Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an emergency rescue method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is applicable to a situation that a person to be rescued cannot directly dial a help-seeking telephone through a mobile phone to seek help by using an intelligent voice device. The method may be performed by an emergency assistance device implemented in software and/or hardware and integrated on an electronic device, for example, on a cloud server device.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the emergency rescue method is as follows:
s101, obtaining a rescue instruction and a position to be rescued for a target user.
The target user can be selected from people of any age, such as the elderly or children. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, intelligent voice devices (such as intelligent sound boxes) have become common devices in the homes of users, and are even popularized to one room and one screen. In the embodiment of the disclosure, at least one intelligent voice device is pre-deployed in the home of a target user, and when the target user has an accident (such as falling down) or sudden disease in the home, the target user can use the intelligent voice device deployed in the home to ask for help, so that the situation that the target user cannot make a call for help through a mobile phone to delay rescue can be avoided. Specifically, the target user may wake up the smart voice device via voice, wherein the voice of waking up the device is determined by the manufacturer of the device. Further sending out a help-seeking voice to the intelligent voice equipment, for example, sending out a voice that 'I falls down and needs help'; and the intelligent voice equipment sends the recorded help-seeking voice of the target user to the cloud server equipment, so that the cloud server equipment can timely rescue the target user based on the help-seeking voice according to the method of S101-S102.
Specifically, a dialogue-type voice intelligent operating system is preset in the cloud server, after the cloud server receives the help-seeking voice information uploaded by the intelligent voice device, the dialogue-type voice intelligent operating system identifies whether the help-seeking voice information includes a help-seeking intention or not based on a natural language processing technology, if the help-seeking intention is included, the help-seeking intention is converted into an executable help-seeking instruction, and the help-seeking instruction is generated according to the voice information of the target user recorded and uploaded by the intelligent voice device. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cloud service is further provided with a rescue service for executing the emergency rescue method provided by the present disclosure, and the rescue service may obtain an executable rescue instruction from the conversational voice intelligent operating system.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the intelligent voice device uploads the recorded voice information of the target user to the cloud server, and meanwhile, the position information of the intelligent voice device is used as the position to be rescued and also uploaded to the conversational voice intelligent operating system of the cloud server, so that the conversational voice intelligent operating system transmits the conversational voice intelligent operating system to the rescue service. In an optional implementation manner, if the intelligent voice device is provided with a positioning module, the latitude and longitude information determined by the positioning module is transmitted to a rescue service of the cloud server; if the intelligent voice equipment does not have the positioning module, the intelligent voice equipment uploads the IP address of the equipment or the address reserved in the equipment by the target user to the conversational voice intelligent operating system, the conversational voice intelligent operating system sends the information and the rescue instruction to the rescue service, and then the rescue service determines the position to be rescued according to the IP address or the address reserved in the equipment by the target user. The reserved address can remind the user of resetting every time the intelligent voice device is powered on, so that the situation that the reserved address is inaccurate before due to the fact that the intelligent voice device moves the position (for example, the intelligent voice device moves from the city A to the city B) is avoided. It should be noted that the position to be rescued is determined by the above method, and the position to be rescued is prevented from being determined by inquiring the target user through a telephone, so that the efficiency of obtaining the position to be rescued can be improved, and the rescue time is saved.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the rescue service in the cloud server obtains the rescue instruction and the position to be rescued, the step of S102 is continuously performed to implement emergency rescue for the target user.
And S102, responding to the rescue instruction, and selecting a target rescue party for the target user from the set of rescue parties according to the position to be rescued.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to ensure that the target user can be rescued in time, the rescue service in the cloud server integrates a plurality of rescuers, such as 120 websites, 999 websites, and folk rescue organizations, and finally obtains a set of rescuers. And the rescue service responds to the rescue instruction, and selects an optimal target rescue party for the target user from the set of rescue parties according to the rescue position, wherein the target rescue party is exemplarily the nearest rescue party to the position to be rescued, and finally the target rescue party dispatches rescue resources to perform emergency rescue on the target user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target user can call for help through the intelligent voice equipment, so that the situation that the target user cannot make a call for help through a mobile phone to delay rescue can be avoided; and moreover, a plurality of rescue parties are integrated in advance, so that the optimal target rescue party can be selected for the target user after the rescue instruction and the position to be rescued are received, and the rescue timeliness is further ensured.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another emergency rescue method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is optimized based on the above embodiment, and referring to fig. 2, the emergency rescue method is specifically as follows:
s201, obtaining a rescue instruction and a position to be rescued for a target user.
The rescue instruction is generated according to the voice information of the target user, and the voice information of the target user is recorded and uploaded by the intelligent voice equipment. The position to be rescued is determined according to the IP address uploaded by the intelligent voice equipment or the reserved address of the target user. For a specific process, reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
S202, determining candidate rescuers from the set of rescuers according to the positions to be rescued and the positions of all rescuers in the set of rescuers.
In an optional real-time mode, according to the position to be rescued and the positions of all rescuers in the set of rescuers, the distance between each rescuer and the position to be rescued is determined, and the rescuers with the distance smaller than a preset distance threshold value in the set of rescuers are taken as candidate rescuers. During specific implementation, a recall area can be determined according to a position to be rescued; for example, a circle area with the position to be rescued as the center and a preset distance threshold as the radius is used as the recall area. And then, the rescue party with the position in the recall area in the rescue party set is used as a candidate rescue party. It should be noted that the positions of all the rescuers in the set of rescuers are collected and stored in advance, and the candidate rescuers are determined by using the set recall area, so that the efficiency of determining the candidate rescuers can be improved, and the time is saved for rescue.
S203, selecting a target rescue party for the target user from the candidate rescue parties according to the position of the candidate rescue party and/or the state information of the rescue resources.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target rescuer may be determined in any one of the following three ways:
(1) the rescue path can be planned according to the position of each candidate rescue party and the position to be rescued, and the candidate rescue party with the shortest rescue path is taken as the target rescue party.
(2) The candidate rescue party with the most idle rescue resources can be used as the target rescue party according to the state information of the rescue resources of the candidate rescue parties, wherein the rescue resources can be selected from ambulance resources, the state information comprises idle and busy, and the busy means that the rescue resources execute rescue tasks. For example, 5 candidate rescuers are selected, wherein only one candidate rescuer has idle rescue resources, and the other four candidate rescuers have no rescue resources available, and then the candidate rescuers with idle rescue resources are taken as target rescuers.
(3) And if the distance difference between the rescue paths corresponding to the candidate rescue parties is smaller than a threshold value, screening according to the state information of the rescue resources of the candidate rescue parties, and taking the candidate rescue party with the most idle rescue resources as a target rescue party. It should be noted that if the distances of the rescue paths corresponding to two or more candidate rescuers are equal or similar, the target rescuers can be screened according to the number of traffic indicator lights on the rescue paths or the road congestion degree.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, candidate rescuers are determined, and then a target rescuer is selected for a target user from the candidate rescuers according to the position of the candidate rescuers and/or the state information of the rescue resources. Therefore, the efficiency of determining the target rescue party can be ensured, and the target user can be timely rescued.
Further, in order to ensure the accuracy of determining the target rescuer according to the rescue resource state information of the candidate rescuer, the state information of the rescue resource of the rescuer needs to be updated. Optionally, the state information of the rescue resources of each rescuer in the set of rescuers is updated in any one of the following manners: updating according to the state information of the rescue resources of the rescue parties pulled by polling; or updating according to the received state information of the rescue resources pushed by each rescuer, for example, when the rescuer dispatches a rescue resource, the information that the rescue resource is in a busy state is pushed to the rescue service.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another emergency rescue method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is optimized based on the above embodiment, and referring to fig. 3, the emergency rescue method is specifically as follows:
s301, a rescue instruction and a position to be rescued for the target user are obtained.
S302, responding to the rescue instruction, and selecting a target rescue party for the target user from the set of rescue parties according to the position to be rescued.

s401, a rescue instruction and a position to be rescued for the target user are obtained.
The position to be rescued is determined according to the IP address uploaded by the intelligent voice equipment or the reserved address of the target user. For a specific process, reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again. The rescue instruction is generated by a dialogue type voice intelligent operation system in the cloud server according to the voice information of the target user, and the voice information of the target user is recorded and uploaded by the intelligent voice equipment. It should be noted that the conversational voice intelligent operating system in the cloud server may further determine attribute information of the target user according to the voice information of the target user, for example, according to a voiceprint feature of the voice of the target user, where the attribute information includes a gender, an age, and the like of the target user. In addition, the dialogue-type voice intelligent operation system also receives a target user health index stored by the intelligent voice device, wherein the health index can be generated and stored after the target user inquires by using a certain application in the intelligent voice device. Subsequently, the dialogue type voice intelligent operating system sends the identified attribute information, the health index and the rescue instruction to the rescue service in the cloud service together.
