Abstract
The application provides a wearable therapeutic device and a multifunctional instrument, wherein the wearable therapeutic device comprises a body and a head light source, and the light source is arranged on the body and is used for providing therapeutic radiant light. The wearable therapeutic device provided by the application has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, wearing and convenience in carrying, has multiple functions, and can be used for phototherapy of different parts of a human body; the body of the wearable therapeutic device has a first operational configuration and a second operational configuration, which can be used to provide therapy to the head, such as hair loss, and to the neck, such as photocosmetic treatment of the neck; the wearing treatment device also has the function of massage, and the electromagnetic massage device is arranged on the body, so that the head and the neck of a human body can be massaged.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of phototherapy devices, in particular to a wearable therapeutic device and a multifunctional instrument.
Background
Photodynamic therapy is a method of treating diseases directly using light or using light and drug combination, and has been currently applied to clinical medicine. There are two main ways of photodynamic therapy, one is direct phototherapy and the other is the synergistic effect of light and a drug (also called photosensitizer). Photodynamic therapy is favored because of its advantages of good selectivity, minimal trauma, good tolerability, simple handling, etc.
The application provides a wearable therapeutic device and a multifunctional instrument aiming at the problem that a photodynamic therapeutic device in the prior art can only treat a specific part and has a fixed structure and a single function.

In order that those skilled in the art may better understand the technical solutions of the present application, the following detailed description of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided for exemplary and explanatory purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present application.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a wearable therapeutic device for treating a head of a human body, such as hair loss. As shown in fig. 1, the wearable therapeutic device includes: a body 1 and a head light source 2; the body 1 is placed on the head of a human body when in use; the head light source 2 is arranged on the body 1 for providing therapeutic radiation. The head light source 2 is at least one of an OLED light source, an LED light source, a miniLED light source, a microLED light source or an optical fiber.
The head light source 2 can select light with different colors and different wave bands according to treatment requirements. The phototherapy effect of light of different colors and different wave bands is different: the light irradiation depth of yellow green light with the wave band of 510 nm-590 nm is between blue light and red light, so that the dredging and the expansion of capillary vessels with the skin depth can be promoted, the resistance of cells can be enhanced, and the treatment effect of an affected part can be accelerated; red light with the wave band of 590-810 nm can lead mitochondria to release cytochrome c oxidase, increase adenosine triphosphate, and the cells provide energy by using the adenosine triphosphate, thereby promoting the metabolism of the cells; meanwhile, the red light irradiation heats molecules in blood vessels, regulates the vasodilation and improves the blood circulation; blue light irradiation in the 440-510 nm band can be used for relieving pain and swelling caused by inflammation.
The body 1 has a first operative configuration and a second operative configuration, the body 1 being adapted to encase a head when the body 1 is in the first operative configuration for providing treatment to the head, such as treating hair loss; when the body 1 is in the second working configuration, the body 1 may be hung on the neck for providing treatment to the neck, such as photocosmetic treatment of the neck.
The structure of the body 1 is shown in fig. 2 and 3, wherein fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the body 1 in a first working configuration, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the body 1 in a second working configuration.
The body 1 comprises a plurality of half-moon arc-shaped treatment units 11 and a connecting component for connecting the treatment units 11; the treatment unit 11 is made of elastic materials, such as rubber, PMMA, PET, etc.; the connecting assembly comprises two clamping plates 12 which are oppositely arranged; all the treatment units 11 are located between two clamping plates 12 and are arranged in a layer-by-layer manner, preferably, the radius of curvature of the treatment units 11 decreases sequentially from the topmost layer to the bottommost layer.
Wherein, two ends of the treatment unit 11 at the topmost layer are respectively rotatably connected with the adjacent clamping plates 12, and preferably, a micro motor 13 is fixedly arranged at one side of one clamping plate 12, which is relatively far away from the other clamping plate 12; the output shaft of the micro motor 13 movably penetrates through the adjacent clamping plate 12 and is fixedly connected with the end part of the topmost therapeutic unit 11, and one end, relatively far away from the micro motor 13, of the topmost therapeutic unit 11 is rotatably connected with the adjacent clamping plate 12.
The two ends of the therapeutic unit 11 at the bottom layer are fixedly connected with the adjacent clamping plates 12 respectively.
Or the two ends of the therapeutic unit 11 between the topmost layer and the bottommost layer are respectively rotatably connected with the adjacent clamping plates 12, specifically, the end of the therapeutic unit 11 may be fixedly connected to one end of a rotating shaft, and the other end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the adjacent clamping plates 12.
Two adjacent treatment units 11 are connected through a flexible connecting piece 14; the flexible connecting piece 14 may be a flexible strip such as a rope, a woven fabric, a resin, or a rubber, and two ends of the flexible connecting piece 14 are respectively fixed at the same side ends of two adjacent therapeutic units 11, and the length of the flexible connecting piece is equal to the width of the therapeutic unit 11, so that when the body 1 is fully unfolded, no gap exists between the two adjacent therapeutic units 11.
When the body 1 is fully unfolded, the flexible connecting pieces 14 between two adjacent treatment units 11 are in a stretched state, the body 1 is in a first working state, the human head is clamped in the middle by the two clamping plates 12, the body 1 can wrap the human head, and the treatment of the human head is realized by controlling the head light source 2 to work.
When the body 1 is fully folded, all the therapeutic units 11 are in a stacked state, i.e. all the therapeutic units 11 overlap, only the two therapeutic units 11 located at the topmost layer and the topmost layer are exposed, and only the light source located on the therapeutic unit located at the bottommost layer is exposed to the outside, at this time, the body 1 is in the second working configuration, and can be hung on the neck of the human body for providing treatment to the neck.
When the body 1 is between the first working mode and the second working mode, that is, when all the treatment units 11 are partially overlapped, the body can be hung on the neck of the human body to provide treatment for the neck, and the treatment area is larger than that of the second working mode.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments of the present application, the treatment unit 11 located at the top layer may be fixed, and accordingly, it is within the scope of the present application to arrange the treatment unit 11 located at the bottom layer to be rotatable relative to the clamping plate 12 by a driving device.
Preferably, referring further to fig. 1, the head light source 2 includes a plurality of light source sections; at least one of the light source sections is provided on the inside of each of the treatment units 11; each light source is controlled separately and independently for regional treatment of the head and neck.
In order to meet the treatment needs of different treatment sites and different treatment areas, the light source sections can be arranged to be wavelength-adjustable; the head light source 2 adopts flexible OLED light sources, each light source subsection comprises a flexible OLED screen body which is used as an independent light-emitting area, and each light-emitting area is controlled by an independent electrode; as shown in fig. 4, the OLED light source is sequentially provided with a substrate 21, an anode 22, a hole-transporting functional layer 23, a light-emitting layer 24, an electron-transporting functional layer 25 and a cathode 26, wherein independent light-emitting regions are formed in the light-emitting layer 24, lighting of different light-emitting regions is achieved by controlling the anodes 22 respectively, and the light-emitting brightness of different light-emitting regions is controlled by providing different operating voltages to the anodes 22 of different light-emitting regions, or the different light-emitting layers 24 in different light-emitting regions are operated by adjusting the duty ratio of the circuits and the operating voltages, so as to adjust the light-emitting wavelength of different light-emitting regions.
The wearable therapeutic device provided by the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, small volume and convenience in carrying, has multiple functions, can carry out phototherapy on different parts of a human body, has a first working mode and a second working mode, can be used for providing treatment for the head, such as alopecia, and can be used for providing treatment for the neck, such as photocosmetic treatment for the neck.
Example 2
The present embodiment is modified on the basis of embodiment 1, and as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment is provided with three treatment units 11 in total, three light-emitting areas are provided on each treatment unit 11, and a temperature sensor 15 is provided in each light-emitting area; the temperature sensor 15 is used for monitoring the temperature of the light source in the phototherapy or skin care process, so as to avoid the damage to the skin caused by the overhigh temperature in the phototherapy or skin care process.
Further, the light source is provided with a pH sensor and a pressure sensor to monitor the severity and swelling degree of inflammation in the phototherapy process, the monitored information is transmitted to the control unit, and the control unit further adjusts the luminous intensity and wavelength of the light source according to the severity and swelling degree of inflammation.
Further, an electromagnetic massage device 16 is disposed between two adjacent light emitting areas on each treatment unit 11, when the body 1 is in the first working mode, the electromagnetic massage device 16 on the corresponding treatment unit 11 can be controlled to work according to the requirement so as to massage the head of the human body; when the body 1 is in the second working mode, the electromagnetic massage device 16 on the bottommost treatment unit 11 can be controlled to work so as to massage the neck of the human body.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6, this embodiment provides a multifunctional apparatus, which includes the wearable therapeutic device described in embodiment 2 and ear therapeutic devices connected to two ends of the wearable therapeutic device, wherein two clamping plates 12 of the wearable therapeutic device are respectively connected to two ear therapeutic devices, and in use, the two ear therapeutic devices are respectively used for treating left and right ears of a human body.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the ear treatment device is detachably connected to the clamping plate 12 on the same side by a snap-fit structure; the ear treatment device is provided with a connecting part 37; the connecting part is columnar, and the side wall of the connecting part is provided with a connecting bulge; the connecting protrusion is of a hemispherical structure; the bottom of the clamping plate 12 is provided with a connecting groove; and the side wall of the connecting groove is provided with a concave part matched with the connecting protrusion.
Alternatively, the ear treatment device and the clamping plate 12 may be connected by one of nesting, sticking, and snap-fastening.
As shown in fig. 8, the ear treatment device includes: a housing 3 and an ear light source 4; the shell 3 is used for wrapping the ears, and the ear wrapping refers to wrapping the front surface of the ears and the back surface of the ears; the ear light source 4 is arranged on one side of the housing 3 facing the ear and is used for providing therapeutic radiation; the ear light source 4 may be one of an OLED light source, an LED light source, miniLED light source, microLED light source, or an optical fiber.
As shown in fig. 9, the housing 3 includes: an ear cup 31 and an ear muff 32; the earmuff 31 is provided with a first light source 41; the first light source 41 is used for providing radiant light for treating the front face of the ear; the ear muff 32 is disposed at the circumferential edge of the ear muff 31, on which the second light source 42 is disposed; the second light source 42 is used to provide radiant light for treating the back of the ear.
The earmuffs 31 comprise an outer half shell and an inner half shell; the outer half shell and the inner half shell are mutually buckled to form a hollow shell structure, and a control unit is arranged in the hollow shell structure; the first light source 41 is arranged on the side of the inner half shell away from the outer half shell and is electrically connected with the control unit; the outer half shell is provided with a control switch connected with the control unit, and the control switch can control the luminous intensity and the wavelength of the first light source 41.
The ear muff 32 is a flexible annular structure and surrounds the circumferential edge of the outer half shell or the inner half shell, and the second light source 42 is arranged on the inner side of the ear muff 32 and is electrically connected with the control unit.
Preferably, the first light source 41 is a surface light source, which may be a flexible light source or a rigid light source; the second light source 42 is a flexible light source; the first light source 41 and the second light source 42 are independently controlled, that is, when in use, only the first light source 41 can be controlled to work to perform phototherapy on the front surface of the ear, or only the second light source 42 can be controlled to work to perform phototherapy on the back surface of the ear, or the first light source 41 and the second light source 42 can be controlled to work simultaneously to perform phototherapy on the front surface and the back surface of the ear.
The earmuff 31 and the earmuff 32 are detachably connected. Such as: a first magic tape 33 is arranged on one surface of the ear muff 31, which is close to the ear muff 32, and a second magic tape 34 is arranged on one surface of the ear muff 32, which is close to the ear muff 31, wherein the first magic tape 33 and the second magic tape 34 can be bonded with each other, namely one of the magic tapes is a rough surface, and the other one of the magic tapes is a hook surface; the earmuff 31 and the earmuff 32 are detachably connected through the first magic tape 33 and the second magic tape 34.
Alternatively, the ear muff 31 and the ear muff 32 may be connected by a buckle, a snap, a nest, etc.
A speaker unit is arranged in the earmuff 31 and close to one side of the inner half shell, and a sound outlet channel of the speaker unit is arranged close to the inner half shell; the loudspeaker unit is connected with the control unit; the control unit is connected with the external electronic equipment and is used for receiving an audio signal sent by the external electronic equipment, and the audio signal is played through the sound outlet channel of the loudspeaker unit. The connection mode between the control unit and the external electronic device may be wireless connection, for example, the connection mode includes a bluetooth module or an NFC module, and the control unit and the external electronic device are connected wirelessly through the bluetooth module or the NFC module, or may be wired connection, for example, a connection jack connected with the control unit is provided outside the outer half shell, and the external electronic device is connected with the control unit through the connection jack.
The multifunctional instrument provided by the embodiment comprises a wearing treatment device and two ear treatment devices, and has a multi-position treatment function, wherein the wearing treatment device can treat the head of a human body and treat the neck of the human body; the ear treatment device can treat the left ear and the right ear of the human body; the multifunctional instrument has multiple functions besides the treatment function, and can massage the head and neck of a human body by arranging the electromagnetic massage device on the body; the loudspeaker unit is arranged on the ear treatment device, so that the ear treatment device can be connected with external electronic equipment when in use and used as an earphone.
It should be noted that, the ear light source 4 may select different colors and different wave bands according to the treatment requirement. The phototherapy effect of light of different colors and different wave bands is different: the light irradiation depth of yellow green light with the wave band of 510 nm-590 nm is between blue light and red light, so that the dredging and the expansion of capillary vessels with the skin depth can be promoted, the resistance of cells can be enhanced, and the treatment effect of an affected part can be accelerated; red light with the wave band of 590-810 nm can lead mitochondria to release cytochrome c oxidase, increase adenosine triphosphate, and the cells provide energy by using the adenosine triphosphate, thereby promoting the metabolism of the cells; meanwhile, the red light irradiation heats molecules in blood vessels, regulates the vasodilation and improves the blood circulation; blue light irradiation in the 440-510 nm band can be used for relieving pain and swelling caused by inflammation.
The light source is controlled to be turned on and off by the control module, and the illumination intensity of the light source can be controlled by the control module, and the specific regulation and control method comprises the following steps: the input current or voltage is regulated by the control module so as to realize phototherapy with different intensities, and the phototherapy device is suitable for disease areas with different severity degrees.

This embodiment is further modified on the basis of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 10, a protruding portion is disposed on a side of the inner half shell away from the outer half shell; the volume of the protruding part is 1 cubic centimeter to 5 cubic centimeters; the horn unit is arranged in the protruding part; the convex part can be plugged into the auditory canal; a third light source is arranged on the surface of the protruding part; the third light source is used for treating diseases in the ear canal, such as otitis media.
Alternatively, the boss may be removably mounted to the earmuff 31, such as by being snapped onto the earmuff 31.
Preferably, the protrusion is provided with a chargeable contact, and the chargeable contact can be placed in a charging box for charging.
The shape of the convex part can be an ellipsoid, a cone, a cylinder or an irregular shape; the inside of which is used for placing the horn unit. Alternatively, the protruding portion may be made of PP, ABS, PPMA, or PDA.
Preferably, the elastic part is arranged on the protruding part, the elastic part can be made of rubber materials, sponge materials or silica gel materials, the elastic part can be adhered to the outer surface of the protruding part in an adhesive mode, and when the protruding part is inserted into the auditory canal, the elastic part is favorable for protecting the auditory canal, so that the comfort of a user is improved.
Preferably, the elastic part is provided with a plurality of treatment through holes, and the elastic part is attached to the surface of the protruding part and forms a plurality of treatment grooves together with the protruding part; the third light source is arranged in each treatment groove; optionally, the therapeutic through hole may be any shape such as a circle, a square, or an elongated shape; alternatively, the third light source may be an OLED light source, miniLED light source, microLED light source, or a fiber light source.
The third light source may be controlled independently, and the light emitting intensity and wavelength of the third light source may be adjusted as required, and the specific control method is similar to the control method of the first light source 41 and the second light source 42 described in embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.

Claims (8)
1. A wearable therapeutic device, comprising:
A body (1),
A head light source (2) arranged on the body (1) for providing therapeutic radiation;
The body (1) having a first working configuration and a second working configuration, the body (1) being adapted to encase the head when in the first working configuration for providing treatment to the head; when in the second working form, the body (1) can be hung on the neck and is used for providing treatment for the neck;
The body (1) comprises:
A plurality of half-month arc-shaped treatment units (11),
-A connection assembly for connecting the treatment unit (11);
Two adjacent treatment units (11) are connected through a flexible connecting piece (14); the two ends of the flexible connecting piece (14) are respectively fixed at the same side end parts of the two adjacent treatment units (11), and when the body (1) is completely unfolded, no gap exists between the two adjacent treatment units (11).
2. The wearable therapeutic device according to claim 1, characterized in that the therapeutic unit (11) has the head light source (2) arranged thereon; and/or an electromagnetic massage device is arranged on the treatment unit (11).
3. The wearable therapeutic device according to claim 2, characterized in that the head light source (2) comprises several light source sections; at least one of the light source sections is arranged on the inner side of each treatment unit (11); each of the light source sections is independently controlled for regional treatment of the head.
4. A multifunctional instrument, comprising: a wearable therapeutic device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, and ear treatment devices connected at both ends of the wearable therapeutic device.
5. The multifunctional instrument of claim 4, wherein the ear treatment device comprises:
a housing (3) for enclosing the ear;
An ear light source (4) arranged on the side of the housing (3) facing the ear for providing therapeutic radiation;
A loudspeaker unit is arranged on one side of the shell (3) facing the ear.
6. The multifunctional instrument according to claim 5, characterized in that the ear light source (4) comprises:
a first light source (41) for providing radiant light for treating the front face of the ear;
a second light source (42) for providing radiant light for treating the back of the ear.
7. The multifunctional instrument according to claim 6, characterized in that the housing (3) comprises:
-an earmuff (31) on which the first light source (41) is arranged;
an ear muff (32) arranged at the circumferential edge of the ear muff (31) on which the second light source (42) is arranged.

The multifunctional instrument according to claim 7, characterized in that the earmuff (31) comprises an inner half-shell and an outer half-shell; a protruding part which can be plugged into the auditory canal is arranged on one side of the inner half shell away from the outer half shell; the surface of the boss is provided with a third light source for treating a disease in the ear canal.
