In addition, the two handles 303 and 304 can further realize a counterweight function, so that the middle bracket 302 can be further attached to the neck of a human body under the action of the gravity of the two handles 303 and 304, and the attachment degree of the massage head structure 100 to the neck of a user is better.
It is understood that the neck massager 1000 is used as an example of the massager of the present embodiment, and the scope of the massager of the present embodiment is not limited.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 together, specifically, the massage head structure 100 includes a broadening sheet 10 and an electrode head assembly 20. Wherein, drugs and/or fumigants can be arranged on the expanding sheet 10. An electrode tip assembly 20 is detachably connected to the extending sheet 10, and a heating element 200 for heating the extending sheet 10 is disposed in the electrode tip assembly 20. Specifically, electrode head assembly 20 includes a fixing seat 21 and an electrode sheet 22, electrode sheet 22 and fixing seat 21 are fixedly connected to form a receiving cavity 22a, and heating element 200 is located in receiving cavity 22a and is fixedly disposed on fixing seat 21. In the use state, the electrode sheet 22 faces the neck portion side of the user for pulse electrical stimulation massage to the neck portion of the user. The expansion piece 10 is detachably connected to the electrode piece 22 or the fixing seat 21.
Wherein, the expansion 10 means: a sheet-like structure mountable on the electrode head assembly 20 for contacting a portion of a user to be massaged. By adopting the design of the expansion sheet 10, electrode sheets with different physical therapy functions can be replaced according to different use requirements of users.
Adopt the mode of can dismantling the connection expansion piece 10 on electrode slice 22 or fixing base 21, on the one hand, the heat that electrode slice 22 sent heating element 200 is transmitted to expansion piece 10 on in order to heat medicine and/or champignon on expansion piece 10, on the other hand, utilize electrode slice 22's pulse current when electrode slice 22 adopts the electrode slice that has the pulse stimulation function, can decompose the medicine on expansion piece 10 and form medicine ion, thereby when contacting with user's neck, medicine ion can be directional removal and absorbed by user's neck skin under the pulse current effect, thereby effectively improve the absorption effect of expansion piece 10's medicine, and then improve medicine and relax, treatment.
As an alternative embodiment, the expansion sheet 10 may be provided with only a medicine, and the medicine may be a medicine with a physiotherapy function according to different user requirements, such as some Chinese herbal medicine powder (e.g. wormwood, cassia seed, etc.), an ointment, or a patch type medicine.
Illustratively, the medicament may be in the form of a medicament pack, i.e., a pack formed by grinding one or more herbs into a powder and packaging the powder in a bag. When the medicine is provided on the expansion sheet 10, the medicine pack may be provided inside the expansion sheet 10.
Illustratively, the drug may also be a paste-like drug, which may be applied directly to the expandable sheet 10.
Illustratively, the drug may be a patch drug, and when a patch drug is used, the drug may be directly adhered to the extension 10.
As another alternative embodiment, a fragrance may be provided on the expansion sheet 10. Wherein the aromatherapy agent can be selected from aromatherapy agent, aromatherapy patch or aromatherapy bag.
For example, the aromatherapy agent may be an aromatherapy agent. When the expanding sheet 10 is provided, a cavity may be formed inside the expanding sheet 10, and then the fragrance may be provided in the cavity of the expanding sheet 10.
For example, the aroma patch may be selected from aroma patches, which may be placed on the extension sheet 10 when set.
For example, the aroma may also be a sachet, which may be placed in the expansion sheet 10 during installation.
As a further alternative, a drug and aroma may also be provided to the extension sheet 10 at the same time.
By adopting the mode of arranging the medicines and/or the aromatherapy on the expansion piece 10, when the expansion piece 10 is installed on the electrode plate 22, on one hand, the traditional mode that the medicines and/or the aromatherapy need to be directly attached, laid or smeared on the skin of a user is replaced, and the problems that the medicines are easy to fall off from the skin of the user when the medicines are remained on the skin of the user and perspire are solved. On the other hand, utilize electrode sheet 22 heat conduction to expand piece 10 and heat, can heat medicine and/or champignon on this expansion piece 10 for the volatilization of this medicine and/or champignon, promote the medication and the champignon effect.
In addition, the expansion sheet 10 may also have a conductive function, such as a conductive sheet having at least one of a drug component or an aromatherapy component, which can generate the effects of drug and aromatherapy physiotherapy, and can conduct the electrical stimulation current generated by the electrode sheet 22, so as to have the effects of drug physiotherapy and electrical stimulation synchronously. Illustratively, the extended sheet may be a gel sheet containing a pharmaceutical ingredient.
In addition, when being applied to neck massage appearance 1000 with this massage head structure 100 and being worn to user's neck and use, because this expand piece 10 and connect on electrode slice 22, should expand piece 10 contact user's neck skin, simultaneously, because the centre gripping and the counter weight effect of two handles 303, 304 of neck massage appearance, can play decurrent traction force to this middle support 302, thereby make to expand piece 10 and user's skin laminating inseparabler, can improve the laminating stability of expansion piece 10 and user's skin, thereby effectively improve the effect that skin absorbs medicine and/or champignon.
In addition, expand piece 10 and electrode slice 22 or fixing base 21 and can dismantle and be connected, can change the expansion piece 10 that is provided with different kinds of medicine and/or champignon according to user's different user demand, convenient to use can satisfy the user demand of the different scenes of user.
Alternatively, the expansion sheet 10 may have a sheet-like structure, and the expansion sheet 10 may be a flexible expansion sheet, and the shape thereof may be set according to the position of the user to be massaged. Illustratively, the material of the expanding sheet 10 may be a protein skin, a flexible metal sheet, or the like.
For example, if the massage head assembly is applied to a neck massager or an eye massager, the expansion piece 10 may be an arc-shaped piece with a concave contact surface in the middle, so as to better fit the shape of the neck or eyes of the user and ensure the contact area with the skin of the neck or eyes of the user. If the massage head assembly is applied to a waist massage apparatus, the expansion sheet 10 may be a flat sheet or an arc sheet having a concave or convex contact surface to conform to the shape of the waist of the user.
It can be understood that, since the extending piece 10 is a flexible extending piece, when it is not mounted on the electrode sheet 22, it may have a shape of a flat sheet, thereby facilitating the storage of the extending piece 10 and saving the storage space. When the extension 10 is mounted to the electrode pad 22, it may be deformed according to the shape of the mounted electrode pad 22, thereby being matched to the portion of the user to be massaged.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the extension piece 10 can be detachably connected to the electrode plate 22 by at least one of magnetic attraction, screwing, snap connection or detachable adhesion. Alternatively, the way of detachably connecting the expansion piece 10 to the fixing base 21 may include at least one of magnetic attraction, screw connection or snap connection.
Take the example that the expansion sheet 10 is detachably connected to the electrode sheet 22.
Specifically, the surface of the electrode plate 22 facing away from the fixing seat 21 is a first surface 221, and the expansion piece 10 is detachably connected to the first surface 221 of the electrode plate 22.
As an alternative embodiment, the expansion sheet 10 may be attached to the first surface 221 of the electrode sheet 22 by using a peelable adhesive. That is, one surface of the extending sheet 10 is attached to the surface of the electrode sheet 22 facing the part to be massaged (for example, the neck) of the user by means of adhesive.
As another alternative, the expansion piece 10 may be magnetically attracted to the first surface 221 of the electrode sheet 22. Specifically, a first magnetic assembly with a first polarity may be disposed on the expansion sheet 10, and then a second magnetic assembly with a second polarity is correspondingly disposed on the electrode sheet 22, so that the extension sheet 10 and the electrode sheet 22 can be detachably connected by using the magnetic attraction forces of the first magnetic assembly and the second magnetic assembly.
As yet another alternative embodiment, the expansion tab 10 may be connected to the electrode tab 22 by a snap-fit. Specifically, the first surface 221 of the electrode sheet 22 may be provided with a mounting groove 222, and the extension sheet 10 is clamped in the mounting groove, so as to connect the extension sheet 10 and the electrode sheet 22.
The manner of providing the mounting groove 222 on the first surface 221 of the electrode sheet 22 may include the following:
in an alternative arrangement of this embodiment, the electrode plate 22 may be a shell-shaped structure matching the shape of the expansion piece 10, and the first surface 221 of the electrode plate 22 may be recessed to form a mounting groove 222 matching the shape of the expansion piece 10, so that the expansion piece 10 may be mounted in the mounting groove 222.
In another alternative arrangement of this embodiment, the electrode sheet 22 may be a shell-like structure that matches the shape of the expansion sheet 10. The electrode plate 22 may include a cover plate 22b and a flange 22c surrounding the periphery of the cover plate 22b to form a shell-shaped structure with the cover plate 22b, wherein a side surface of the flange 22c away from the fixing seat 21 protrudes out of a side surface of the cover plate 22b away from the fixing seat 21, that is, a side surface (i.e., the first surface 221) of the cover plate 22b away from the fixing seat 21 is recessed relative to the flange 22c, the recessed portion forms the mounting groove 222, and the expansion piece 10 may be mounted in the mounting groove 222.
In this way, since the extension piece 10 is mounted in the mounting groove 222 formed by recessing the electrode plate 22, the extension piece 10 does not increase the overall thickness of the electrode head assembly 20, so that the massage head structure can be kept light and thin. In addition, because the extension piece 10 is installed in the installation groove 222, the installation groove 222 can be used for guiding and positioning the extension piece 10, so that the situation that the extension piece 10 slides relative to the electrode plate 22 due to the fact that the extension piece 10 shakes along with the neck of a human body, and the extension piece 10 is separated from the electrode plate 22 can be avoided.
As still another alternative, the expansion sheet 10 may be directly fitted on the first surface 221 of the electrode sheet 22. Specifically, a nesting edge may extend from the outer periphery of the expansion piece 10, and the nesting edge and the expansion piece 10 themselves form a receiving slot (not shown) with an opening, and the opening of the receiving slot is aligned with the electrode sheet 22 so that the electrode sheet 22 can be just clamped in the receiving slot, that is, the expansion piece is sleeved on the first surface 221 of the electrode sheet 22 through the nesting edge. More specifically, the nesting edge may be made of a resilient material, such as silicone, rubber, etc., for ease of installation and replacement.
The design that the expansion piece 10 is directly embedded in the electrode plate 22 is adopted, so that the massage head component is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the expansion piece 10 can be ensured to have enough contact area with the part to be massaged of a user when the massage head component is used, and the massage effect is ensured. In addition, due to the arrangement of the nesting edges, the expansion sheet 10 can completely cover the electrode sheet 22, so that the electrode sheet 22 can be prevented from contacting with the skin of a user, and the condition that the skin with poor contact is pricked due to the small contact area of the electrode sheet 22 and the skin of a human body can be prevented.
It is understood that, for the way of detachably connecting the extension sheet 10 to the fixing seat 21, reference is made to the above-mentioned way of detachably connecting the extension sheet 10 to the electrode sheet 22, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The embodiment of the present invention will be described by taking the mounting groove 222 of the electrode sheet 22 as an example to which the extension sheet 10 is mounted.
In order to prevent the expansion piece 10 from falling out of the mounting groove 222 when the expansion piece 10 is mounted in the mounting groove 222, a further fastening design may be added between the expansion piece 10 and the electrode plate 22, for example, a magnetic assembly may be added, and the specific structure of the magnetic assembly will be described in detail in the following description.
In this embodiment, considering that the extension sheet 10 is detachably connected to the electrode sheet 22, in order that the heating element 200 can automatically start heating when the extension sheet 10 is mounted on the electrode sheet 22, the electrode head assembly 20 further includes a control switch 219a disposed on the fixing seat, and the control switch 219a can be electrically connected to the heating element 200, so that when the extension sheet 10 is connected to the electrode sheet 22, the control switch can control the heating element 200 to operate.
The control switch is adopted to identify the connection condition of the expansion sheet 10 and the electrode plate 22 in real time, so that the heating element 200 can be controlled to work immediately when the expansion sheet 10 is connected to the electrode plate 22, and the expansion sheet 10 can be heated.
Alternatively, the control switch 219a may be a magnetic induction switch or a gravity switch. In order to improve the installation reliability of the expansion piece 10 on the electrode plate 22 when the expansion piece 10 is connected to the electrode plate 22 and facilitate the user to replace the expansion piece 10 with different functions in time, one or more first magnetic assembly parts 219 may be disposed on the fixing base 21 and/or the electrode plate 22, correspondingly, one or more second magnetic assembly parts 11 may be disposed on the expansion piece 10, each first magnetic assembly part 219 corresponds to each second magnetic assembly part 11 in position and can be magnetically attracted, and correspondingly, the control switch may be a magnetic induction switch. In other words, as long as the first magnetic member 219 is magnetically coupled to the second magnetic member 11, the control switch 219a can induce the magnetic field generated by the first magnetic member 219, thereby controlling the heating element 200 to be activated. When the second magnetic member 11 is separated from the first magnetic member 219, the control switch 219a senses the disappearance of the magnetic field, and thus the heating element 200 can be controlled to be turned off.
Alternatively, the first magnetic member 219 may be a ferromagnetic member (e.g., a magnet, an electromagnet, or a metal member), and the second magnetic member 11 may be a magnetic member, such as a metal member (e.g., a metal sheet, a metal block, and may typically be an iron sheet, an iron block).
Alternatively, the number of the first magnetic elements 219 may be one or more, for example, the number of the first magnetic elements 219 may be two, and then the two first magnetic elements 219 may be disposed at intervals and disposed on two opposite sides of the fixing base 21. In a specific arrangement, the two first magnetic members 219 are respectively disposed on two sides of the fixing base 21, that is, the two first magnetic members 219 are disposed on the left side and the right side of the fixing base 21. In other words, the two first magnetic elements 219 can be respectively located on different sides of the heating element 200, so that the space of the fixing base 21 can be greatly utilized, and the whole fixing base 21 is compact. Two-point positioning can be realized by adopting a mode of connecting the two first magnetic elements 219, and the connection is more stable.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the first magnetic elements 219 may be three, four or more, and this embodiment is not limited in this respect.
Optionally, the number of the second magnetic elements 11 is adapted to the number of the first magnetic elements 219, and the position of the second magnetic elements 11 on the expansion sheet 10 also corresponds to the position of the first magnetic elements 219 on the supporting plate 21 b. For example, if the first magnetic members 219 are disposed on the left and right sides of the fixing base 21, the positions where the second magnetic members 11 are disposed on the extension piece 10 are also on the left and right sides.
Further, in order to monitor the heating temperature of the heating element 200 in real time, so that the temperature of the electrode plate 22 transferred to the expansion sheet 10 can achieve the effects of hot compress and accelerating the volatilization of the drugs and/or aromatherapy of the expansion sheet 10, the electrode head assembly 20 may further include a temperature sensor 213, the temperature sensor 213 may be disposed on the fixing base 21 and electrically connected to the control switch 219a, the temperature sensor 213 may be configured to detect the temperature of the electrode plate 22, and send a signal to the control switch when the temperature of the electrode plate 22 is less than a preset temperature, and the control switch 219a is further configured to control the heating element 200 to increase the heating power according to the signal to increase the temperature of the electrode plate 22. For example, the preset temperature may be set to a temperature that can apply heat to the user without scalding the user, for example, 42 ℃, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the electrode plate 22 is lower than 42 ℃ (since the electrode plate 22 is a metal electrode plate, and is in direct contact with the heating element 200, the heat loss is small, and the temperature of the heating element 200 is also lower than 42 ℃), at this time, the temperature sensor may send a signal to the control switch, so that the control switch may control the heating element 200 to increase the heating power, thereby increasing the temperature of the electrode plate 22. It is understood that the preset temperature may be set to other values, such as 40 ℃, 45 ℃ and the like, according to practical situations, and this embodiment is not limited in this respect.
By adopting the mode that the temperature sensor 213 detects the temperature of the electrode plate 22 in real time, the temperature of the expansion sheet 10 can be effectively ensured not to be too high or too low when the expansion sheet is attached to the skin of a human body, and the expansion sheet can provide functions of hot compress, medicine relief and the like for a user under the condition of ensuring that the user is not scalded.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, the fixing base 21 may include a housing 21a and a supporting plate 21b, wherein the supporting plate 21b is disposed on the housing 21 a. The electrode sheet 22 is connected to the housing 21a and forms the receiving cavity 22a with the housing 21a, that is, the supporting plate 21b is located in the receiving cavity 22a, the heating element 200 is disposed on the supporting plate 21b, and the heating element 200 abuts against the first surface 221 of the electrode sheet 22 to heat the extended sheet 10 connected to the electrode sheet 22.
With the heating element 200 in direct contact with the electrode sheet 22, heat can be transferred to the extender 10 attached to the electrode sheet 22 through the electrode sheet 22, thereby heating the extender 10.
Optionally, in order to realize effective heat transfer, the electrode sheet 22 may be a metal electrode sheet, so that heat loss of the electrode sheet 22 transferred to the expansion sheet 10 can be reduced, heat transfer to the expansion sheet 10 is ensured as much as possible, heating of the medicines and/or aromatherapy on the expansion sheet 10 is realized, the medicines and/or aromatherapy on the expansion sheet 10 are volatilized more quickly, and a relieving effect is achieved.
Illustratively, when the electrode sheet 22 is made of metal, it may be made of aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel, or the like.
The support plate 21b can be fixed on the housing 21a by at least one or more of screw connection, snap connection, or adhesion. Specifically, the supporting plate 21b includes a first side 210 facing the housing 21a and a second side 211 facing the electrode sheet 22, a fixing post 210a having a threaded hole may be disposed at a center of the first side 210 of the supporting plate 21b, correspondingly, a hollow connecting rod 211a may be disposed at a center of the housing 21a corresponding to the fixing post 210a, the fixing post 210a is inserted through the hollow of the connecting rod 211a, and the threaded hole of the fixing post 210a and the hollow of the connecting rod 211a are communicated and fixed by a clamping member 23 (a component with a screw or a threaded rod) or a fastening member (e.g., a screw, a bolt, etc.), thereby achieving a fixed connection of the supporting plate 21b and the housing 21 a.
Further, in order to improve the connection reliability of the support plate 21b and the housing 21a and achieve the quick positioning connection of the two, an annular protrusion 210b is further disposed at the center of the first side 210 of the support plate 21b, the first annular protrusion 210b is disposed around the periphery of the fixing post 210a, and the first side 210 of the support plate 21b is further provided with a plurality of first positioning structures 210c, the plurality of first positioning structures 210c are disposed at intervals and are annularly arranged along the center of the first side 210 of the support plate 21b, and the plurality of first positioning structures 210c are disposed at the outer side of the annular protrusion 210 b. Correspondingly, an annular groove 211b is provided on the housing 21a corresponding to the annular protrusion 210b, and at the same time, a second positioning structure 211c is provided corresponding to the plurality of first positioning structures 210 c. When the supporting plate 21b is connected with the housing 21a, the fixing post 210a is inserted through the connecting rod 211a, the annular protrusion 210b is clamped in the annular groove 211b, and the first positioning structure 210c and the second positioning structure 211c are in positioning fit.
Alternatively, the first positioning structure 210c can be a positioning column, and the second positioning structure 211c can be a positioning hole or a positioning slot.
Alternatively, the first positioning structure 210c can be a positioning hole or a positioning groove, and the second positioning structure 211c is a positioning column.
In the present embodiment, the heating element 200 is disposed on the second side 211 of the support plate 21 b. The heating element 200 may be a heating wire, a heating tube, a heating sheet, or the like. The heating element 200 may be adhesively secured to the second side 211 of the support plate 21 b.
Further, in consideration of the fact that the heating element 200 is required to be held in contact with the electrode sheet 22 to ensure heat transfer to the electrode sheet 22 and reduce heat loss, an elastic layer 212 may be further provided on the second side 211 of the support plate 21b, and the heating element 200 may be provided on the elastic layer 212, so that the elastic layer 212 may be used to provide a longitudinal pressing force to the heating element 200 to maintain the heating element 200 in contact with the electrode sheet 22.
As an alternative embodiment, the elastic layer 212 may be made of a material having elasticity, such as silicone or rubber. For example, the elastic layer 212 may be a silicone pad, so that, on one hand, the silicone pad has good heat insulation performance, and can reduce the downward heat transfer (i.e. towards the supporting plate 21b and the housing 21 a) of the heating element 200; on the other hand, the silica gel pad has good elastic deformation performance, and can firmly compress the heating element 200 on the electrode plate 22, so that the heating element 200 is more tightly abutted against the electrode plate 22, and heat loss is reduced.
As yet another alternative, the resilient layer 212 may also be foam. On one hand, the foam is always in a compressed state, so that the effective surface of the heating element 200 and the electrode plate 22 can be attached to each other, and the heating element 200 can conveniently transfer heat to the electrode plate 22. On the other hand, the foam has good heat insulation performance, can effectively insulate heat, reduces heat loss and improves heat utilization rate. In addition, the foam has heat insulation performance, which can reduce the downward transmission of heat of the heating element 200 (i.e. towards the supporting plate 21b and the housing 21 a), thereby effectively avoiding the overheating of the whole massage head structure 100.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the elastic layer 212 may be made of other materials with elastic effect, such as sponge, pearl wool, etc.
A temperature sensor 213, a first wire hole 214 and a second wire hole 215 are disposed on the support plate 21b, the second wire hole 215 and the first wire hole 214 are disposed at intervals, and the first wire hole 214 is used for routing from the support plate 21b or a control circuit board on the housing 21a to the temperature sensor 213, so as to electrically connect the temperature sensor 213 and the control circuit board. The second wire hole 215 is used for the control circuit board to be wired to the heating element 200, so as to electrically connect the heating element 200 and the control circuit board.
The temperature sensor 213 and the wire are arranged in the space reserved on the support plate 21b, so that the situation that the contact area of the heating element 200 and the electrode plate 22 is reduced due to the fact that the heating element 200 bulges due to the arrangement of the temperature sensor 213 and the wire can be avoided, the contact area of the heating element 200 and the electrode plate 22 is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the reasonable arrangement of the inner space of the support plate 21b is kept.
Optionally, the resilient layer 212 may be configured in an H-shape, Z-shape, or N-shape to fit the shape of the heating element 200. In other words, the projected shape of the elastic layer 212 on the support plate 21b may be H-shaped, Z-shaped, or N-shaped. As shown in fig. 8A, 8B, and 8C, fig. 8A, 8B, and 8C are schematic diagrams illustrating the elastic layer 212 having an H-shape, a Z-shape, and an N-shape, respectively.
With the above design, not only the wiring of the heating element 200 and the temperature sensor 213 is facilitated, but also the overall structure of the massage head structure 100 is more compact, and the space is saved.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the elastic layer 212 may not be limited to the above structure, for example, may be S-shaped, W-shaped, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 9, optionally, in order to facilitate the elastic layer 212 to be quickly positioned when being mounted on the supporting plate 21b, a positioning bump 216 may be protruded on the second side 211 of the supporting plate 21b, a positioning hole (not labeled) may be disposed on the elastic layer 212 corresponding to the positioning bump 216, and when the elastic layer 212 is mounted on the supporting plate 21b, the positioning bump 216 may just match with the positioning hole to position the elastic layer 212.
By using the positioning bump 216, not only the installation position of the elastic layer 212 can be quickly positioned, but also the positioning bump 216 can be used to limit the position of the elastic layer 212 on the supporting plate 21b, so as to reduce the probability of displacement, and thus the heating element 200 can be firmly abutted on the elastic layer 212.
Electrode sheet 22 may be connected to housing 21a by a threaded connection, an adhesive connection, or a snap-fit connection. In the present embodiment, the electrode sheet 22 is connected to the housing 21a by a snap connection. Specifically, as can be seen from the foregoing description, the support disc 21b is disposed on the housing 21a and is located in the accommodating cavity 22a formed by the electrode plate 22 and the housing 21a, that is, the outer peripheral edge of the support disc 21b is located inside the outer peripheral edge of the housing 21a, and a mounting gap 217 is defined between the outer peripheral edge of the support disc 21b and the outer peripheral edge of the housing 21a, and the first surface 221 of the electrode plate 22 may extend with a flange 22c, and the flange 22c is clamped in the mounting gap 217.
Specifically, the mounting gap 217 is an annular gap that surrounds the support disc 21b along the outer circumference thereof by one turn, and the flange 22c of the electrode plate 22 is an annular flange. The flange 22c is clamped in the annular gap, so that the electrode plate 22 and the shell 21a can be conveniently and quickly connected.
In order to further enhance the connection reliability and tightness between the electrode sheet 22 and the housing 21a, and avoid the electrode sheet 22 from being separated from the housing 21a and the supporting plate 21b during use, one or more notches 218 with outward openings are formed in the outer peripheral edge of the supporting plate 21b, correspondingly, one or more bending portions 223 are convexly formed in the outer peripheral edge of the electrode sheet 22, each bending portion 223 is respectively arranged corresponding to each notch 218, and each bending portion 223 can be bent downward from the outer peripheral edge of the electrode sheet 22 to be located in the corresponding notch 218.
Specifically, the notch 218 extends from the outer periphery of the support plate 21b to the middle of the support plate 21b, and the notch 218 is located on a surface of the support plate 21b facing the housing 21 a. In other words, the opening of the notch 218 penetrates the outer peripheral edge of the supporting plate 21b, and the notch 218 further has an opening penetrating the surface of the first side 210 of the mounting groove 222 (i.e., the side facing the housing 21 a), that is, for the supporting plate 21b, only one opening of the notch 218 on the outer peripheral edge can be seen on the second side 211 of the supporting plate 21b (i.e., the side facing the electrode sheet 22), but the other opening of the first side 210 cannot be seen. That is, the notch 218 is substantially located on the first side 210 of the support plate 21 b.
By adopting the design mode, when the flanging 22c of the electrode plate 22 is clamped in the installation gap 217, the bending part 223 on the electrode plate 22 can be just protruded to the first side 210 from the second side 211 of the supporting plate 21b, so that the bending part 223 is bent to be positioned in the corresponding notch 218, the first side 210 of the supporting plate 21b can be utilized to be connected with the shell 21a, the bending part 223 can be firmly fixed between the first side 210 of the supporting plate 21b and the shell 21a, the electrode plate 22 and the supporting plate 21b are relatively fixed, the flanging 22c is effectively prevented from falling out from the installation gap 217, the electrode plate 22 and the shell 21a are effectively improved, and the installation firmness and reliability of the supporting plate 21b are effectively improved.
In addition, since the bending portion 223 has a bending characteristic and is detachably connected to the notch 218, the electrode sheet 22 and the supporting plate 21b can be easily detached from each other.
Optionally, the number of the notches 218 on the supporting plate 21b may be four, the four notches 218 are arranged in a square shape along the center of the supporting plate 21b, the size of the four notches 218 may be the same or different, and correspondingly, the number of the bending portions 223 on the electrode sheet 22 is also four, and the bending portions 223 are of a sheet structure so as to facilitate bending, and the size and shape of the bending portions 223 may be adapted to the size and shape of the four notches 218 so as to facilitate bending in the notches 218.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the notches 218 may be set according to practical situations, for example, two, six, eight or more notches may be set, and correspondingly, the bent portion 223 may also be set to be two, six, eight or more notches. Alternatively, the number of the bending portions 223 may not correspond to the notches 218, for example, four notches 218 may be provided, and then two bending portions 223 may be provided, or four notches 218 may be provided, three bending portions 223 may be provided, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
According to the massage head structure 100 and the neck massage apparatus disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the heating element 200 is arranged on the supporting plate 21b, the heating element 200 and the electrode plate 22 are tightly abutted together under the action of the elastic layer, when the extension piece 10 provided with the medicines and/or the aromatherapy is arranged on the electrode plate 22, the electrode plate 22 can be heated by the heating element 200 to transfer heat to the extension piece 10, so that the volatilization of the medicines and/or the aromatherapy on the extension piece 10 is accelerated, and the medicine treatment and aromatherapy effects are favorably improved.
In addition, the expansion piece 10 is connected with the supporting disc 21b and the electrode plate 22 through the magnetic attraction mode, so that the assembly and disassembly are more convenient, a user can replace different expansion pieces 10 according to different use function requirements, and the use experience of the user is favorably improved.
The massage head structure and the massage apparatus disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above, and the principle and the implementation of the present invention are explained herein by using specific examples, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understanding the massage head structure and the massage apparatus of the present invention and the core ideas thereof; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
