The working principle is as follows: the fabric is conveyed through the upper end faces of a first conveying roller 303 and a second conveying roller 304, an electric telescopic rod 102 drives a lifting plate 103 to descend, so that a rotating frame 114 and a rubber scraper 115 are arranged on the upper end face of the fabric, the rotating frame 114 and the rubber scraper 115 on the other side are arranged on the lower end face of the fabric, a motor 105 drives a first belt wheel 109 to rotate, a transmission belt 110 drives a second belt wheel 113 to rotate, a rotating pipe 112 drives the rotating frame 114 to rotate, the rubber scraper 115 scrapes off dust and lint on the fabric, an air pump 107 works at the same time, the dust and the scraped lint are sucked into the rotating pipe 112 through a square suction hole in the rotating frame 114 and the lower end face of the rotating frame, then the dust and the scraped lint pass through a connecting box 111 and a connecting pipe 104 and finally enter a filter box 206 through a feeding pipe 108, the filter box 206 cleans the dust and the lint on the upper and lower faces of the fabric, a fan 204 works simultaneously, and the dust and lint floating in the air enter a dust removing pipeline 205 through an air inlet cover 203 and an installation pipeline 202, and finally into the filter box 206 where it is filtered out.
