Claims (10)

1. The high-stability forward electric forklift comprises a forklift body (1) and is characterized in that a mounting frame (2) is fixed at the bottom of the front side of the forklift body (1), a supporting frame (3) is fixed at the top of the mounting frame (2), a transverse plate (4) is arranged at the front top of the supporting frame (3), first hydraulic rods (5) are fixed on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the transverse plate (4), a mounting box (6) is fixed at the bottom end of an output shaft of each first hydraulic rod (5), a first motor (7) is fixed on the right side of the mounting box (6), the left end of the output shaft of the first motor (7) penetrates through the inside of the mounting box (6) and is fixed with a first threaded rod (8), the left end of the first threaded rod (8) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the mounting box (6), and a threaded sleeve (9) is arranged on the surface of the first threaded rod (8), the bottom of the mounting box (6) is provided with a through groove (10), the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the through groove (10) are both connected with a connecting shaft (11) in a sliding manner, the bottom end of the connecting shaft (11) extends to the outside of the mounting box (6) and is fixed with a first clamping plate (12), the left side and the right side of the inside of the mounting frame (2) are both provided with cavities (13), a second motor (14) is fixed inside the cavities (13), the left side and the right side of the front of the mounting frame (2) are both provided with second threaded rods (15) in a penetrating manner, the rear ends of the second threaded rods (15) extend to the inside of the cavities (13) and are fixedly connected with output shafts of the second motor (14), the left side and the right side of the front of the mounting frame (2) are both provided with supporting plates (16), rollers (17) are fixed in front of one side of the supporting plates (16), and threaded grooves (18) are formed in the back of the supporting plates (16), and the front end of the second threaded rod (15) extends to the inside of the thread groove (18) and is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the thread groove (18), a groove (19) is formed in the front side of the top of the supporting plate (16), a second hydraulic rod (20) is fixed to the bottom of the inner wall of the groove (19), a bracket (21) is fixed to the top end of an output shaft of the second hydraulic rod (20), and the inner wall of the bracket (21) is respectively connected with a first supporting plate (22) and a second supporting plate (23) in a sliding mode.

The high-stability forward-moving electric forklift as claimed in claim 1, wherein fixing grooves (24) are formed in the left and right sides of the top of the supporting frame (3), fixing blocks (25) are fixed to the left and right sides of the back surface of the transverse plate (4), the fixing blocks (25) are located inside the fixing grooves (24) and are slidably connected with the inner walls of the fixing grooves (24), bolts penetrate through the top of the fixing blocks (25), and the bolts are respectively in threaded connection with the fixing blocks (25) and the supporting frame (3).

A high stability forward type electric fork lift truck according to claim 1, characterized in that the thread directions of the left and right sides of the back surface of the first threaded rod (8) are opposite, the number of the thread sleeves (9) is two, and they are respectively screwed on the left and right sides of the back surface of the first threaded rod (8), and the top end of the connecting shaft (11) extends to the inside of the mounting box (6) and is fixed with the thread sleeves (9).

The high-stability forward-moving electric forklift as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limiting rod (26) is fixed to the top of the threaded sleeve (9), a limiting groove (27) is formed in the top of the inner wall of the mounting box (6), a limiting block (28) is fixed to the top end of the limiting rod (26) and extends into the limiting groove (27), and the limiting block (28) is slidably connected with the inner wall of the limiting groove (27).

The high-stability forward-moving electric forklift as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second clamping plate (29) is hinged to one side of the first clamping plate (12), a connecting block (30) is fixed to the front bottoms of the first clamping plate (12) and the second clamping plate (29), a sliding sleeve (31) is connected to the surface of the connecting block (30) on the first clamping plate (12) in a sliding manner, and a plurality of rubber heads (32) are bonded to the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the sliding sleeve (31).

The high-stability forward-moving electric forklift as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first magnetic block (33) and a second magnetic block (34) are respectively embedded above and below one side surface of the second clamping plate (29) and the first clamping plate (12) which face each other, and the first magnetic block (33) and the second magnetic block (34) attract each other in opposite polarity.

The electric reach truck with high stability according to claim 5, wherein the first clamping plate (12) and the second clamping plate (29) have anti-slip pads (35) adhered to one side surfaces thereof, the anti-slip pads (35) are made of rubber, and anti-slip lines are disposed on the surfaces of the anti-slip pads (35).

The high-stability forward-moving electric forklift as claimed in claim 1, wherein guide grooves (36) are formed in the upper and lower sides of the back surface of the support plate (16), guide rods (37) are fixed to the upper and lower sides of the left and right sides of the front surface of the mounting frame (2), and the front ends of the guide rods (37) extend into the guide grooves (36) and are slidably connected with the inner walls of the guide grooves (36).

The high-stability forward electric forklift as claimed in claim 1, wherein a clamping groove (38) is formed in the surface of the right side of the first supporting plate (22), a fixing piece (39) is fixed on the surface of the left side of the second supporting plate (23), and the fixing piece (39) is clamped with the inner wall of the clamping groove (38).

The high-stability forward-moving electric forklift as claimed in claim 1, wherein sliding grooves (40) are formed in the front and rear sides of the inner wall of the bracket (21), sliding blocks (41) are fixed to the front and rear sides of the first supporting plate (22) and the second supporting plate (23), the sliding blocks (41) are slidably connected with the inner wall of the sliding grooves (40), and handles are fixed to one sides of the first supporting plate (22) and the second supporting plate (23).
