The credit report generation method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the user terminal 102 and the evaluation terminal 104 communicate via a network. The evaluation terminal 104 receives the loan application request sent by the user terminal 102, and analyzes the loan application request to obtain a target business scene where the user is located. The evaluation terminal 104 acquires the report template identifier to be configured according to the target service scene where the user is located, selects the report dimension corresponding to the report template identifier to be configured and the credit scoring model according to the target service scene, thereby generating the credit report template corresponding to the target service scene according to the report dimension and the credit scoring model, and further inputting the dimension data corresponding to the report dimension into the credit report template for analysis, thereby generating the user credit report. The financial institution may determine whether to credit the user based on the user credit report generated by the evaluation terminal. The user terminal 102 and the evaluation terminal 104 may be, but are not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a credit report generation method is proposed, which is described by taking the application of the method to the server in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step 202, acquiring a report template identifier to be configured; the report template identification to be configured is determined according to the target service scene where the user is located.
The report template identifier to be configured refers to a unique identifier used for marking the report template to be configured, such as a name of the report template to be configured. The target service scene of the user refers to an application scene of the credit report, and the target service scene can be service scenes of consumption class staging, cash credit, credit card compensation and the like.
A user needing loan application can initiate a loan application request through a user terminal, the loan application request is sent to an evaluation terminal, and the evaluation terminal analyzes the loan application request after receiving the loan application request to obtain a target service scene where the user is located. The evaluation terminal can obtain the report template identifier to be configured according to the target service scene where the user is located, and specifically, the evaluation terminal obtains the report template identifier to be configured, which is determined by the financial institution according to the target service scene.
And 204, selecting a report dimension corresponding to the report template identifier to be configured and a credit scoring model according to the target service scene.
The evaluation terminal stores massive data dimensions in advance, and the massive data dimensions are generated in advance through technical means such as cleaning, processing, integration and operation and are used for determining report dimensions in the process of self-defining configuration of the credit report template. For example, more than 1000 data dimensions may be stored in advance in the evaluation terminal.
And carrying out big data analysis on the massive data dimensions according to the target service scene so as to select corresponding report dimensions. The reporting dimension is a reporting dimension concerned by the target business scenario, and the reporting dimension concerned by different business scenarios can be different.
And determining the report dimension so as to determine the wind control data required to be collected by the report. The wind control data sources comprise user incoming data (personal information, contact information and equipment information), internal system production data (user behavior data, order detail data, risk list data and middlebox derivative data) and external organization cooperation data (personal identity data, operator information, network credit investigation data, network loan data, network social data, network consumption data, network trip data, enterprise credit investigation data and the like), and the evaluation terminal can collect, store, process, mine and analyze the wind control data on the basis of legal compliance so as to obtain report dimensions and dimension data corresponding to a target business scene.
For example, in the pre-loan audit report, basic information of the credit subject is checked first, such as name, identification number, mobile phone number, and location of ownership, and the identification number and the location of ownership of the mobile phone number can help to determine the user's residence and place of residence of the client. The anti-fraud service scene can configure the pre-credit anti-fraud report in a self-defined mode, and the anti-fraud scene is the most concerned risk list data dimension.
The evaluation terminal also needs to determine a credit scoring model, and the credit scoring model is used for carrying out credit evaluation on the user. The creation of the model includes rule strategies and model algorithms. The rule policy may be a rule priority policy. The rule priority policy is to follow the principle that an own rule is prior to an external rule to operate (for example, a local blacklist is prior to an external blacklist), a rule without cost or with low cost is prior to a rule with high cost (for example, a rule for charging by hitting in an external three-party credit can be prior to a rule for charging by inquiring each time), a rule with low performance consumption is prior to a rule with high performance consumption to operate (for example, after secondary processing and convergence are needed, a wind control rule with high performance consumption for judging the convergence result can be operated in a rear-arranged mode), and a necessary wind control rule is not required to be operated immediately (for example, a necessary rule is required to determine whether a three-element of a user and a four-element of a bank card are consistent or not).
The credit scoring model can be called as a wind control model, the wind control model runs through the whole user life cycle of getting customers, admittance, operation and overdue, different wind control models exist in different stages in different service scenes, for example, for consumption financial products, the wind control model can be divided into a pre-loan credit risk model, a pre-loan fraud detection model, a behavior risk model and a post-loan collection model according to different stages of the user life cycle.
In one embodiment, the reporting dimension includes: user identity information, user attributes, behavior information, negative information, and operator information. The report dimension corresponding to the target business scenario may be determined by big data analysis of the data source of the wind control data.
And step 206, generating a credit report template corresponding to the target service scene according to the report dimension and the credit scoring model.
And step 208, inputting the dimension data corresponding to the report dimension into a credit report template for analysis, and generating a user credit report.
After determining the report dimension and the credit scoring model, the evaluation terminal can generate a credit report template according to the report dimension and the credit scoring model. And inputting the dimension data corresponding to the selected report dimension into a corresponding template item of the credit report template, analyzing the dimension data through the credit scoring model to obtain a credit evaluation result of the user, and generating a credit report of the user according to the credit evaluation result.
The user may be a business or an individual and, accordingly, the user credit reports may include business credit reports and personal credit reports. The credit report configured by the enterprise subject in a self-defined way is mainly used for credit approval, supply chain finance and post-loan management of commercial banks, and can also be used for many activities such as award evaluation, bid invitation of government departments or financial audit of audit organizations and the like. The credit report configured by the individual subject in a self-defined way can be applied to the credit fields of cash loan products, consumption stage products, salary group credit loan, business loan, automobile stage mortgage, automobile loan, financing lease and the like.
In this embodiment, after the report template identifier to be configured is obtained, the report dimension and the credit scoring model corresponding to the report template identifier to be configured may be automatically selected according to the target service scenario, so that the credit report template corresponding to the target service scenario is generated according to the report dimension and the credit scoring model, and then the dimension data corresponding to the report dimension is input into the credit report template for analysis, so as to generate the user credit report. Manual checking is not needed, and the generation efficiency of the credit report is effectively improved. Meanwhile, the embodiment realizes the self-defined configuration of the credit report template aiming at the concerned data dimensions of different service scenes so as to generate the credit report of the user, and can more accurately construct the credit report for the credit subject.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the step of generating a credit report template corresponding to the target business scenario according to the report dimension and the credit scoring model may include:
and 302, calculating the configuration cost corresponding to the report template identifier to be configured according to the report dimension.
And 304, when the confirmation operation of the configuration cost is received, generating a credit report template corresponding to the target service scene according to the report dimension and the credit score model.
And the evaluation terminal calculates the cost for self-defining the configuration of the credit report template in real time according to the selected report dimension through the charging system, generates cost prompt information and feeds the cost prompt information back to the user terminal. And when receiving a cost confirmation message and a payment completion message returned by the user terminal, the evaluation terminal completes the configuration of the credit report template, and generates a credit report template corresponding to the target business scene according to the configuration dimension of the report template and the credit scoring model. The billing system may also record the user's consumption messages.
In the traditional mode, whether the financial institution needs to credit all the data in the report or not, all the data needs to be purchased and then used. In the embodiment, the financial institution only needs to calculate the cost for self-defining and configuring the credit report template according to the report dimension selected by the target service scene, the report can be self-defined according to the actual requirement and the data query cost can be delivered, inquirers and information providers do not need to worry about the problem that the self authority and the uniqueness are weakened because the data held by the inquirers and the information providers are thoroughly provided and leaked, and meanwhile, the financial institution also does not need to buy all related information at the condition of only needing a small part of credit information, thereby being beneficial to both parties and enabling the credit wind control process to be more flexible and efficient.
In one embodiment, inputting the dimension data corresponding to the report dimension into a credit report template for analysis to generate a user credit report, including: inputting dimension data corresponding to report dimensions into a credit report template; and analyzing the dimension data through a credit scoring model in the credit report template, and generating a user credit report according to an analysis result.
In the process of generating the credit report template corresponding to the target service scenario according to the report dimension and the credit scoring model, the dimension data corresponding to the report dimension is obtained, and the query cost of the dimension data may be paid. The evaluation terminal needs to evaluate the credit of the user according to the dimension data corresponding to the report dimension, and therefore the dimension data corresponding to the report dimension needs to be input into a corresponding template item of the credit report template. The credit report template selects a credit scoring model in advance in the self-defining configuration process, and the credit scoring model is determined according to a target service scene and a service node corresponding to the scene. The dimension data can be analyzed according to the credit rating model, the credit evaluation result of the user is determined, and therefore the user credit report is generated according to the credit evaluation result.
In this embodiment, the credit scoring model is a model corresponding to a preselected target service scenario, and the accuracy of the credit report is greatly improved by performing credit evaluation on the dimensional data through the model.
In one embodiment, obtaining the report template identifier to be configured includes: and determining the report template identifier to be configured according to the target service scene and the service node corresponding to the target service scene.
The target business scenario may be a consumer category stage, cash credit or credit card compensation, etc. Each service scenario includes a plurality of service nodes, such as pre-loan, mid-loan, and post-loan. The evaluation terminal can determine the report template identification to be configured according to the target service scene and the corresponding service node, and configure a self-defined credit report template for each service node, so that the credit risk of the user in different wind control stages is evaluated.
In one embodiment, the user credit reports comprise node reports corresponding to different service nodes in the target service scenario; the method further comprises the following steps: in the process of configuring a credit report template of a current service node, calling a node report of a target service node; and configuring a credit report template of the current service node according to the called node report.
The user credit report comprises node reports corresponding to different service nodes in a target service scene, the node reports corresponding to the different service nodes refer to node reports of different life cycles, and the reports of a plurality of life cycles are automatically called and configured. Specifically, when the credit report template is configured at the current service node, the node reports of other service nodes may be called, so that the credit report template of the current service node is configured according to the called node report.
For example, after the anti-fraud report template is configured, the anti-fraud report template enters an identity verification link, and at the moment, the identity verification report can be configured in a user-defined mode to check whether the name and identity number of the verification user are real, whether the name, identity number and mobile phone number are consistent, whether the provided bank card is the same, and after the loan is successfully made, the loan fund is prevented from being falsely used in the account of another person. The user who passes the identity verification report can further check the pre-loan verification report, for example, the user can perform custom configuration of the pre-loan verification report through the acquired multi-head loan information, consumption data, income data, mobile phone numbers, online state and online time data, even social security public deposit, occupation information, academic information, central bank credit and the like submitted by the user.
In this embodiment, the node reports corresponding to different service nodes may automatically invoke configuration, thereby improving the configuration efficiency of the credit report template.
