Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a plastic film formula, in particular to a PVC formula.
Background
The main component of the PVC film is polyvinyl chloride, and other components are added to improve the heat resistance, toughness and ductility of the PVC film. PVC belongs to a strong polar polymer, the melting processing temperature is in the range of 160-210, and the processing temperature is closer to the decomposition temperature. During molding processing, PVC is thermosensitive and extremely unstable after being heated, so that HCl removal reaction of PVC is easily caused, and the melt has high viscosity and poor flowability. In addition, the film products are subject to aging and have limited life cycles.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides a PVC film formulation that solves one or more of the above-mentioned technical problems.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention is mainly characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of high-polymerization-degree PVC resin, 30-50 parts of low-polymerization-degree PVC resin, 100 parts of high-low-polymerization-degree resin, 30-40 parts of dioctyl phthalate (DOP) plasticizer, 1-3 parts of organic tin heat stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of G70S lubricant, 1-2 parts of tetra [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid ] pentaerythritol ester, 1-2 parts of 2-hydroxy-4-N-octoxy benzophenone, 0.1 part of stearic acid amide and 1-3 parts of processing aid.
In some embodiments, the PVC resin is prepared by using 70 parts of high polymerization degree PVC resin, 30 parts of low polymerization degree PVC resin, 35 parts of dioctyl phthalate (DOP) plasticizer, 2 parts of organic tin heat stabilizer, 0.8 part of G70S lubricant, 1.6 parts of tetra [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid ] pentaerythritol ester, 1 part of 2-hydroxy-4-N-octoxy benzophenone, 0.1 part of stearic acid amide and 1.6 parts of processing aid according to the optimal proportion.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the plasticizing temperature during PVC processing is reduced, the melt viscosity is reduced, the plasticizing processing performance of the material is improved, and the surface quality of the product is improved. And the aging resistance and the oxidation resistance of the PVC product are improved, the failure process of the PVC product is slowed down, the service life of the product is ensured, the cost is low, and the PVC product is suitable for popularization and application.
