The invention discloses an adjustable electric dehydration and electric desalination mixer which comprises a mixing barrel, wherein neck flat welding flanges are arranged at two ends of the mixing barrel, and a plurality of groups of adjustable X-shaped units and adjustable S-shaped units are arranged in the mixing barrel; the adjustable X-shaped unit comprises a plurality of groups of rectangular blades which are connected in a cross mode, the centers of the two rectangular blades are hinged to form an X shape, the two X-shaped blades are connected end to form a diamond-shaped telescopic frame, the diamond-shaped telescopic frames are connected front and back, up and down, left and right to form a telescopic net, a screw rod is arranged in the center of the telescopic net, one end of the screw rod is connected with the bottom of the telescopic net, and the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the telescopic net to be connected with an adjusting nut on the outer side wall of the mixing barrel; the adjustable S-shaped unit comprises a pair of arc-shaped blades which are connected in a cross mode, a rotating shaft is arranged behind the arc-shaped blades, the other pair of arc-shaped blades which are connected in the cross mode is fixed on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the mixing cylinder and is connected with a driving device outside the mixing cylinder.

Background

3. The adjustable mixer for electric dehydration and electric desalting according to claim 2, wherein said fixed X-shaped unit comprises several sets of X-shaped blades welded together, and said fixed S-shaped unit comprises a pair of arc-shaped blades welded together in a crossing manner.

The adjustable mixer for electric dehydration and desalination of claim 2, wherein said mixing cylinder is provided with a plurality of sets of combination units, each of which is composed of an adjustable X-shaped unit, an adjustable S-shaped unit, a fixed X-shaped unit and a fixed S-shaped unit.
5. The adjustable mixer for electro-dewatering and electro-desalting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the combination of the adjustable X-shaped unit and the adjustable S-shaped unit in the mixing cylinder is XSX type, SXS type or sxsxsx type.
