s1, placing plastic particles to be processed above a conveying belt (16), starting a driving motor (2) to drive a connecting bearing (3) to rotate inside an installation clamping ring (6) so as to drive a driving roll shaft (4) to rotate, and driving roll shaft (4) to drive the conveying belt (16) to rotate so as to drive a driven roll shaft (15) to synchronously rotate for conveying materials;
s2, when the connecting bearing (3) generates vibration and generates noise due to lack of lubrication, the damping material (11) converts solid mechanical vibration energy into heat energy to be dissipated, so that the expansion gas (10) is heated and expanded, the elastic air bag (9) is expanded, and lubricating oil is extruded out of the storage bag (8);
s3, conveying the lubricating oil in the storage bag (8) to the inside of the connecting bearing (3) through the guide pipeline (12) for lubrication to keep the rotation of the connecting bearing smooth;
s4, the top of the jacking block (24) is movably contacted with the inner side of the conveying belt (16), the tension of the conveying belt (16) is sensed through the movement of the touch pressing plate (19), and when the balance plate (21) is in a horizontal state, the tension of the conveying belt (16) is in a normal state;
s5, when the conveying belt (16) is in a tensioning state, the surface of the conveying belt (16) is tightened, the return spring (18) is in a compression state, the pressing contact plate (19) moves upwards to drive the inner side of the balance plate (21) to jack upwards, the balance plate (21) is overturned outwards, the outer side of the balance plate (21) presses downwards at the moment, the pressing block (24) is driven to move downwards, and the conveying belt (16) is gradually loosened;
