S1: acquiring the current heart rate and the target heart rate of the user, and displaying the current heart rate and the target heart rate to the user through a mirror display;
s2: and acquiring first fitness content from a fitness content library according to the current heart rate and the target heart rate, and displaying the first fitness content through the mirror display after the current fitness content is displayed.
When the embodiment is implemented, the current heart rate and the target heart rate of the user are acquired and displayed, so that the user can compare and monitor the current heart rate and the target heart rate of the user conveniently. It should be understood that the monitoring of the current heart rate may adopt a heart rate detection mode in the prior art, such as infrared detection, intelligent wearing detection and other modes, and may also adopt other heart rate detection modes. Similarly, in this embodiment, the target heart rate may be selected by the user, or may be a preset scheme, generally needs to be 65% to 85% of the maximum heart rate of the user, and the selection mode may be selected according to actual needs.
In order to implement adjustment of the fitness content of the user, in this embodiment, a manner of obtaining the first fitness content from the fitness content library for display is adopted, the obtained basis is a relationship between the current heart rate and the target heart rate, the relationship can represent the degree of the current heart rate reaching the target heart rate, the first fitness content is selected according to the degree of the current heart rate reaching the target heart rate, and improvement of the exercise effect of the user in the next time period can be facilitated. According to the embodiment, the self-adaption of the fitness content in the fitness process of the user is realized, the fitness effect of the user is improved, and the user experience is effectively improved.
In this embodiment, the fitness content stored in the fitness content library exists in the form of video clips, and the length of each fitness content is 30-60 seconds.
As a more specific example, when a user starts to exercise, initializing and selecting initial fitness content from a fitness content library and displaying the initial fitness content through the mirror display, wherein the initial fitness content is warm fitness content; when the mirror display displays the fitness content, acquiring first fitness content from a fitness content library according to the current heart rate and the target heart rate, and displaying the first fitness content through the mirror display after the current fitness content is displayed.
It should be understood that while the user is exercising, the mirror display is always presenting the current exercise content, which may be the initial exercise content or the first exercise content that was last selected for presentation. The embodiment can be understood as a cycle process, that is, the next exercise content is continuously acquired and played during the exercise process.
In a more specific embodiment, the timing for obtaining the first fitness content from the fitness content library according to the current heart rate and the target heart rate is selected within a preset time period before the end of the current fitness content, and the selection of the first fitness content is performed 5 seconds before the end of the current fitness content.
In one embodiment, a plurality of fitness contents are arranged in the fitness content library, and each fitness content is provided with a heart rate tag matched with the fitness content;
the fitness content of the heart rate label is the first label, and the fitness content is the fitness content for maintaining the heart rate; the fitness content of which the heart rate label is the second label is fitness content for reducing the heart rate; the fitness content of which the heart rate label is the third label is fitness content for improving the heart rate.
When this embodiment is implemented, every body-building content in the body-building content storehouse is equivalent to a video clip of length of time 30 ~ 60 seconds, and every body-building content all is provided with corresponding rhythm of the heart label, and the effect that rhythm of the heart label representation body-building content played in body-building, if maintain the rhythm of the heart, improve the rhythm of the heart, reduce rhythm of the heart, body-building is initial etc.. For example, the fitness content with the heart rate tag as the first tag may be some exercises with stable exercise amount, such as jogging in place, jumping open and close, palming jump, flat plate support, and the like; the fitness content with the heart rate label as the second label can be muscle stretching exercises such as cat type stretching, bow step leg pressing and the like; the fitness content with the heart rate label as the third label can be some exercises with large instantaneous exercise amount, such as high-frequency opening and closing jumping, rope skipping and the like.
In one embodiment, step S2 includes:
calculating the current heart rate and the target heart rate ratio as a first reference value;
when the first reference value is greater than or equal to 1, acquiring a duration of the first reference value which is continuously greater than or equal to 1 as a first reference duration;
if the first reference time length is less than the preset time length, extracting fitness content with a heart rate label as a first label from a fitness content library as first fitness content;
and if the first reference time length is greater than or equal to the preset time length, extracting the fitness content with the heart rate label as the second label from the fitness content library to serve as the first fitness content.
When the embodiment is implemented, in order to further achieve that the standard first fitness content is obtained through the current heart rate and the target heart rate, the embodiment selects the first fitness content by taking the ratio of the current heart rate to the target heart rate as a first reference value. In this embodiment, when the first reference value is greater than or equal to 1, the length of time that the heart rate of the user reaches the target heart rate needs to be judged to judge the exercise and fitness state of the user, and the exercise and fitness state of the user can be quantitatively evaluated in this way; if the first reference time length is less than the preset time length, it indicates that the user needs to continue to maintain the current heart rate for a period of time, and at this time, the exercise content with the heart rate tag as the first tag is selected as the first exercise content, and the selection process may be random selection, or may be selection according to some other preset rules, for example, the rule that the limiting action is not repeated, the exercise part is not repeated, and the like, and this embodiment does not make any limitation.
If the first reference time length is longer than or equal to the preset time length, the exercise in the stage is finished, stretching or other relaxing means is needed to gradually reduce the heart rate, and the exercise content with the heart rate label as the second label is selected as the first exercise content, so that the reduction control of the heart rate of the user can be ensured, and the self-adaptive control of the exercise content of the user is realized. The preset time period in this embodiment can be selected according to the user's needs, and can also be preset in the system, specifically, 10 to 15 minutes can be adopted.
In one embodiment, step S2 further includes:
when the first reference value is smaller than 1, acquiring the time length of the user for starting fitness as a second reference time length;
if the second reference time length is less than the preset time length, extracting fitness content with a heart rate label as a third label from the fitness content library as first fitness content;
and if the second reference time length is greater than or equal to the preset time length, extracting the fitness content with the heart rate label as the second label from the fitness content library to serve as the first fitness content.
In the implementation of this embodiment, in order to further implement the technical solution, in this embodiment, when the first reference value is less than 1, it is described that the heart rate of the user does not meet the standard, but in the practical process, the inventor finds that there are many cases when the heart rate of the user does not meet the standard, one of which is that the user just starts to exercise, the other is that the heart rate of the user decreases due to insufficient exercise amount during the exercise, and the other is that the user needs to perform relaxation and stretching after having ended the heart rate maintaining stage.
In this embodiment, the motion phase of the user is determined according to the second reference time length, and if the second reference time length is less than the preset time length, which indicates that the user just starts to exercise or the heart rate during exercise is decreased, the fitness content with the heart rate label as the third label needs to be selected as the first fitness content to increase the heart rate of the user. And if the second reference time length is greater than or equal to the preset time length, the user finishes the exercise, and the heart rate needs to be reduced for the fitness content of the second label through the heart rate label.
In the implementation process of the embodiment, the exercise contents of the user for exercise every time may be different, and the user can be given a fresh feeling of exercise from another aspect, so that the exercise effect of the user is improved, and the exercise of the user can be carried out for a longer time.
In one embodiment, fitness content in the fitness content library is provided with a fitness part tag matched with a position where the fitness content can exercise;
and when the body-building content is extracted from the body-building content library to serve as first body-building content, the body-building part label of the first body-building content is different from the body-building part label of the body-building content displayed currently.
In practice, the inventor finds that, in the exercise process, if a part is continuously exercised for a long time, not only is the exercise maintenance not facilitated, but also the body shaping of the user is not facilitated, so that the design of the exercise part tag is adopted in the embodiment, and when the exercise content is extracted as the first exercise content each time, the condition of the exercise part tag and the exercise part tag of the currently displayed exercise content needs to be judged, so that the same part cannot be continuously exercised, on one hand, the user experience is enhanced, and on the other hand, the strain of the user can be reduced.

and the control unit acquires first fitness content from a fitness content library according to the current heart rate and the target heart rate, and displays the first fitness content through the mirror display after the display of the current fitness content is finished.
In one embodiment, a plurality of fitness contents are arranged in the fitness content library, and each fitness content is provided with a heart rate tag matched with the fitness content;
the fitness content of the heart rate label is the first label, and the fitness content is the fitness content for maintaining the heart rate; the fitness content of which the heart rate label is the second label is fitness content for reducing the heart rate; the fitness content of which the heart rate label is the third label is fitness content for improving the heart rate.
In one embodiment, the control unit is further configured to calculate the current heart rate and the target heart rate ratio value as a first reference value;
