In the description of the present application, the meaning of a plurality is one or more, the meaning of a plurality is two or more, and larger, smaller, larger, etc. are understood as excluding the present number, and larger, smaller, inner, etc. are understood as including the present number. If the first and second are described for the purpose of distinguishing technical features, they are not to be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated or implicitly indicating the precedence of the technical features indicated.
In the description of the present application, unless otherwise expressly limited, terms such as set, mounted, connected and the like should be construed broadly, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meaning of the terms in the present application by combining the detailed contents of the technical solutions.
The present embodiment provides a brush electrode, as shown in fig. 1-2, the brush electrode 100 includes; a brush base 10, a conductive structure 20, and a cluster of conductive fibers 30.
Wherein, the bottom of the brush base is provided with a plurality of mounting holes. In particular, the diameter of the mounting hole may be slightly larger than the diameter of the cluster of conductive fibers, which facilitates the threading of the cluster of conductive fibers through the mounting hole. The conductive structure is installed in the brush base, and specifically, a groove may be formed in the brush base in advance. When the conductive interface is applied, the conductive interface can be connected with external equipment (such as brain computer interface BCI equipment) through a lead. And the plurality of conductive fiber clusters respectively penetrate through the mounting holes to be connected with the conductive structure. Specifically, any one of the conductive fiber clusters includes a plurality of conductive fibers, i.e., a plurality of conductive fibers constitute one conductive fiber cluster.
This application is through regarding conductive fiber cluster as the brush to realized passing the hair with contact skin, gathered the purpose of the regional signal of telecommunication of hair, this kind of design regarding conductive fiber cluster as the brush not only can improve the accuracy of the signal of telecommunication of gathering, still improved user's the use of wearing travelling comfort and user and experienced.
In some embodiments, a conductive layer is disposed on the inner wall of the mounting hole. Specifically, the conductive layer may be provided as a metal thin film. More specifically, the metal film may be fitted to the mounting hole, that is, the metal film may be shaped according to the shape of the mounting hole, so that the metal film is directly fastened into the mounting hole.
In some embodiments, the conductive fiber clusters include individual conductive fibers having an outer surface coated with an insulating layer having a length less than a length of the individual conductive fibers included in the conductive fiber clusters. Specifically, rubber may be employed as a material of the insulating layer. Through the arrangement of the insulating layer, the magnetic interference of different conductive fibers in the cluster is prevented. When the conductive fiber cluster is applied, the insulating layer is shorter than the conducting wire fibers, so that the tail ends of the conducting wire fibers included in the conductive fiber cluster can contact with the skin, particularly can penetrate through hairs to contact with the skin, and the purpose of signal acquisition is achieved.
In some embodiments, an adhesive layer is disposed on an outer surface of the brush base. When the brush type electrode is applied, the brush type electrode provided by the embodiment of the application can be attached to a wall or the like through the adhesive layer.
In some embodiments, the pasting layer comprises a fixed layer and a movable layer, the fixed layer comprises a first pasting surface and a smooth surface, the movable layer comprises a second pasting surface and a third pasting surface, the first pasting surface is pasted on the outer surface of the brush base, and the smooth surface is pasted with the second pasting surface.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
