s4: and conveying the prepared primary suppository into the cloth bag 242, drying the primary suppository by the drying unit 2, conveying the primary suppository into the screening unit 4, and screening out the primary suppository which does not meet the specification size by the first screening mechanism 42 and the second screening mechanism 43 in sequence to obtain the finished suppository.
In this embodiment, nifuratel, nystatin and promestrene are first mixed uniformly to obtain a drug solution, and simultaneously, an aqueous gel matrix is dissolved in water to form a matrix solution, glycerin is dissolved in water and then mixed with the matrix solution, and ethylparaben and triethanolamine are added to obtain a gel matrix, then the drug solution is dissolved in ethanol, water is added, the gel matrix is added under a stirring process, nifuratel-nystatin sol is formed after stirring uniformly, nifuratel-nystatin sol is added into a centrifugal spray granulator to prepare a primary suppository, finally the prepared primary suppository is conveyed into the cloth bag 242, dried by the drying unit 2 and conveyed into the sieving unit 4, the primary suppository which does not meet the specification size is sieved out by the first sieving mechanism 42 and the second sieving mechanism 43 in sequence, thereby obtaining the finished suppository.
