Abstract
The invention discloses a novel universal wheel, which comprises a rotating wheel, a buffering device, a mounting plate and a fixed adjusting device, wherein the rotating wheel is arranged on the mounting plate; the buffer device is positioned above the rotating wheel and is connected with the rotating wheel in a rotating way; the mounting plate is rotatably connected with the buffer device; the fixed adjusting device penetrates through the mounting plate and is inserted into the buffering device, and is used for limiting and adjusting the mounting plate. The invention has the advantages of high load, strong balance, convenient disassembly and full-angle rotation, and can play a good and flexible supporting role on a machine.

In this embodiment, as shown in the figure, the buffer device includes a buffer cylinder 3, a connecting rod 4 and a pressure rod 5; the lower end of the connecting rod 4 is rotationally connected with the rotating wheel 1, and the upper end of the connecting rod 4 is inserted into the buffer cylinder 3 and can move along the up-and-down direction; the compression bar 5 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the buffer cylinder 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in the figure, a spring is disposed in the buffer cylinder 3, and two ends of the spring are connected to the connecting rod 4 and the buffer cylinder 3 respectively.
In this embodiment, as shown in the figure, the angle range of the rotation of the mounting plate 2 relative to the buffering device is 0-90 degrees.
In the embodiment, as shown in the figure, the mounting plate 2 is provided with a first mounting hole 6 and a second mounting hole 7; the first mounting hole 6 and the second mounting hole 7 are both located at one end of the mounting plate 2 far away from the fixing and adjusting device.
In this embodiment, as shown in the figure, a baffle 8 is arranged below the mounting plate 2, and the baffle 8 is vertically connected with the mounting plate 2.
In the present embodiment, as shown in the figure, the fixing and adjusting device includes a bolt 9 and a cushion pad 10; the bolt 9 penetrates through the mounting plate 2 and is in threaded fit with the buffer device; the buffer pad 10 is positioned between the mounting plate 2 and the bolt 9 and plays a role of anti-skid buffering.
