Abstract
The invention discloses an elastic suspension mounting structure of heavy equipment under a rail vehicle, which comprises a suspension seat mounted at the lower end of a boundary beam of an underframe, wherein the equipment is provided with a mounting shaft which can be supported on the suspension seat; the bottom plate is detachably provided with a shock absorber, the shock absorber is provided with a first hole corresponding to the through hole in the inner vertical plate, and the mounting shaft penetrates through the through hole and is inserted in the first hole. The invention aims to provide an elastic suspension mounting structure for heavy equipment under a rail vehicle, which aims to solve the technical problem of potential safety hazard of the suspension mounting structure for the heavy equipment.

3. The elastic suspension structure can be suitable for mounting large equipment with different structural sizes and different weights, and can be designed in a modularized mode only by selecting a proper shock absorber according to the weight of the equipment. Meanwhile, a certain suspension seat can be detached independently and the shock absorber can be taken out, so that the shock absorber can be replaced under the condition that the equipment is not detached integrally, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the suspension mounting structure of the heavy equipment 3 under the rail vehicle of the embodiment includes a suspension seat 2 and an anti-drop seat 6 fixedly mounted at the lower end of the underframe boundary beam 1, a damper 5 is arranged in the suspension seat 2, and the damper 5 can realize vertical buffer damping. A stepped mounting shaft 4 is arranged on the device 3, the mounting shaft 4 penetrates into a first hole 51 in the damper 5, and the mounting shaft 4 is supported by the first hole 51, so that the device 3 is supported. The lower end of the underframe boundary beam 1 is provided with a left cavity 10 and a right cavity 11, the inner surface of the lower end of the left cavity 10 corresponding to the installation position of the suspension seat 2 and the inner surface of the lower end of the right cavity 11 are provided with threaded blocks 12, and the threaded blocks 12 are provided with threaded holes for being matched with a fastener to fixedly connect the suspension seat 2 to the lower end of the underframe boundary beam 1. The thread blocks 12 are fixed on the inner surfaces of the lower ends of the left chamber 10 and the right chamber 11, so that the suspension seat 2 can be conveniently and fixedly installed. An anti-loosening thread 13 is arranged between the fastener penetrating into the left chamber 10 and the adjacent fastener penetrating into the right chamber 11, so that the loosening performance is enhanced. The bottom plate 22 of the suspension seat 2 is fixedly provided with a shock absorber 5, the shock absorber 5 is provided with a first hole 51, the inner vertical plate 23 of the suspension seat 2 is provided with a through hole 231 corresponding to the first hole 51 of the shock absorber 5, the mounting shaft 4 arranged on the equipment 3 penetrates through the through hole 231 on the inner vertical plate 23 and is inserted into the first hole 51 of the shock absorber 5, and the free end of the mounting shaft 4 is fixed on the shock absorber 5 through a baffle and a fastener.
