The starting position of the guide structure 4 refers to the position of the guide structure 4 close to the shield door, and the stopping position of the guide structure 4 refers to the position of the guide structure 4 close to the blind mating interface 6.
The blind-mate interface and the guide structure are arranged in the case, and the blind-mate interface and the guide structure are matched with each other in arrangement positions, so that when an operator installs and removes the power control module in the case, the power control module can be conveniently and rapidly and accurately inserted or pulled out from the blind-mate interface only by pushing and pulling the power control module under the guide of the guide structure, and the problem that the operator is inconvenient to operate, maintain, replace and disassemble due to limited space in the prior art is solved. In addition, the shielding door capable of controlling the opening and closing angle is arranged on the box body, the power control module does not need to be disassembled from the case when being disassembled, and the power control module can be conveniently installed into the case only by opening the shielding door. The shielding door also has an electromagnetic shielding effect, so that the power control module in the case can work without being influenced by electromagnetic interference, and the working safety of the power control module in the case is ensured. Because the installation space of the case is limited, the hinge structure can keep the shielding door open at a proper angle, and the power control module can be conveniently disassembled and assembled by an operator on the premise of avoiding interference on external equipment.
The shielding door 2, the guide structure 4, the blind-mate interface 6 and the external interface 8 are sequentially arranged along the front side and the rear side of the box body 1, the guide structure 4 is a guide rail, see fig. 8A and 8B, and the guide rail is provided with a guide groove 41 arranged along the front-rear direction of the box body 1. As shown in fig. 10, a guide plate 51 is disposed at the bottom of the power control module 5 and is matched with the guide groove 41 for guiding, and the guide plate 51 is matched with the guide groove 41 for guiding the moving direction of the power control module 5 on the guide rail and positioning the power control module 5 in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the blind-mate interface 6 is mounted on a back plate 61, the back plate 61 is disposed along the left-right direction of the box 1 and divides the box 1 into front and rear accommodating spaces 11 and 12, the guiding structure 4 and the power control module 5 are disposed in the front accommodating space 11, and the wires are disposed in the rear accommodating space 12. As most external power supply equipment is a high-power supply, in order to ensure the safety of work, a thicker wire capable of bearing the high-power requirement is selected as the wire connected between the external power supply equipment and the power supply control module. In order to ensure the safety of the power control modules, the space in the case is divided into two parts by the back plate 61, the power control modules 5 are placed in the front accommodating space 11 close to the shielding door, and the wires are placed in the rear accommodating space 12 close to the external interface 8, so that the installation of the wires and the power control modules is not interfered with each other, the power control modules 5 are further ensured not to be interfered by the wires when being disassembled and assembled, and the working safety of the power control modules is improved. In addition, the wire and the power control module are reasonably arranged in the case and have compact structure, so that the power control module is convenient to disassemble and assemble on the one hand, and the using amount of the wire is also saved to a certain extent.
The hinge structure 3 comprises a first hinge 31 and a second hinge 32 which are arranged in bilateral symmetry on the box body 1, one end of the first hinge 31 is connected with a hinge seat 33 arranged on the left side in the box body 1, the other end of the first hinge 31 is connected with the inner side of the shielding door 2, one end of the second hinge 32 is connected with a hinge seat arranged on the right side in the box body 1, and the other end of the second hinge 32 is connected with the inner side of the shielding door 2; the lower side of the screen door 2 is hinged with the box body 1 and keeps the angle of the screen door 2 when the screen door is opened under the action of the first hinge 31 and the second hinge 32. The shielding door 2 is provided with electromagnetic shielding glass 21, and when the shielding door 2 is closed, the working state of the power control module 5 in the box body 1 can be observed through the electromagnetic shielding glass 21. An operator can monitor the power control module 5 in the box body 1 in real time through the electromagnetic shielding glass 21, the power control module can be monitored without opening a shielding door, and the monitoring of the power control module is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of locking structures 21 are arranged on the top of the shield door 2 at intervals along the left-right direction of the shield door 2, and the shield door 2 and the box body 1 are locked by the locking structures 21. The locking structure 21 can adopt a plurality of screw holes arranged at the top of the front panel of the box body 1 and at intervals, a plurality of screws are arranged at the corresponding positions at the top of the shielding door 2, and the screws are screwed into the screw holes to lock the shielding door 2 and the box body 1 after the shielding door 2 is closed.
