Abstract
The present disclosure provides an intelligent visual inspection system and method, the system comprising: the system comprises a visual model management platform, an intelligent visual detection device and a flow customization platform, wherein the visual model management platform is configured to receive a downloading instruction of a user and execute a first visual model downloading operation; the intelligent visual detection device is configured to identify the collected image data according to the downloaded one or more visual models to obtain a target identification image; generating alarm prompt information in response to determining that the target identification image has the target feature; the process customizing platform is configured to respond to a received user instruction, determine an execution sequence of the selected multiple visual models, respond to the fact that target identification images obtained by the selected visual models have the target characteristics, record a target scene in a preset recording mode, and send recorded target scene information to a preset receiving end.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of intelligent detection technologies, and in particular, to an intelligent visual detection system and method.
Background
With the progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the development level of novel urbanization, the pace of creating a modern infrastructure system and accelerating the construction of a digital society becomes a necessary trend. By utilizing the edge algorithm and the machine learning technology, massive data and rich application scene advantages are brought into play, and great application potential of key digital technology innovation such as artificial intelligence and the like in daily production and life scenes is excavated.
At present, one intelligent visual detection device can only detect one type of behaviors in different scenes, and corresponding intelligent visual devices need to be designed for detecting other types of behaviors in other scenes, so that the utilization rate of the intelligent visual devices is low, the landing cost is high, and finally a gap exists between a machine visual model and practical application.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present disclosure is directed to an intelligent visual inspection system and method for solving the above problems.
In view of the above, a first aspect of the present disclosure provides an intelligent visual inspection system, including: the system comprises a visual model management platform, an intelligent visual detection device and a flow customization platform, wherein the intelligent visual monitoring device is in wired and/or wireless connection with the visual management platform and the flow customization platform; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

Further, the system further comprises: the data cloud processing platform is in wired and/or wireless connection with the intelligent visual detection device and is configured to receive the target recognition image and display the target recognition image to a user in a graphical mode; and
and generating a short message prompt, a telephone prompt or an instant messaging software prompt and sending the short message prompt, the telephone prompt or the instant messaging software prompt to a preset client in response to the target identification image with the target characteristics.
Further, the intelligent visual inspection device comprises: the system comprises a central processing module, an image sensor, a storage module and a wireless communication module, wherein the central processing module is connected with the image sensor, the storage module and the wireless communication module through wires; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the image sensor is configured to acquire image data in a target scene;
the central processing module is configured to identify the image data through the downloaded visual model to obtain a target identification image;
the storage module is configured to store the image data and the downloaded visual model;
the wireless communication module is configured to enable data transmission between the central processing module and the vision model management platform and the data cloud processing platform.
Further, the intelligent visual inspection device further comprises: an alert prompt module in wired connection with the central processing module, the central processing module further configured to send the prompt instruction to the alert prompt module in response to determining that the target feature is present in the target identification image;
the alarm prompt module is configured to generate an acoustic/optical alarm prompt message in response to the prompt instruction of the central processing module.
Further, the intelligent visual inspection device further comprises: the power supply module is in wired connection with other modules in the intelligent visual detection device, and the protection circuit module is in wired connection with the central processing module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the power module is configured to power other modules in the intelligent visual inspection device;
the protection circuit module is configured to cut off the corresponding power supply loop under the conditions of overvoltage and overcurrent of the central processing module.
Further, the system also comprises an interface service platform, the interface service platform is wirelessly connected with the intelligent visual inspection device, and the interface service platform is configured to provide a corresponding interface for user operation of the intelligent visual inspection device and authenticate the interface through JWT.
Further, the transmission protocol of the wireless communication module is a Message Queue Telemetry Transmission (MQTT) protocol.
Further, the vision model management platform is also configured to receive an uploading instruction of a user and execute a second vision model uploading operation.
Based on the same inventive concept, the second aspect of the present disclosure provides an intelligent visual inspection method, including:
acquiring image data in a target scene;
identifying the image data based on one or more preset visual models to obtain a target identification image;
in response to determining that the target recognition image has the target feature, outputting a corresponding target recognition image.
Further, when the target feature exists in the target identification image, alarm prompt information is generated.
As can be seen from the above, according to the intelligent visual inspection system and the intelligent visual inspection method provided by the disclosure, the visual model management platform dynamically updates various dynamic visual models, and a user can download corresponding visual models to the intelligent visual inspection device according to actual needs, so that the intelligent visual inspection device can identify images of various target scenes, and give an alarm to the user for target identification images with target characteristics, thereby improving the utilization rate of the intelligent visual inspection device and reducing the landing cost.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of promoting a better understanding of the objects, aspects and advantages of the present disclosure, reference is made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
It is to be noted that technical terms or scientific terms used in the embodiments of the present disclosure should have a general meaning as understood by those having ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure belongs, unless otherwise defined. The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in the embodiments of the disclosure is not intended to indicate any order, quantity, or importance, but rather to distinguish one element from another. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that the element or item listed before the word covers the element or item listed after the word and its equivalents, but does not exclude other elements or items. The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships may also be changed accordingly.
As described in the background section, the intelligent visual inspection apparatus in the related art is still difficult to meet the needs, and one intelligent visual inspection apparatus can only detect one type of behavior under different scenes, for example: old man falls and detects, driver's safety belt detects, wisdom building site safety helmet detects, the smoking detects, the gauze mask detects, the garbage bin does not cover and detects, play the cell-phone and detect, gloves detect, the clothing that reflects light detects, an intelligent vision check out test set can not realize two kinds and the action detection more than two kinds, leads to intelligent vision check out test set's low-usage, has increased intelligent vision check out test set's the cost of falling to the ground.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides an intelligent visual inspection system, and by setting a visual model management platform, a user can download a required visual model, and can upload a trained visual model to the visual model management platform for downloading by other users; secondly, an intelligent visual detection device is also arranged, and the intelligent visual detection device has edge computing capability and can identify a target without depending on a background system; in addition, the flow customization platform enables a user to select a plurality of visual models to execute according to the detection requirement of the actual scene, for example: and after the driver safety belt is detected, carrying out mobile phone playing detection, and sending a target detection result to a receiving end set by a user.
Hereinafter, the technical means of the present disclosure will be described in detail by specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, an intelligent visual inspection system of one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: the system comprises a vision model management platform 103, an intelligent vision detection device 105 and a process customization platform 101, wherein the intelligent vision monitoring device 105 is in wired and/or wireless connection with the vision management platform 103 and the process customization platform 101.
Wherein, the vision model management platform 103 is configured to receive a downloading instruction of a user and execute a first vision model downloading operation. The user can download the corresponding visual model according to the actual detection requirement, so that the user can apply various visual models more conveniently.
The intelligent visual detection device 105 configured to identify the collected image data according to the downloaded one or more visual models to obtain a target identification image; and generating alarm prompt information in response to the fact that the target characteristics exist in the target recognition image, wherein the visual model corresponds to the target characteristics one to one. The intelligent visual detection device 105 has edge computing capability, image data do not need to be transmitted back to other background systems for data processing, and detection efficiency is greatly improved.
The process customizing platform 101 is configured to determine an execution sequence of the selected plurality of visual models in response to a received user instruction, and record a target scene in a preset recording manner and send recorded target scene information to a preset receiving terminal in response to determining that target recognition images obtained by the selected visual models all have the target characteristics.
Through the flow customization platform 101, the user can self-define the inference result of the visual model in the control intelligent visual monitoring device 105, for example, the user uses a face recognition model and a smoking detection model, firstly, the smoking detection model is executed, secondly, the face recognition model is executed, after the smoking behavior of the user is recognized, the face with the smoking behavior is recognized through the face recognition model, then, the face is photographed and recorded by a camera and then sent to a mailbox of a manager, and the user can perform operations such as warning notification or performance deduction on the smoking person according to the received picture data. It should be noted that the recording mode may also be a microphone recording mode, or other hardware may be set on the intelligent visual inspection device 105 according to actual requirements to record the information of the target scene, and the number and recording time of the corresponding hardware are set, which is not limited herein.
Therefore, the user can download the corresponding visual model to the intelligent visual detection device 105 according to actual requirements, so that the intelligent visual detection device 105 can identify images of various target scenes, and give an alarm to the user for the target identification image with target characteristics, thereby improving the utilization rate of the intelligent visual detection device 105 and reducing the landing cost.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the intelligent visual inspection system further comprises: a data cloud processing platform 102, the data cloud processing platform 102 being wirelessly connected to the intelligent visual inspection device 105, and the data cloud processing platform 102 being configured to receive the target recognition image and graphically present it to a user; and responding to the target identification image with the target characteristics, generating a short message prompt, a telephone prompt or an instant messaging software prompt and sending the short message prompt, the telephone prompt or the instant messaging software prompt to a preset client. Through the data cloud processing platform 102, the user can perform secondary analysis on the reasoning result of the visual model, and the accuracy of recognition is further improved.
In some embodiments, in conjunction with fig. 2, the intelligent visual inspection device comprises: the system comprises a central processing module 201, an image sensor 203, a storage module 202 and a wireless communication module 204, wherein the central processing module is in wired connection with the image sensor, the storage module and the wireless communication module.
Wherein the image sensor 203 is configured to capture image data of a target scene, in particular, the image sensor 203 may select IMX 219, which is a small chip, facilitating the application of a small volume device, and which is capable of accurately performing image capture.
The central processing module 201 is configured to recognize the image data through the downloaded visual model to obtain a target recognition image, and specifically, the central processing module 201 may select an NVIDIA Jetson Nano small computer, which is capable of running multiple neural network models in parallel and processing images collected by multiple image sensors 203.
The storage module 202 is configured to store the image data and the downloaded vision model, and in particular, the storage module 202 may select a micro-SD 64GB memory card.
The wireless communication module 204 is configured to enable data transmission between the central processing module 201 and the vision model management platform 103 and the data cloud processing platform 102, specifically, the wireless communication module 204 can select a 5G module, and the 5G module has a small volume and a wide working range, and can stably transmit data.
In some embodiments, in conjunction with fig. 2, the intelligent visual inspection device 105 further comprises: an alert prompt module 205, the alert prompt module 205 being in wired connection with the central processing module 201, the central processing module 201 being further configured to send the prompt instruction to the alert prompt module 205 in response to determining that the target feature is present in the target identification image.
The alarm prompting module 205 is configured to generate an audible/visual alarm prompting message in response to the prompting instruction of the central processing module 201, and specifically, the alarm prompting module 205 may select an LED lamp and/or a VS1053 player, and the VS1053 player can support a user-defined prompting tone.
When the user selects to perform feedback on the intelligent visual inspection device 105, after the warning prompt module 205 receives the prompt instruction of the central processing module 201, the LED lamp flashes and the VS1053 player plays a default prompt tone or a user-defined prompt response.
In some embodiments, in conjunction with fig. 2, the intelligent visual inspection device 105 further comprises: the intelligent visual detection device comprises a power module 207 and a protection circuit module 206, wherein the power module 207 is in wired connection with other modules in the intelligent visual detection device 105, and the protection circuit module is in wired connection with the central processing module.
Wherein the power module 207 is configured to power other modules in the intelligent visual inspection device 105; the protection circuit module 206 is configured to cut off the corresponding power supply loop in case of overvoltage or overcurrent of the central processing module 201.
In some embodiments, in conjunction with fig. 1, the intelligent visual inspection system further comprises an interface service 104, the interface service platform 104 is wirelessly connected to the intelligent visual inspection device 105, and the interface service platform 104 is configured to provide a corresponding interface for user operation of the intelligent visual inspection device 105 and authenticate the interface through JWT. User operations include, but are not limited to: registering equipment, removing equipment and issuing an instruction.
In some embodiments, the transmission protocol of the wireless communication module 204 is a Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol.
MQTT is a client-server based message publish/subscribe transport protocol suitable for use in limited environments (e.g., weak network signals and low hardware performance), and provides network connectivity based on TCP/IP protocol, thus having strong compatibility.
In some embodiments, the visual model management platform is further configured to receive an upload instruction of a user and execute a second visual model upload operation. And the user uploads the self-trained visual model to the visual model management platform and sets the visual authority of other users.
In some embodiments, the intelligent visual inspection system includes a user management platform configured to authenticate a user in response to a user request and store account information for the user.
It should be noted that the above describes some embodiments of the disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments described above and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
Based on the same inventive concept, the system described in the above embodiments is utilized to execute the intelligent visual inspection method proposed by the present disclosure, corresponding to any of the above embodiments.
Referring to fig. 3, the intelligent visual inspection method may include the steps of:
step S301, image data in a target scene is acquired.
Step S302, based on one or more preset visual models, the image data is identified to obtain a target identification image.
Step S303, responding to the target feature of the target identification image, and outputting the corresponding target identification image.
As an optional embodiment, after the step S103, the method may further include:
and generating alarm prompt information when the target identification image has the target characteristics.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent visual inspection system, comprising: the system comprises a visual model management platform, an intelligent visual detection device and a flow customization platform, wherein the intelligent visual monitoring device is in wired and/or wireless connection with the visual management platform and the flow customization platform; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the visual model management platform is configured to receive a downloading instruction of a user and execute a first visual model downloading operation;
the intelligent visual detection device is configured to identify the collected image data according to the downloaded one or more visual models to obtain a target identification image; generating alarm prompt information in response to the fact that the target identification image has the target characteristics, wherein the visual models correspond to the target characteristics one to one;
the process customizing platform is configured to respond to a received user instruction, determine an execution sequence of the selected multiple visual models, respond to the fact that target identification images obtained by the selected visual models have the target characteristics, record a target scene in a preset recording mode, and send recorded target scene information to a preset receiving end.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising: the data cloud processing platform is in wired and/or wireless connection with the intelligent visual detection device and is configured to receive the target recognition image and display the target recognition image to a user in a graphical mode; and
and generating a short message prompt, a telephone prompt or an instant messaging software prompt and sending the short message prompt, the telephone prompt or the instant messaging software prompt to a preset client in response to the target identification image with the target characteristics.

The system of claim 2, wherein the intelligent visual inspection device comprises: the system comprises a central processing module, an image sensor, a storage module and a wireless communication module, wherein the central processing module is connected with the image sensor, the storage module and the wireless communication module through wires; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the image sensor is configured to acquire image data in a target scene;
the central processing module is configured to identify the image data through the downloaded visual model to obtain a target identification image;
the storage module is configured to store the image data and the downloaded visual model;
the wireless communication module is configured to enable data transmission between the central processing module and the vision model management platform and the data cloud processing platform.

The system of claim 3, wherein the intelligent visual inspection device further comprises: an alert prompt module in wired connection with the central processing module, the central processing module further configured to send the prompt instruction to the alert prompt module in response to determining that the target feature is present in the target identification image;
the alarm prompt module is configured to generate an acoustic/optical alarm prompt message in response to the prompt instruction of the central processing module.

The system of claim 4, wherein the intelligent visual inspection device further comprises: the power supply module is in wired connection with other modules in the intelligent visual detection device, and the protection circuit module is in wired connection with the central processing module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the power module is configured to power other modules in the intelligent visual inspection device;
the protection circuit module is configured to cut off the corresponding power supply loop under the conditions of overvoltage and overcurrent of the central processing module.
6. The system of claim 1, further comprising an interface service platform wirelessly connected to the intelligent visual inspection device, the interface service platform configured to provide a corresponding interface for user operation of the intelligent visual inspection device and to authenticate the interface via JWT.
7. The system of claim 3, wherein the transmission protocol of the wireless communication module is the MQTT protocol.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the visual model management platform is further configured to receive an upload instruction from a user to perform a second visual model upload operation.
9. An intelligent visual inspection method, performed using the system of any one of claims 1-8, comprising:
acquiring image data in a target scene;
identifying the image data based on one or more preset visual models to obtain a target identification image;
in response to determining that the target recognition image has the target feature, outputting a corresponding target recognition image.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and generating alarm prompt information when the target identification image has the target characteristics.
