1) manually drawing the aluminum honeycomb panel to be processed by using a computer, marking size labels and printing one copy;
2) selecting a proper aluminum coil, placing the aluminum coil on an unreeling machine, and starting the unreeling machine to unreel;
in the second step, manually inserting one end of the flattened aluminum coil into a leveler, adjusting the working rolls of the leveler, and starting the leveler to perform leveling processing;
in the third step, the shearing and bending step comprises the following steps:
1) manually marking a shearing mark on the aluminum coil subjected to secondary leveling according to the marks in the step 1), shearing along the shearing mark by using a shearing machine, and washing and cooling by using clear water after shearing;
2) measuring the bending coefficient and the hardness of the aluminum coil, determining the bending angle according to the bending coefficient and the hardness, performing compression bending by using a bending machine, and standing and cooling to room temperature after bending to obtain the aluminum honeycomb core (2);
in the fourth step, the diameter and the bending angle of the aluminum coil are manually measured, the diameter and the bending angle are compared with the size label in the first step 1), and tolerance and deviation are recorded;
in the fifth step, the automatic glue spraying comprises the following steps:
1) manually selecting a proper glue sprayer, cleaning the glue sprayer, pouring the structural adhesive (3) into the glue sprayer, and stirring for 10-20 min;
2) placing the aluminum honeycomb core (2) into a glue sprayer, starting the glue sprayer, and spraying the structural adhesive (3) on the outer side of the aluminum honeycomb core (2) by the glue sprayer;
3) after the glue spraying processing is finished, the aluminum honeycomb core (2) is stored in a shady and cool place;
in the sixth step, the vacuum high-temperature compounding comprises the following steps:
1) manually bonding the surface of the aluminum honeycomb core (2) in the step five 3) with the bottom bonding panel (1) and the bottom plate (4) through the structural adhesive (3), and compacting by using a compactor;
2) placing the bonded aluminum honeycomb core (2) in a vacuum compound machine, raising the temperature of the vacuum compound machine to 150 ℃ and 200 ℃, and processing for 10-20 min;
3) manually taking out the processed aluminum honeycomb core (2), standing and cooling to room temperature to obtain an aluminum honeycomb plate body;
in the seventh step, the length, the width and the thickness of the aluminum honeycomb panel body are manually detected and compared with the size labels in the first step 1);
placing the aluminum honeycomb panel body in a plastic package laminator, selecting a proper protective film according to actual requirements, placing the protective film inside the plastic package laminator, and opening the plastic package laminator to laminate the aluminum honeycomb panel body;
and in the ninth step, the aluminum honeycomb plates subjected to film pasting are bound up manually, and then the aluminum honeycomb plates are placed into a packing box for packing and storage.
