Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a storage cabinet, which includes a cabinet body 1 having an opening 101, a cabinet door 2 hinged to the cabinet body 1 for closing the opening 101, and a storage assembly 3 disposed in the cabinet body 1.
Further, the register unit 3 includes a pivot 31 and a storage box 32, and the storage box 32 is pivoted on the pivot 31 and can rotate between an open position and a closed position through the opening 101. The storage box 32 has a receiving portion 321 for placing articles, when the storage box 32 is in the closed position, the storage box 32 is received in the cabinet 1, and when the storage box 32 is in the open position, the receiving portion 321 is partially or completely exposed outside the cabinet 1.
Based on the structure, the rotary storage box 32 is not only convenient for taking and placing articles, but also can not incline downwards like a drawer type storage box when being opened, so that the use experience is better; in addition, the rotary storage box 32 does not need to be provided with a guide rail, so that the cost of the locker can be effectively reduced, and the assembly process of the locker is simplified.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the single-group register unit 3 includes a pivot 31 and a plurality of storage boxes 32, and the pivot 31 connects all the storage boxes 32 in series so that they are closely arranged layer by layer along the axial direction of the pivot 31. Therefore, the deposit component 3 has a compact structure and a higher space utilization rate, and more storage boxes 32 can be arranged under the condition that the internal space of the cabinet body 1 is limited, so that the deposit component has a larger deposit amount; meanwhile, the plurality of storage boxes 32 are pivoted on the same pivot 31, so that the connecting structure is simplified, the arrangement is tighter, the stability is better, the storage boxes 32 in the middle position cannot be loosened and separated, and the stability and the durability of the whole storage component 3 are better. In addition, only need change the pivot 31 of different length and increase and decrease the quantity of storing box 32, register subassembly 3 can adapt the cabinet body 1 of equidimension not, and this makes the specification of locker nimble changeable, can be applied to different scenes, satisfies different demands.
Because the reason of pore-forming technology, the shaft hole of storing box 32 has certain tapering, if with the direct and pivot 31 pin joint of storing box 32, storing box 32 can have certain swing, stability is not enough, and in addition storing box 32 arranges comparatively inseparabler, therefore two adjacent storing boxes 32 are very easily taken place to interfere when rotating, influence the use and experience. In order to solve the problem, as shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the storage box 32 is pivotally connected to the pivot 31 through the bushing 35 inserted into the shaft hole, and the bushing 35 can make up for the taper defect of the shaft hole, so that the storage box 32 can rotate stably, and then the interference between two adjacent storage boxes 32 during rotation can be effectively prevented, and the smoothness of the storage box 32 during rotation is improved.
Furthermore, one end of the bushing 35 is further provided with an annular gasket 351 for separating two adjacent storage boxes 32, so as to prevent the storage boxes 32 from being jammed and interrupted due to friction during rotation.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the present embodiment, the register unit 3 further includes an elastic member 34 that applies a force to the storage box 32 to rotate toward the open position when the storage box 32 is in the closed position. Based on this, after lock 33 unblock 33, storing box 32 can pop out to the cabinet body 1 is automatic under the effect of elastic component 34, and easy operation is convenient, experiences and feels good.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the elastic member 34 is preferably a spring which is disposed at the rear side of the storage box 32 away from the pivot 31 and is pressed to be deformed when the storage box 32 is in the closed position. In order to adapt the position of the elastic member 34, a baffle 4 is arranged in the cabinet body 1, and when the storage box 32 is in the closed position, the elastic member 34 is pressed on the baffle 4.
It should be understood that, in addition to the spring, the elastic member 34 may be a torsion spring, a leaf spring, or other elastically deformable member.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, the pivot 31 is vertically disposed, the storage box 32 is horizontally disposed, and one end thereof is pivotally connected to the pivot 31; the storage boxes 32 pivoted on the same pivot 31 are closely arranged layer by layer in the vertical direction; the accommodating bit 321 is a concave bit facing upward.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, an end of the storage box 32 away from the pivot 31 is provided with an escape notch 322 extending into the concave position, which allows fingers to reach the back of the article, thereby better accessing the article. Of course, as shown in fig. 6, the avoidance gap 322 can be replaced by an avoidance through hole 326 arranged at the bottom of the concave position, and the effect is the same.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, a rotation angle between the open position and the closed position of the storage box 32 is defined as α, and α is greater than or equal to 20 ° in order to expose part or all of the concave position to the outside of the cabinet 1; however, alpha is not too large, which does not significantly enhance the convenience of taking and placing articles, and therefore, alpha is more suitable to be less than or equal to 90 degrees. That is, 20 ° ≦ α ≦ 90 °, where α ≦ 45 ° is most preferred.
Further, in order to facilitate the taking and placing of the articles, when the storage box 32 is in the open position, at least 30% of the concave position is exposed outside the cabinet 1.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, one end of the storage box 32 away from the pivot 31 is in a circular arc shape with the axis of the pivot 31 as the center, so as to ensure that the storage box 32 can smoothly rotate between the open position and the closed position.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 9, in this embodiment, the register cabinet further includes a frame 5 disposed in the cabinet body 1, the frame 5 includes two first frame strips 51 disposed in parallel, and a second frame strip 52 and a third frame strip 53 connected therebetween and disposed in parallel, and the register assembly 3 is disposed in a closed region 501 enclosed by the first frame strips 51, the second frame strip 52 and the third frame strip 53.
The first frame strip 51 is horizontally arranged, and the second frame strip 52 and the third frame strip 53 are vertically arranged; the pivot 31 is disposed adjacent to the second frame strip 52, and two ends of the pivot 31 are respectively connected to the two first frame strips 51.
Thanks to the frame 5, the storage component 3 is modularized, and can be assembled outside the cabinet body 1 and be installed in the cabinet body 1 after being formed into a whole, so that the storage cabinet is more convenient and faster to produce, and is labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in the embodiment, a first stop block 323 is disposed at an end of the storage box 32 away from the pivot 31, and when the storage box 32 rotates outward of the cabinet 1 to an open position or slightly exceeds the open position, the first stop block 323 abuts against an inner side of the third frame 53, so that the storage box 32 cannot rotate outward of the cabinet 1. Therefore, the opening position of the storage box 32 is effectively limited, and a user only needs to rotate the storage box 32 outside the cabinet body 1 at will until the storage box cannot rotate any more, so that the storage box 32 is completely opened, the operation is simple and convenient, and the experience is good.
As shown in fig. 9 and fig. 11, in the embodiment, a second limit block 324 is disposed at one end of the storage box 32 pivotally connected to the pivot 31, and when the storage box 32 rotates to the closed position or slightly exceeds the closed position toward the cabinet 1, the second limit block 324 abuts against an inner side of the second frame strip 52, so that the storage box 32 cannot rotate toward the cabinet 1. Therefore, the closing position of the storage box 32 is effectively limited, the user only needs to rotate the storage box 32 in the cabinet body 1 at will until the storage box can not rotate any more, the storage box 32 is completely closed, the operation is simple and convenient, and the experience is good.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 11, the second frame strip 52 has a first supporting portion 521 for supporting the second limiting block 324, so as to further improve the stability of the storage box 32 and prevent the storage box from deforming.
As an alternative way to improve the stability of the storage box 32, as shown in fig. 12, in other embodiments, especially in embodiments where the avoidance gap 322 is replaced by an avoidance through hole 326, the third frame strip 53 has a second supporting portion 531 corresponding to the storage box 32, and the second supporting portion 531 supports an end of the storage box 32 away from the pivot 31 to prevent the end of the storage box 32 away from the pivot 31 from tilting downward after placing the article thereon.
Further, the second supporting portion 531 extends to the bottom of the storage box 32 to support the storage box.
Further, the third frame strip 53 is a sheet metal part, and the second supporting portion 531 is directly formed on the third frame strip 53 by stamping.
