Further, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, one of the magnetic induction sensor 51 and the magnet 52 is provided on the water pan 2, and the other of the magnetic induction sensor 51 and the magnet 52 is provided at the bottom of the washing tub 1; the magnetic induction sensor 51 is electrically connected with a controller of the washing machine;
the included angle between the connecting line of the magnetic induction sensor 51 and the center of the washing tub and the connecting line of the drainage device 3 and the center of the washing tub is alpha; the included angle between the connecting line of the magnet 52 and the center of the washing barrel 1 and the connecting line of the water discharging device 3 and the center of the washing barrel 1 is alpha-20 degrees; preferably, the magnetic induction sensor 51 is arranged on the water receiving disc 2, the magnet 52 is fixed at the bottom of the washing barrel 1, and when the magnet 52 rotates along with the washing barrel 1, the magnet 52 generates a signal after passing through the magnetic induction sensor 51, so as to control the washing barrel 1 to stop rotating; the magnetic induction sensor 51 and the magnet 52 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the magnetic induction sensor 51 can detect the change of signals.
The embodiment also provides a control method of the washing machine, wherein the washing machine is the washing machine; when the washing machine runs a washing program, firstly, the rod piece 32 is at a first preset position, the water outlet is opened, the washing barrel 1 rotates at the speed of 2r/min, and the controller controls the washing barrel 1 to stop rotating when the signal of the magnetic induction sensor 51 is 'disappearing-generating-disappearing'; secondly, controlling the traction motor 42 to reversely rotate, enabling the rod piece 32 to slide upwards to a second preset position, controlling the washing barrel 1 to continuously rotate at the speed of 2r/min by the controller, enabling the limiting part to be in contact with the blocking part 12, controlling the washing barrel 1 to stop rotating by the controller, and positioning the sealing part 312 below the water outlet 11; finally, the traction motor 42 is controlled to reversely rotate, the rod piece 32 slides upwards to a third preset position, the sealing part 312 seals the water outlet 11, and the washing barrel 1 starts to enter water and enters a washing state;
after the washing is finished, the traction motor 42 is controlled to rotate forwards, the rod piece 32 slides downwards to a first preset position, the water outlet 11 is opened, washing water in the washing barrel 1 is discharged outside the washing machine, and the steps are repeated in the subsequent rinsing and dewatering steps;
the traction motor 42 is utilized to realize the stretching of the traction rope 43 in a forward and reverse rotation manner, so that the opening, positioning and sealing of the water outlet 11 of the washing tub 1 of the washing machine are completed, and the positioning is accurate and convenient.
In other embodiments, the bottom of the rod 32 is formed with a first trigger position 322 and a second trigger position 323 which are oppositely arranged, a position sensor is arranged in the installation cavity 351, and the position sensor is electrically connected with a controller of the washing machine and transmits detection data to the controller;
when the driving mechanism 4 drives the rod piece 32 to move upwards and the position sensor detects the first trigger position 322, the controller controls the driving mechanism 4 to stop acting, the side part of the sealing part 312 contacts with the blocking piece 12, and the sealing part 312 is positioned below the water outlet 11;
when the position sensor detects the second trigger position 323, the controller controls the driving mechanism 4 to stop operating, and the sealing portion 312 seals the drain port 11.

Claims (11)

1. The washing machine is characterized by comprising a washing barrel and a water draining device, wherein a water draining port is formed at the barrel bottom of the washing barrel, a water receiving disc is arranged below the water draining port, and a blocking piece is arranged at the water draining port; the drainage device set up in between outlet and the water collector and include:
the top of the sealing rubber plug is provided with a sealing part matched with the water outlet, and the side part of the sealing rubber plug is provided with a limiting part matched with the blocking piece; a cavity is formed in the sealing rubber plug;
a rod piece which extends upwards from the bottom of the cavity into the cavity and is connected with the sealing part;
the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the rod piece so as to drive the rod piece to move up and down;
the rod piece is provided with a first preset position, a second preset position and a third preset position in the movement direction:
when the rod piece is driven by the driving mechanism to move downwards to a first preset position, the sealing part is separated from the water outlet, the water outlet is opened, and the washing barrel can drain water to the water receiving disc;
when the rod piece is driven by the driving mechanism to move upwards to a second preset position, the limiting part is matched with the blocking part, and the sealing part is positioned below the water outlet;
when the rod piece is driven by the driving mechanism to move upwards to a third preset position, the sealing part seals the water outlet, and the washing barrel stores water.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drainage device further comprises a first bracket provided at the bottom of the sealing rubber plug, the driving mechanism is provided at the bottom of the first bracket, and the first bracket is formed with a sliding hole; one end of the rod piece penetrates through the sliding hole and is connected with the bottom of the sealing part through the supporting part, and the other end of the rod piece is in driving connection with the driving mechanism;
under the action of the driving mechanism, the rod piece slides up and down along the sliding hole, so that the sealing part opens the water outlet or seals the water outlet or is positioned below the water outlet.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first bracket is formed with a first stopper, the first stopper forming the slide hole; the driving mechanism comprises an elastic piece, a traction motor and a traction rope; one end of the elastic piece is connected with one end of the rod piece, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the first limiting piece; one end of the traction rope is connected with the other end of the rod piece, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with the traction motor;
when the traction motor rotates positively, the rod piece slides downwards under the action of the traction rope, the elastic piece is compressed, and when the rod piece slides to a first preset position, the sealing part is separated from the water outlet;
when the traction motor rotates reversely, the rod piece slides upwards under the action of the elastic piece, and when the rod piece slides to a second preset position, the limiting part is contacted with the blocking piece; when the rod piece slides to a third preset position, the sealing part seals the water outlet.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein a fixing portion is formed at the bottom of the sealing rubber stopper, the fixing portion being provided on the first bracket; a corrugated section is arranged between the sealing part and the fixing part; the sealing part, the corrugated section and the fixing part enclose the cavity; under the action of the driving mechanism, the corrugated section stretches or contracts, and the sealing part slides up and down relative to the fixing part.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the drainage device further comprises a second bracket provided on the first bracket and provided on the same side as the sealing rubber stopper; the water receiving disc is provided with a mounting opening, and the water draining device is fixed at the mounting opening through the second bracket; a second limiting piece is formed on the first bracket or the second bracket or between the first bracket and the second bracket; the fixing part is fixed on the first bracket through the second limiting piece.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the drainage device further comprises a third bracket provided at the bottom of the first bracket, the third bracket is formed with a mounting cavity, the bottom of the mounting cavity is formed with a through hole, and the other end of the rod is connected with the traction rope through the mounting cavity and through the through hole.

The washing machine according to claim 6, wherein a first trigger position and a second trigger position which are oppositely arranged are formed at the bottom of the rod piece, a first limit switch and/or a second limit switch are arranged in the mounting cavity, and the first limit switch and the second limit switch are electrically connected with a controller of the washing machine;
when the driving mechanism drives the rod piece to move upwards, the first trigger position is in contact with a first limit switch, the first limit switch is started, the controller controls the driving mechanism to stop acting, the limit part is in contact with the blocking piece, and the sealing part is positioned below the water outlet;
the second trigger position is in contact with a second limit switch, the second limit switch is turned on, the controller controls the driving mechanism to stop acting, and the sealing part seals the water outlet.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first trigger position is separated from the first limit switch when the driving mechanism drives the lever to move downward, the first limit switch is turned off, the second trigger position is separated from the second limit switch, the second limit switch is turned off, the controller controls the driving mechanism to stop, and the sealing portion is far away from the drain opening.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein one of a magnetic induction sensor and a magnet is provided on the water receiving tray, and the other of the magnetic induction sensor and the magnet is provided at the bottom of the washing tub; the magnetic induction sensor is electrically connected with a controller of the washing machine.
10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein an angle between a line connecting the magnetic induction sensor and the center of the tub and a line connecting the drain device and the center of the tub is α; the included angle between the connecting line of the magnet and the center of the washing barrel and the connecting line of the drainage device and the center of the washing barrel is alpha-20 degrees.

A control method for a washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein when the washing machine runs a washing program, first the lever is at a first preset position, the drain opening is opened, the washing tub rotates and the rotation of the washing tub is stopped when the signal of the magnetic induction sensor is "disappeared-generated-disappeared"; secondly, the rod piece is controlled to move upwards to a second preset position, the washing barrel rotates, the limiting part is in contact with the blocking piece, and the sealing part is positioned below the water outlet; finally, the rod piece is controlled to move upwards to a third preset position, the sealing part seals the water outlet, and the washing barrel starts to feed water.
