12 of handle 1, telescopic rod structure 5 can be through the height of outwards extending mode regulation cloud platform subassembly 3 and last fixture 4, and the cloud platform subassembly 3 of connecting on telescopic rod structure 5 can adjust fixture 4 again for the space angle of handle 1, after the shooting device is fixed on fixture 4, can realize shooting device's shooting height and the arbitrary regulation of shooting angle through telescopic rod structure 5 and cloud platform subassembly 3, satisfy the user and assist shooting device adjustment to handle 1 formula and shoot the various demands of height and shooting direction. And when telescopic rod structure 5 was in the shrink state, telescopic rod structure 5 can contract in the installation cavity 12 of handle 1 completely again, reduced telescopic rod structure 5's space and occupy, had the advantage that compact structure nature is high, the size is small and exquisite, functional strong.
Fourthly, the battery 24 for providing electric energy for the holder component 3 is arranged in the accommodating cavity of the supporting leg 21, so that the installation requirement of the battery 24 with larger capacity can be met, the installation space on the supporting leg 21 is fully utilized, and the long-term cruising ability of the auxiliary shooting device is improved on the premise of realizing the integral compact, miniaturized and light-weight design of the auxiliary shooting device; moreover, the batteries 24 are arranged on the supporting legs 21, so that the gravity center of the whole handle 1 type auxiliary shooting device can be lowered compared with the mode that the batteries 24 are arranged in the handle 1 or the tripod head component 3, and the stability of the handle 1 type auxiliary shooting device is improved.

Claims (18)

1. A handle-assisted camera device, comprising:
a power plant;
the handle assembly comprises a handle (1) and a leg structure (2), wherein the leg structure (2) comprises at least two legs (21) with one ends hinged to the handle (1); at least two of the supporting legs (21) have a supporting state of being unfolded outwards to support the handle (1) to stand and a folding state of being folded mutually to serve as a handheld part of the handle assembly by taking the handle (1) as a center; the supporting legs (21) are provided with accommodating cavities, and batteries (24) which provide electric energy required by the work of the power device are accommodated in the accommodating cavities;
one end of the movement adjusting mechanism is connected with the supporting structure, and the other end of the movement adjusting mechanism is rotatably connected with the handle (1); the movement adjusting mechanism moves under the driving of the power device to adjust the orientation and/or the distance of the supporting structure relative to the handle (1).
2. Handle-assisted filming device according to claim 1, characterized in that the handle (1) has a mounting cavity (12) inside, the handle assembly further comprising a telescopic rod structure (5); the power device is connected to the telescopic end of the telescopic rod structure (5), and the fixed end of the telescopic rod structure (5) is connected into the mounting cavity (12) of the handle (1); the telescopic rod structure (5) is in a contraction state stored in the mounting cavity (12) and in an extension state extending out of the mounting cavity (12).
3. Handle-assisted filming device according to claim 1, characterized in that the wiring between the battery (24) and the power unit passes through a mounting cavity (12) in the handle (1).
4. The handle-assisted photographing device according to claim 3, wherein the supporting leg (21) is provided with a cover plate (211) for covering the opening of the accommodating cavity, the supporting leg (21) is further provided with a wire outlet (212) penetrating through the accommodating cavity, and a lead (25) connected to the battery (24) penetrates through the wire outlet (212) and extends into the mounting cavity (12).
5. Handle-assisted filming device according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening of the housing is located on the surface of the inward side of the leg (21).
6. Handle-assisted filming device according to claim 2, characterized in that the telescopic rod structure (5) comprises at least two hollow struts (51) which are mutually sleeved and have different cross-sectional dimensions, and the wiring between the battery (24) and the power device passes through the inner cavities of the at least two hollow struts (51).

Handle-assisted photography according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the handle (1) is a cylindrical structure formed by splicing at least two component units (11) and having a mounting cavity (12) inside, the leg structure (2) further comprises a support base (22) connected to the end face of one end of the handle (1) and coaxially arranged with the handle (1), and at least two legs (21) are respectively and hingedly mounted to the support base (22) through hinges (23) connected thereto.
8. The handle-type auxiliary photographing device according to claim 7, wherein the supporting base (22) has at least two notch grooves (221) formed on a peripheral sidewall thereof, and the hinge joint (23) is rotatably connected to the corresponding notch grooves (221).
9. The handle-assisted photographing device according to claim 8, wherein the surface of the support base (22) facing the handle (1) is provided with at least two first grooves (222) communicated with the groove bottoms of the corresponding notch grooves (221), the surface of the handle (1) facing the support base (22) is provided with at least two second grooves (13) corresponding to the first grooves (222) in position one by one, and the second grooves (13) and the corresponding first grooves (222) cooperate to form a limiting space for limiting the hinge joint (23).
10. Handle-assisted camera device according to claim 7, characterized in that the support base (22) is provided with a through hole (223), and the lead (25) from the battery (24) extends into the mounting cavity (12) of the handle (1) through the through hole (223).
11. Handle assisted photography according to claim 7, characterized in that the support base (22) is provided with a reduced diameter section (224) with a gradually reduced outer diameter from the handle (1) to the extension direction of the leg structure (2), and the leg (21) is provided with a positioning structure (213) which abuts against the reduced diameter section (224) to keep the leg structure (2) in the support state.
12. Handle-assisted photography according to claim 2, characterized in that the telescopic rod structure (5) has a rotation shaft (6) connected to its telescopic end, and the power device is rotatably mounted to the rotation shaft (6).
13. The handle-assisted photographing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the power device and the movement adjusting mechanism together constitute a pan-tilt assembly, the power device is a motor of the pan-tilt assembly, and the movement adjusting mechanism is a shaft arm (33) of the pan-tilt assembly; the motor drives the shaft arm (33) to rotate to adjust the orientation of the support structure.
14. Handle-assisted filming device according to claim 13, characterized in that the power device comprises a first motor (31) and a second motor (34); the shaft arm (33) is connected between the first motor (31) and the second motor (34); the first motor (31) is connected to the handle assembly and the support structure is connected to the output of the second motor (34).
15. The handle-assisted photographing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the support structure is configured to provide support for a photographing apparatus fixedly mounted to the support structure.
16. Handle assisted photography device according to claim 15, characterized in that the support structure is a clamping mechanism (4) for clamping the photography device.
17. The handle-assisted photographing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the support structure is used to provide support for a photographing apparatus movably mounted to the support structure.
18. The handle-assisted photographing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the handle-assisted photographing apparatus is a hand-held stabilizer.
