Abstract
The invention discloses an electric conduction structure of a coil, which comprises the coil, an electric conductor connected and conducted with the coil, and a plastic part for accommodating the coil and the electric conductor; the coil is provided with at least two electrical connection parts, the electric conductor is arranged in the plastic part, and the electric conductor is connected and conducted with the electrical connection parts. The invention makes use of the groove arranged on the plastic part to place the flat coil and connects and conducts with the electric conductor arranged on the plastic part, and can be designed according to different conditions, so that the optical focusing device realizes miniaturization and thinning, and even meets the requirement of reducing cost.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of photographic equipment, and more particularly to a coil electrical conduction structure, a lens driving device, a photographic device, and an electronic apparatus.
Background
In the conventional optical focusing device, no matter the automatic focusing part or the optical anti-shake part is provided, the following electrical connection modes are adopted for the coil, the plastic part and the metal:
1. the coil side winding mode is that the coil can be directly wound on the plastic piece and electrically connected with the plastic piece through the elastic sheet without arranging wires. However, the side winding posts are required to be retained, and the coil center is required to retain more space, so that the size cannot be reduced and the thickness cannot be reduced.
2. The large-sized flat coil is directly mounted on the plastic member, and is electrically connected to the metal terminal in the plastic member, thereby resulting in high cost and being unable to be thinned.
3. Generally, a coil is installed on an FPC, and after a coil wire head starting terminal is arranged on a bonding pad of the FPC, the coil wire head starting terminal is connected to conduct electricity, and dispensing coverage protection is performed, so that the production process is high in cost.
Therefore, there is a need for an improved structure that overcomes the above-mentioned deficiencies.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a coil electrical conduction structure, a lens driving device, a photographic device and electronic equipment.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a coil electric conduction structure comprises a coil, an electric conductor connected and conducted with the coil, and a plastic part used for accommodating the coil and the electric conductor;
the coil is provided with at least two electrical connections,
the electric conductor is arranged in the plastic part,
the conductor is electrically connected to the electrical connection portion.
Further, the coil is a flat coil and is positioned on the corresponding surface of the magnet.
Further, the electrical connection portion on the coil includes at least a connection portion a and a connection portion B.
Further, the connection portion a and the connection portion B may be provided within an arbitrary wiring range of the coil.
Further, the electric conductor comprises a first end connected with a power supply and a second end connected with the electric connection part.
Furthermore, a groove is formed in the plastic part, and the coil is arranged in the groove.
Further, the coil electrical conduction structure does not contain a flexible circuit board.
A lens driving device has the coil electric conduction structure with the structure.
A photographic apparatus has the lens driving apparatus of the above-described structure.
An electronic device having the photographic apparatus of the above-described structure.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the flat coil is placed in the groove formed in the plastic part and is connected and conducted with the electric conductor arranged on the plastic part, and the optical focusing device can be designed according to different conditions, so that the optical focusing device is miniaturized and thinned, and even the requirement for reducing the cost is met.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the original characteristics, the achieved purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the coil electrical conduction structure provided by the present invention includes a coil 1, an electrical conductor 2 connected to and conducted with the coil 1, and a molding 3 for accommodating the coil 1 and the electrical conductor 2;
the coil 1 is provided with at least two electrical connections 11,
the electric conductor 2 is arranged inside the plastic part 3,
the conductor 2 is electrically connected to the electrical connection portion 11.
The coil 1 is a flat coil and is positioned on the corresponding surface of the magnet 4. The electrical connection portion 11 on the coil 23 includes at least a connection portion a111 and a connection portion B112. The connection portion a111 and the connection portion B112 may be provided in any wiring range of the coil 1.
The conductor 2 includes a first end 21 to which power is supplied and a second end 22 connected to the electrical connection portion 11.
The plastic part 3 is provided with a groove 31, and the coil 1 is arranged in the groove 31.
Example 1
A lens driving device includes a fixed portion 5, and a movable portion 6 provided in the fixed portion 5 and movable relative to the fixed portion 5.
The fixing portion 5 includes a coil 1, a conductor 2, a bottom plate 51, a base 52, an upper cover 53, and an outer frame 54. The base plate 51 is provided with a base 52, the base 52 is provided with an open groove, the movable portion 6 is disposed in the open groove and can move up and down along the open groove, and the top of the base 52 is provided with an upper cover 53 and an outer frame 54.
The movable part 6 comprises a magnet 4, a carrier 61, a frame 62 and a magnetic conduction plate 63; the carrier 61 is disposed in an opening groove of the base 52, a frame 62 is fitted around the outer peripheral surface of the carrier 61, the frame 62 is provided with the magnet 4, and a magnetic conductive plate 63 is disposed on a surface of the magnet 4 facing the frame 62.
In this embodiment, the plastic part 3 is a base 52, two inner side walls of the base 52 are respectively provided with a groove 31, and a coil 1 is respectively disposed in the grooves 31, it should be noted that, a person skilled in the art may select the number and the position of the grooves 31 according to a requirement, and is not limited to the position and the number in the drawings, and the grooves 31 in the drawings are only for illustration and understanding.
The coils 1 in the present embodiment are flat plate coils, and two electrical connection portions 11, which are a connection portion a111 and a connection portion B112, are provided on each coil 1. The conductor 2 is provided inside the base 52, the number of the conductors 2 is the same as that of the electrical connection portions 11, the first end 21 of the conductor 2 is electrically connected to the connection portion a111 and the connection portion B112, and the second end 22 of the conductor 2 is connected to a connection terminal for receiving power. It should be noted that the connection portion a111 and the connection portion B112 may be disposed at any position of the coil 1 as required by those skilled in the art, and are not limited to the positions in the drawings, and the positions of the connection portion a11 and the connection portion B112 are only for illustration and understanding.
This embodiment can be with coil 1 and the direct electric connection of electric conductor 2 switch on, has saved the flexible circuit board, has solved the space.
Example 2
A lens driving device includes a fixed portion 5, and a movable portion 6 provided in the fixed portion 5 and movable relative to the fixed portion 5.
The fixing portion 5 includes a base 52, a coil 1 provided on the base 52, a conductor 2 provided in the base 52, and an upper cover 53 fitted to the base 11.

In this embodiment, the plastic part 3 is a base 52, four grooves 31 are formed in the upper surface of the base 52, the groove structure 31 in this embodiment is used for placing the coil 1, and a person skilled in the art can select the positions and the number of the grooves 31 according to requirements, but not limited to the positions and the number in the drawings, and the positions and the number in the drawings are only for illustration and understanding.
The coils 1 in the present embodiment are flat plate coils, and two electrical connection portions 11, which are a connection portion a111 and a connection portion B112, are provided on each coil 1. In the present embodiment, the connection portion a122 and the connection portion B123 are configured to protrude inward, and the coil 1 is electrically connected to the conductor 2 through the connection portion a111 and the connection portion B112. It should be noted that the connection portion a122 and the connection portion B123 may be disposed at any position of the coil 1 as required by those skilled in the art, and are not limited to the positions in the drawings, which are only for illustration and understanding.
The conductor 2 is arranged in the base 52, the first end 21 of the conductor 2 is bent upwards to extend out of the upper surface of the base 52 and is connected and conducted with the connecting part A111 or the connecting part B112 of the coil 1, the second end 22 of the conductor 2 is located at the edge position of the base 52, and the second end 22 of the conductor 2 is bent downwards to extend out of the lower surface of the base 52 and is used for being connected with a power supply.
This embodiment can be with coil 1 and the direct electric connection of electric conductor 2 switch on, has saved the flexible circuit board, has solved the space.

the conductor (2) is arranged in the plastic part (3),
the conductor (2) is electrically connected to the electrical connection part (11).
2. The coil electrical conduction structure according to claim 1, wherein: the coil (1) is a flat coil and is positioned on the corresponding surface of the magnet (4).
3. The coil electrical conduction structure according to claim 1, wherein: the electrical connection part (11) on the coil (23) includes at least a connection part A (111) and a connection part B (112).
4. The coil electrical conduction structure according to claim 3, wherein: the connection part A (111) and the connection part B (112) can be arranged in any wiring range of the coil (1).
5. The coil electrical conduction structure according to claim 1, wherein: the conductor (2) includes a first end (21) to which a power supply is connected, and a second end (22) connected to the electrical connection unit (11).
6. The coil electrical conduction structure according to claim 1, wherein: a groove (31) is formed in the plastic part (3), and the coil (1) is arranged in the groove (31).
7. The coil electrical conduction structure according to claim 1, wherein: the coil electrical conduction structure does not contain a flexible circuit board.
8. A lens driving device characterized in that: having a coil electrical conduction structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A photographic apparatus, characterized in that: having a lens driving device as claimed in claim 8.
10. An electronic device, characterized in that: the camera device according to claim 9.
