Since the respective devices are not clearly shown in fig. 8, the station arrangement is shown in fig. 8 only, and schematic diagrams of the respective station arrangement devices are shown separately in fig. 9 to 19.
The paper tube inserting device is disposed corresponding to the paper tube inserting station 16, and is used for inserting the cigarette paper tube into the second turntable, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the paper tube inserting device includes a columnar structure 20, the columnar structure 20 is disposed corresponding to the through hole of the second turntable, and the columnar structure can reciprocate axially along the through hole, so as to push the cigarette paper tube into the through hole of the second turntable. Of course, other structures or devices for pushing the tube into the second carousel may be used.
Before the paper tube is inserted, the paper tube is tidied by adopting a high-speed rotary adsorption wheel mode, as shown in fig. 10, and after the paper tube is tidied, the paper tube is conveyed to a paper tube inserting station through a hose for paper tube insertion.
A gluing device is arranged corresponding to the gluing station 17, and the gluing device adopts a lifting gluing plate to glue the end part of the paper tube;
the gluing device is used for gluing the end part of the cigarette paper tube in the second rotary table; the glue spreading device comprises a glue cylinder 21, liquid glue 22 is contained in the glue cylinder 21, a lifting glue spreading mechanism 18 is further arranged in the glue cylinder 21, the lifting glue spreading mechanism 18 can move up and down, and further the liquid glue is driven to be upwards adhered to the end part of the cigarette paper tube 29, and the lifting glue spreading mechanism can adopt the existing mechanism capable of moving up and down in a reciprocating manner;
the lifting gluing mechanism can be an integral lifting mechanism, the top of the lifting mechanism is provided with a plane, and the ends of a plurality of cigarette paper tubes can be glued simultaneously after lifting, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the plane can be a rectangular surface, a round surface or other irregular surfaces; the lifting gluing mechanism can also be composed of a plurality of lifting components, the lifting components can synchronously move up and down, the tops of the lifting components can be arranged to be cylindrical surfaces, and gluing can be carried out on the ends of the plurality of cigarette paper tubes after the lifting components are lifted at the same time, as shown in fig. 13 and 14.
When the second turntable drives the cigarette paper tube to reach the gluing station, the lifting gluing mechanism is lifted and is contacted with the end face of the cigarette paper tube, after gluing is completed, the lifting gluing mechanism descends back into the gluing cylinder, and the second turntable drives the cigarette paper tube to move to the next station.
The end face sealing device is arranged corresponding to the end face sealing station and is used for sealing the roll paper to the end part of the cigarette paper tube in the second rotary table, and the end face sealing device adopts a roll paper sealing mode.
The end face sealing station comprises a paper feeding station 19, a pressing station 26, a drying station 27 and a paper cutting station 28, and the corresponding end face sealing device comprises a paper feeding mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a drying mechanism and a paper cutting mechanism;
as shown in fig. 15, the paper feeding mechanism includes a roll paper 25, one end of the roll paper 25 is wound around a paper reel 23, and the roll paper is supplied from the paper reel to the second turntable.
And a conveying device 35 is arranged between the paper reel and the second rotary table, a cutting knife 34 is arranged above the conveying device 35, the roll paper is cut into paper by the cutting knife, then the paper is conveyed to a paper feeding station of the second rotary table by the conveying device, and the paper is adhered to the end part of the cigarette paper after reaching the second rotary table on the premise that the end part of the cigarette paper is glued.
The paper reel and the second rotary table keep synchronous operation so as to ensure smooth proceeding of the cigarette roll forming process. The paper reel can be rotated by a power device.
The pressing mechanism, the drying mechanism and the paper cutting mechanism are sequentially arranged along the rotation direction of the second rotary table, and the pressing mechanism, the drying mechanism and the paper cutting mechanism are arranged at the lower side of the second rotary table covered with the roll paper;
the pressing mechanism is arranged corresponding to the pressing station and used for pressing the roll paper to the second turntable in a reciprocating manner, so that the roll paper is reliably adhered to the end part of the cigarette paper tube; as shown in fig. 16, the compressing mechanism may be composed of a reciprocating mechanism and a compressing block, the reciprocating mechanism may reciprocate up and down, and the reciprocating mechanism drives the compressing block to compress on the periphery of the second turntable, so as to achieve reliable adhesion between the roll paper and the cigarette paper tube. Of course, other structures or devices for compressing the roll paper may be used as the compressing mechanism.
The drying mechanism is arranged corresponding to the drying station and is used for drying after bonding the roll paper and the cigarette paper tube, and the drying mechanism can adopt the existing structure or equipment capable of drying and is used for drying the viscose part at the end part of the cigarette paper tube. As shown in fig. 17, a heating plate 36 is provided below the second turntable, and the paste is dried by electric heating.
The paper cutting mechanism is arranged corresponding to the paper cutting station and is used for cutting the roll paper, so that the roll paper is cut corresponding to each cigarette paper tube, and only one roll paper piece is fixed at the end part of each cigarette paper tube; the paper cutting mechanism can be composed of a plurality of cylindrical paper cutting assemblies, each cylindrical paper cutting assembly is arranged corresponding to the through hole of the second rotary disc, the plurality of cylindrical paper cutting assemblies can reciprocate, and the plurality of cylindrical paper cutting assemblies synchronously move to cut the roll paper; the cylindrical paper cutting assembly is only required to adopt a cylindrical cutter, and the roll paper is sheared along the outer edge of the through hole.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 18, the cigarette pushing device adopts a columnar structure, the columnar structure corresponds to the through hole of the second turntable, and the columnar structure can axially reciprocate along the through hole, so as to push the cigarette to be pulled out from the through hole of the second turntable. Of course, the cigarette pushing device may also adopt other structures or devices capable of pushing the cigarette out of the second rotary disc.
The second turntable is also provided with a used paper recycling station 33 below, and a used paper recycling apparatus is provided corresponding to the used paper recycling station, as shown in fig. 19, and the used paper recycling apparatus may employ a mechanism capable of storing and recycling used paper, such as a storage tank. Or the used paper can be conveyed to a storage box for recycling through a conveying device.
The working process of the cigarette forming device of the embodiment is as follows:
cutting the cigarette paper tube into a fixed length by a cutting device, and pushing the cigarette paper tube with the fixed length into a through hole of a second rotary disc by a paper tube inserting device; the second turntable rotates to drive the cigarette paper tube to a gluing station, and the gluing device coats liquid glue on the end part of the cigarette paper tube; the second rotary table rotates to drive the cigarette paper tube to an end face sealing station, the roll paper is provided for the second rotary table by a paper reel, cut into paper by a cutting knife and then provided to the bottom of the second rotary table, the roll paper is pressed on the end part of the cigarette paper tube by a pressing mechanism, and the cigarette paper tube is adhered with the roll paper; then the second turntable and the paper reel rotate synchronously, the paper reel continuously provides the second turntable with the paper roll during rotation of the second turntable, and the bonding part of the paper roll and the cigarette paper tube is dried by the drying mechanism after the paper roll reaches the drying station; then the second turntable and the paper reel synchronously rotate, when the paper is moved to a paper cutting station, the paper cutting mechanism cuts the paper rolls from the end parts of the cigarette paper tubes, at the moment, the end parts of each cigarette paper tube are sealed by paper roll sheets to form cigarette rolls, the paper roll sheets are also separated from the whole paper rolls, and waste paper formed by the cut paper rolls is recovered by a waste paper recovery device; and then the second turntable and the paper roll disc synchronously rotate, and when the cigarette is reached to the cigarette pushing station, the sealed cigarette is pushed out of the second turntable by the cigarette pushing device.
Example 4:
in this embodiment, a production system for heating non-combustible cigarettes is provided, as shown in fig. 20 and 21, which includes the production apparatus described in embodiment 2 and the cigarette forming apparatus described in embodiment 3, and since each apparatus is not clearly shown in fig. 20 and 21, only the matching relationship between the two turntables is shown in fig. 20 and 21, and other apparatuses corresponding to the first turntables and the second turntables are provided as in embodiment 2 and embodiment 3.
When specifically setting up, the second carousel sets up in first carousel top, and the axis interval of first carousel and second carousel sets for the distance, and second carousel and first carousel alternately set up so that one set of holding station of first carousel, second carousel overlap, and the through-hole axis of a set of holding station of first carousel and second carousel intersection portion is overlapped and sets up promptly, and when the second carousel was in cigarette ejecting station, cigarette ejecting device was pushed out the cigarette by the second carousel and is got into in the through-hole of first carousel.
The rotating shafts connected with the first rotating disc and the second rotating disc are vertically arranged, the power device connected with the rotating shafts is fixed on the frame 30, and the first rotating disc and the second rotating disc synchronously rotate to enable the rotating speeds of the first rotating disc and the second rotating disc to be consistent.
The two turntables realize the movement of the cigarette rolls between different stations through rotation, and the rotation mode of the two turntables is intermittent rotation.
The process of producing the heated non-combustible cigarettes by using the production system of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
cutting the cigarette paper tube into a fixed length by a cutting device, and pushing the cigarette paper tube with the fixed length into a second rotary table by a paper tube inserting device;
the second turntable brings the cigarette paper tube to a gluing station through rotation, and the lifting gluing mechanism of the gluing device jacks the end face with the liquid glue from the glue cylinder to be in contact with the end face of the cigarette paper tube so as to glue the end face of the cigarette paper tube;
the second rotary table continues to rotate to bring the cigarette paper tube to an end face sealing station, the roll paper is provided for the second rotary table by a paper reel, the roll paper is cut into paper by a cutter and then is provided to the bottom of the second rotary table, then the roll paper and the cigarette paper tube are compressed by a compressing mechanism, then glue is dried by a drying mechanism, finally the roll paper is cut by a paper cutting mechanism, at the moment, the waste paper reel is separated from the empty cigarette reel with sealed single face, and the separated waste paper reel is recovered by a waste paper recovery device;
pushing the sealed empty cigarette roll into the through hole of the first rotary disc by the cigarette roll pushing device, and driving the empty cigarette roll to inject various materials by the first rotary disc;
the first rotating disc drives the empty cigarette roll to rotate to a flaring station, and the flaring device flares the cigarette roll; then the first rotating disc continuously rotates to drive the cigarette roll to a tobacco powder particle filling station, and the tobacco powder particle filling device fills quantitative tobacco powder particles into the cigarette roll;
after the tobacco powder particles are injected, the first rotating disc continuously rotates to move the tobacco rod roll to a plug filling station, and the plug filling device fills plugs into the tobacco rod roll;
then the first rotating disc continues to rotate to drive the cigarette roll to a cooling particle filling station, and the cooling particle filling device fills cooling particles into the cigarette roll;
then the first rotating disc continuously rotates to drive the cigarette roll to a filter rod filling station, and the filter rod filling device fills filter rods into the cigarette roll to form heated non-combustible cigarettes; then the first rotating disc continuously rotates to drive the cigarette belt to a quality detection station, and the quality detection device detects the quality of the formed heated non-burnt cigarettes; and then the first rotating disc continuously rotates to drive the cigarettes to the ejection station, and the ejection device pushes the cigarettes out of the first rotating disc, so that the production process of heating the non-combustible cigarettes is completed.
Then, the cigarettes can be pushed into a conveying mechanism, and the processes of tipping paper rubbing, laser drilling, cigarette sorting and the like are sequentially carried out.

inserting a fixed-length cigarette paper tube into a second rotary table, driving the cigarette paper tube to move by rotating the second rotary table, gluing the end part of the cigarette paper tube by moving to a gluing station, and sealing roll paper at the end part of the cigarette paper tube by moving to an end face sealing station to form a cigarette roll;
pushing the cigarette into a first rotating disc by the cigarette pushing device, driving the cigarette to move by the first rotating disc, flaring the cigarette, and sequentially filling cigarette powder particles, plugs, cooling particles and filter sticks into the cigarette to form a heated non-combustible cigarette; and then carrying out quality detection on the heated non-combustible cigarettes, pushing out the heated non-combustible cigarettes by the ejection device from the first rotating disc, and completing the production process of the heated non-combustible cigarettes.
