Detailed Description
For the purpose of better explaining the present invention and to facilitate understanding, the present invention will be described in detail by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used herein with reference to the orientation of fig. 5.
Example 1
The use principle of traditional behind-the-head earphone support does: the U-shaped elastic support is used for providing clamping force for the electroacoustic box (left ear and right ear) by utilizing unidirectional elastic force (expansion resilience force). Under the guidance of the above usage principle, the designed behind-the-head earphones tend to cause the problems described in the background art.
To this end, the present application proposes a twist clamping structure as a headset holder based on a new headset holder usage principle, as shown in fig. 1 to 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the torsion clamping structure comprises a left ear vibrator box 1, a right ear vibrator box 2, a connecting piece, and a first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 and a second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the connecting piece; the first end of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 is connected with the first end of the connecting piece, the second end of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 is connected with the left ear vibrator box 1, the first end of the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 is connected with the second end of the connecting piece, and the second end of the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 is connected with the right ear vibrator box 2; under the state of stewing, first arc elastic arm 4 and the crooked setting of second arc elastic arm 5 subtend, the bottom of the second end of first arc elastic arm 4 pastes in the top of second arc elastic arm 5, and the top of the second end of second arc elastic arm 5 pastes in the bottom of first arc elastic arm 4, and the working face 11 of left ear oscillator box and the working face 21 of right ear oscillator box all face the top, as shown in fig. 5.
The action surface 11 of the left ear vibrator box refers to a position on the left ear vibrator box 1 for the bone conduction vibrator to transmit sound waves to a human body, and the action surface 21 of the right ear vibrator box refers to a position on the right ear vibrator box 2 for the bone conduction vibrator to transmit sound waves to the human body. The bone conduction vibrators are positioned in the left ear vibrator box 1 and the right ear vibrator box 2.
With the twisting and clamping structure, when in use, the left ear vibrator box 1 and the right ear vibrator box 2 can be respectively held by two hands, and are expanded outwards while being twisted downwards (the outer meaning that the twisting and clamping structure is out of a surrounding closed shape formed in a standing state), and the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 and the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 are opened, so that a skull can be accommodated between the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 and the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5. As shown in fig. 2, in the above-mentioned process of opening the first and second curved resilient arms 4 and 5, due to the torsional resilience of the first and second curved resilient arms 4 and 5, the neck ring portion 31 of the twist grip structure (i.e. the neck ring portion 31, i.e. the first end of the first curved resilient arm 4, the first end of the second curved resilient arm 5 and the connecting member) is naturally lowered, meanwhile, due to the twisting of the second end of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 and the lowering of the first end of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4, a first U-shaped hanging lug position 41 is formed at the position, close to the second end of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4, in the middle of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4, due to the twisting of the second end of the second curved elastic arm 5 and the lowering of the first end of the second curved elastic arm 5, a second U-shaped hanging lug position 51 is formed at the middle part of the second curved elastic arm 5 near the second end of the second curved elastic arm 5. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the opened torsion clamping structure is worn on the skull with different sizes, the action surface 11 of the left ear vibrator box is clung to the left side of the skull, the action surface 21 of the right ear vibrator box is clung to the right side of the skull, the two U-shaped hanging lug positions are suitable for being hung on the ears, the neck ring part 31 which is naturally placed downwards can always be clung to the human body without too many gaps, the upper and lower positions of the neck ring part 31 which is contacted with the human body are different according to the sizes of the skull of a wearer, and the discomfort caused by the contact of the human body with articles such as a collar and the like when the head is moved is effectively reduced; and three-point positioning is realized through the matching of the two U-shaped ear hanging positions and the neck ring part 31, and the stability of the torsion clamping structure after being worn is enhanced.
In addition, the torsion clamping structure arranged as above is in a standing state, and because the size in the height direction (namely the up-down direction) is small, the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 and the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 are overlapped, so that the occupied space is small, and the carrying is convenient.
In addition, as the torsion clamping structure arranged above, the torsion resilience force and the expansion resilience force of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 and the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 are utilized to provide clamping force for the left ear vibrator box 1 and the right ear vibrator box 2, so that the wearing is more stable.
In summary, the torsional clamping structure provided by the embodiment has a small space volume in a standing state, and is small in size in the height direction and convenient to carry; when the head-wearing earphone is worn, the head-wearing earphone adapts to different sizes of the skull, the neck ring part 31 of the earphone bracket can be always close to the human body, the discomfort caused by the contact of the earphone bracket and objects such as the collar and the like when the head is moved is effectively reduced, and the wearing is stable.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 9 and 10, the circumferential closed shape of the twist clamp is an ellipse-like shape, with the connector at the wide end of the ellipse-like shape. Further, the connecting member is located at the first wide end of the quasi-elliptical shape, the second end of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 extends out of the second wide end of the quasi-elliptical shape and is close to the narrow end of the quasi-elliptical shape, and the second end of the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 extends out of the second wide end of the quasi-elliptical shape and is close to the narrow end of the quasi-elliptical shape. The torsion clamping structure further ensures the fitting of the neck ring part 31 and a human body in a wearing state and the adaptation of the two ear hanging positions and the ears, so that the wearing is more stable and comfortable.
Further preferably, the lengths of the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 and the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 are both smaller than the circumference of the quasi-ellipse, and the length of the fully stretched torsional clamping structure is 300 mm-500 mm.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first arc-shaped elastic arm 4 includes a first narrow end portion 42 (i.e., a portion for forming an ellipse-like narrow end), a first connecting portion 43, and a first wide end portion 44 (i.e., a portion for forming an ellipse-like wide end) connected in this order, the first narrow end portion 42 is connected to the connecting member, the first wide end portion 44 is connected to the left ear resonator box 1, the first narrow end portion 42 has a curvature radius of 40mm to 70mm, the first connecting portion 43 has a curvature radius of 60mm to 100mm, and the first wide end portion 44 has a curvature radius of 20mm to 35 mm; the second arc-shaped elastic arm 5 comprises a second narrow end part 52, a second connecting part 53 and a second wide end part 54 which are sequentially connected, wherein the second narrow end part 52 is connected with the connecting part, the second wide end part 54 is connected with the right ear oscillator box 2, the curvature radius of the second narrow end part 52 is 40 mm-70 mm, the curvature radius of the second connecting part 53 is 60 mm-100 mm, and the curvature radius of the second wide end part 54 is 20 mm-35 mm.
Preferably, in the rest state, the left ear oscillator box 1 and the right ear oscillator box 2 are both located within the surrounding closed shape of the torsional clamping structure.
