The present embodiment discloses a movable smart table, and the steering assembly 30 in the third and fourth embodiments is further described with reference to fig. 11 and 12.
The steering assembly 30 uses a hollow steering support cylinder 310 as a support, a lifting cylinder 38 is fixed at the upper end of the steering support cylinder 310, a lifting shaft 39 is installed in the lifting cylinder 38, and a transmission frame 6 or a related support structure is installed at the upper end of the lifting shaft 39 to realize the action of the transmission frame 6;
the lifting shaft 39 can realize lifting and rotating actions in the lifting cylinder 38, and a motor 31 is arranged at the lower end of the steering support cylinder 310, and a rotating shaft 32 of the motor 31 extends into the steering support cylinder 310; an annular cylinder 33 is fixedly arranged in the steering support cylinder 310, the cylinder 33 comprises a tubular telescopic end 34, and the telescopic end 34 is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 32 and can output lifting motion.
A second bearing 35 is further installed on the inner side of the steering support cylinder 310, the outer periphery of the second bearing 35 is slidably connected in the steering support cylinder 310, and the inner periphery of the second bearing 35 is further rotatably connected with a sleeve 36; the rotating shaft 32 of the motor 31 penetrates through the sleeve 36, axial sliding connection can be achieved, relative rotation is limited, the sleeve 36 can be driven to rotate through the rotating shaft 32, the sleeve 36 can only achieve axial rotation and can slide up and down along with the second bearing 35, and the upper end of the sleeve 36 extends out of the steering support cylinder 310 and is fixedly connected with a friction disc 37;
the second bearing 35, the sleeve 36 and the friction disc 37 can be pushed to rise through the telescopic end 34 of the air cylinder 33, the friction disc 37 can be pressed against the lifting shaft 39, the lifting shaft 39 and the transmission frame 6 on the lifting shaft can also be pushed to rise, and then the torque of the motor 31 is transmitted to the friction disc 37 through the rotating shaft 32 and the sleeve 36, so that the transmission frame 6 is driven to rotate, and the document on the rotating frame can be transmitted or reversed. In a static state, the friction disc 37 is separated from the lifting shaft 39, and the transmission frame 6 is kept stationary and stable.
In order to maintain the stability of the sleeve 36 and the friction plate, the upper end of the bearing II 35 is elastically limited by the spring II 320, the lower end of the bearing II 35 is supported and limited by the limiting piece 316, the positions of the sleeve 36 and the friction plate 37 are limited, the friction plate 37 is separated from the lifting column at the initial lifting position, and the friction plate 37 can support the height positions of the lifting shaft 39 and the transmission frame 6 after lifting.
A second through groove 315 running up and down can be formed in the outer side of the steering support cylinder 310, the limiting member 316 comprises a screw 318 and a nut 319, a bolt head 317 is arranged at one end of the screw 318, the bolt head 317 is located on the inner side of the steering support cylinder 310 and is supported on the lower side of the second bearing 35 in a pressing mode, the second bearing can be fixed by screwing the nut 319, and the second bearing can also be adjusted within the range of the second through groove 315 after being loosened, so that the height of the second bearing 35 and other components can be adjusted and controlled, and the adjustment can be conveniently performed.
A first through groove 311 which runs up and down can be formed in the outer side of the steering support cylinder 310, a connecting piece 312 is fixed on the outer side of the bearing II 35, an extending end 313 of the connecting piece 312 extends out of the first through groove 311 and is matched with a distance sensor 314 outside the steering support cylinder 310, the rising formation of parts such as the cylinder 33 pushing sleeve 36 and the friction disc 37 can be detected through the distance sensor 314, the motor 31 can be controlled to rotate after rising, and the motor 31 can be conveniently rotated in advance to influence the stability of the rotating action of the transmission frame 6.
