Description

Schedule management method, terminal device, chip system and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of terminals, and in particular, to a schedule management method and a terminal device.
Background
Calendar management is one of the common functions supported by applications of various terminal devices. Taking a cell phone as an example, a user may add a schedule on a calendar application of the cell phone to schedule a scheduled event, for example. When the reminding time corresponding to the schedule arrives, the mobile phone can remind the user in a schedule notification pushing mode.
The application program of the terminal device can support the user to set a plurality of schedules, different schedules often have different importance degrees for the user, for example, life schedules such as shopping and shopping are generally weaker than meeting schedules organized by companies. At present, in a schedule notification interface, if there are multiple schedules, a terminal device generally sorts the multiple schedules according to the sequence of the start times of the multiple schedules. Although this way the user can intuitively know the chronological order of executing the schedule from the schedule notification interface, the user can only subjectively distinguish the importance of the schedule. Thus, the user may be caused to miss an important schedule. Based on this, a solution is needed to solve the problem.

Alternatively, on the basis that the second volume is larger than the first volume, the second volume may be gradually increased until the upper limit of the volume is reached.
For example, the second reminding manner may be that the volume of the vibration or the volume of the ring gradually increases from the second volume within a second preset time period.
For another example, the second reminding manner may be that the volume of the vibration or the volume of the ring gradually increases from the second volume within a first time within a second preset time period, and the volume of the vibration or the volume of the ring is the second volume within a second time within the second preset time period. And the duration of the first time and the duration of the second time are equal to a second preset duration. The first time and the second time are at specific time positions of a second preset time duration, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the second reminding mode may further increase the flashing function of the breathing lamp compared with the first reminding mode.
For example, the first reminding mode is a vibration or ringing with a first preset time length, the second reminding mode is a vibration or ringing with a second preset time length, and the breathing lamp flickers within the second preset time length.
For another example, the first reminding mode is a vibration or ringing with a first preset time length, the second reminding mode is a vibration or ringing with a second preset time length, and the breathing lamp flashes when the terminal device does not detect that the reminding notification of the schedule is deleted by the user or the ending time of the schedule is not detected.
Optionally, the second reminding mode may further add a repeat reminding function to the first reminding mode.
For example, when the terminal device does not detect that the user deletes the reminding notification of the schedule, the terminal device may remind again in the second reminding manner within the preset time. The following describes embodiments of the present application in detail by taking a terminal device as a mobile phone as an example. It should be understood that the mobile phone has a function of setting a schedule, and can support a user to set a schedule reminder on a calendar application program.
The application programs for setting the schedule can comprise a calendar application program and a backlog application program, and it should be understood that the embodiment of the application can be applied to any application program which can set the schedule.
Illustratively, fig. 2 shows an interface diagram of a calendar application in a mobile phone. The interface shown in fig. 2 may be displayed when the cell phone detects that the user clicks on an icon of the calendar application. As shown in fig. 2, the current date displayed by the interface is 2021, 7, 12. In this interface, the user can click on the numeric icon to select a date and add a different calendar under that date.
Illustratively, the user can create a schedule of 12 days 7/month 2021 by clicking on the add icon 201 to trigger the add schedule control.
The user can also select other dates by clicking the positions of the other digital icons shown in fig. 2, and then click the add icon 201 to create schedules of other dates.
The user may also create one or more schedules in a day, for example, the user may create a schedule of 2021, 7, 12, 9 to 10, and may also create a schedule of 2021, 7, 12, 11 to 13. In the case that the user creates multiple schedules, the times between the multiple schedules may be completely different, may also be overlapped or completely the same, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
In the interface shown in fig. 2, the user can click the add icon 201 to trigger the add schedule to create a schedule of 7/12/2021, and when the terminal device detects that the user triggers the add schedule control, the interface for creating the schedule is displayed. Illustratively, FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of an interface for creating a calendar. As shown in the a-interface of fig. 3, the user may input an event title, set a start time and an end time of a schedule, set a time of a schedule notification, set whether to turn on an all-day event, turn on an alarm clock reminder, set whether to repeat a schedule, and the like, in the interface where a schedule is created. As shown in the b-interface in fig. 3, the title of the schedule created by the user may be "party", the start time of the schedule may be 8 am 50, the end time may be 9 am 50, the schedule may be a one-time activity, the time of the schedule notification may be set to 10 minutes before the start time, the schedule is not set to a full-day event, and the alarm clock reminder is not set at the same time. And the notification time of the schedule is the time point of the schedule notified by the mobile phone. It should be understood that the start time of the schedule may also be referred to as the start time of the schedule.
After the user sets the information corresponding to the completion schedule, the completion icon 301 may be clicked to trigger the creation completion control. When the mobile phone detects that the creation completion control is triggered, the schedule is displayed in the interface shown in fig. 2, and as shown in fig. 4, a schedule of "party" is displayed in 7 months and 12 days, and the time is from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. for 50 parties.
After the schedule is created, the mobile phone can display a notification interface of the schedule at a preset time point before the schedule is started. The time point can be set when the user creates the schedule or can be set by the default of the mobile phone. For example, the preset time point may be 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes before the schedule set by the default of the mobile phone starts, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Exemplarily, the start time of the "party" schedule is 8, and the schedule notification time set by the user is 10 minutes before the start time, so that the mobile phone can display the notification interface of the schedule at a preset time point (notification time) 8 before the schedule starts.
The notification interface of the schedule can display information of the schedule. Illustratively, when the handset detects that the preset time point (notification time) 8 of the "party" schedule arrives, the notification message of the schedule is pushed on the handset interface. Fig. 5 shows a schematic view of a schedule notification interface below a lock screen interface, on which a control notifying the schedule is displayed, and information such as an icon of the calendar, a title (party) of the schedule, and a time (8 am, 50-9 am, 50).
In the above notification mode, the notification messages of the schedule and the notification messages of the application programs such as the short message, the WeChat, the microblog and the like are in a similar mode, and when there are many schedules in the same day or there are many notification messages of other software, the user may not easily find the schedule in many notification messages, so that the user easily misses the schedule.
In addition, the user may create multiple schedules through the interfaces of FIGS. 2-4 described above. Illustratively, after the user creates the "party" schedule described above, a "work" schedule, a "lunch break" schedule, a "business trip" schedule, and an "appointment" schedule may also be created on day 7, day 12. The time of the "work" schedule may be 10 am to 11 am, the time of the "mid-day" schedule may be 11 am to 30 am, the time of the "appointment" schedule may be 1 pm to 20 pm to 4 pm, the time of the "business trip" schedule may be 1 pm to 30 pm.
The times of the "party" schedule, the "work" schedule, and the "lunch break" schedule are all different, with some overlap between the times of the "lunch break" schedule and the "appointment" schedule, and the times of the "appointment" schedule and the "business trip" schedule are all the same.
The "work" schedule, "noon break" schedule, "business trip" schedule, and "appointment" schedule may be displayed in the interface a shown in fig. 6, described above, after the creation is successful. Because there are many schedules, the multiple schedules cannot be completely displayed in the a interface shown in fig. 6, the user may slide up the a interface shown in fig. 6 to make the mobile phone display more schedules, and the mobile phone displays the b interface shown in fig. 6 after detecting that the user slides up the a interface shown in fig. 6.
When a user creates a plurality of schedules on the same date, the schedules can form a schedule list, and the positions of the schedules in the schedule list can be determined according to the starting time of the schedules. When there are at least two schedules whose start times are the same, the positions of the at least two schedules in the schedule list may be determined according to the creation times of the at least two schedules.
Illustratively, in the b-interface shown in fig. 6, the 5 schedules form a schedule list, and the display positions of the 5 schedules on the schedule list are determined according to the start time of the schedule, and the closer the start time of the schedule is to the current time, the higher the display position on the schedule list is. When the start times of the schedules are the same, the earlier the schedule is created, the higher the display position on the schedule list.
Currently, the schedule notification mode is the same for all schedules created by users, but the reminding time may be different, depending on the start time of the schedule and the user's settings. When a schedule whose start time is later but more important to the user is displayed below or covered by a schedule whose start time is earlier but relatively less important, the user is required to scroll through the important schedules by relying on subjective memory, which is highly dependent on the user's subjective awareness. Especially, when more than two schedules conflict in time, the schedules are displayed according to the chronological order, so that the user can easily ignore important schedules with later time.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides a schedule management method and a terminal device, which prioritize schedules, adopt different reminding modes for schedules with different priorities, and preferentially display schedules with high priorities, so as to further play a role in explicitly prompting important schedules of a user. Especially, under the condition that the schedules have time conflict, the priorities of a plurality of schedules with time conflict can be intelligently identified, schedules with higher priority levels are prompted to the user in a more obvious mode, and the method is favorable for prompting the importance of schedules of the user.
Fig. 7 illustrates a schedule management method 700 provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method can be applied to the terminal device, for example, a mobile phone. The method 700 may include:
and S701, the terminal equipment acquires the schedule.

The way for the terminal device to obtain the schedule can have various implementation modes.
In a possible implementation manner, the way for the terminal device to acquire the schedule may be a schedule manually created by the user, for example, the schedule manually created by the user shown in fig. 3 described above.
In another possible implementation, the way for the terminal device to acquire the schedule may be to automatically acquire the schedule from various applications.
For example, the terminal device may obtain the schedule from the mailbox account of the user, that is, the terminal device displays the schedule information from the mailbox account of the user into the calendar schedule, or the terminal device displays the schedule information in the schedule invitation received from the mailbox account into the calendar schedule. The terminal equipment can also acquire a schedule from an address book of the user, namely the terminal equipment can display the birthday information of the contact person in the calendar schedule. The terminal device may also obtain a schedule from shared data provided by the third-party application, that is, the terminal device displays schedule information intelligently identified from the shared data provided by the third-party application into the calendar schedule, where the third-party application may be a Short Message Service (SMS) application, a trip, a travel class, or any service class application supporting ordering of a train ticket, an air ticket, and a bus ticket. The terminal equipment can also acquire schedules from the cloud server, namely the terminal equipment synchronizes schedule information from the cloud server and displays the schedule information into the calendar schedule. Specifically, a user with a cloud server account may select to upload schedule information of each client to the cloud server, so that the terminal device may directly obtain the schedule information of the user through the cloud server and display the schedule information in a calendar schedule.
It should be understood that, in the above approaches for acquiring the schedule by the terminal device, besides the manual creation of the schedule by the user, other approaches for acquiring the schedule all need to be set by the user, that is, the user needs to allow the calendar to acquire schedule information of the mailbox, the address book, the third-party application, and the cloud server.
The function that the user allows the calendar to acquire the schedule information of the mailbox, the address list, the third-party application and the cloud server can be set on the calendar, can also be respectively set on the mailbox, the address list, the third-party application or the cloud server, and can also be set on other functions of the terminal equipment.
The function of allowing the user to access the calendar to the third application may be provided on other functions of the terminal device, for example, the function may be referred to as scene intelligence. Illustratively, the user can manually turn "alarm strong reminder" on or off when creating the schedule in the schedule creation interface shown in fig. 3; when the user receives the meeting invitation or interview invitation, the user can choose to join or reject the meeting in the optional area of whether to join. It should be understood that, when the mobile phone detects that the join control is triggered, the theme and time of the invitation may be acquired, and a schedule corresponding to the invitation may be established on the calendar application program. The user clicks on the decline option, and the schedule corresponding to the invitation may not be displayed on the calendar application, or may be displayed on the calendar application, but without any reminder.
The terminal equipment can collect the operation behaviors of the user on the plurality of historical schedules, intelligently analyze the schedule detail information corresponding to the plurality of historical schedules, acquire common information and set the common information as keywords.
Illustratively, the invitation sent by the XX secretary is that 80% of users participate in the XX secretary, the XX secretary can be used as key information by the terminal device, the schedule sent by the XX secretary is a schedule with a high priority, and the terminal device can automatically turn on "alarm clock strong reminding" corresponding to the schedule.
The terminal equipment intelligently analyzes the schedule detail information corresponding to the plurality of historical schedules, and an artificial intelligence algorithm can be adopted.
For example, the terminal device may perform named entity recognition on text information or title information of a historical schedule in which a plurality of users participate or set alarm clock reminders through a pre-trained Named Entity Recognition (NER) model to obtain a plurality of named entities corresponding to the historical schedule, and then use a named entity whose occurrence frequency exceeds a first predetermined threshold in the plurality of named entities as common information, that is, key information. The named entities can be names of people, places, organizations, and other entities identified by names.
For another example, the terminal device may convert text information or header information of a history schedule in which a plurality of users participate or set alarm clock reminders into vectors, input a pre-trained NER model, and obtain a corresponding named entity according to an output result of the NER model. The NER in the Natural Language Processing (NLP) domain may employ any one or more of the following models: a long short-term memory (LSTM) model, a long short-term memory + conditional random field (LSTM + CRF) model, a transform model-based bidirectional code representation from transformers (BERT) model, a BERT + CRF model, a bidirectional long short-term memory-conditional random field (Bi-LSTM-CRF) model, a BERT + CRF model, a BERT + Bi-LSTM-CRF model, and the like.
The terminal device converts text information or title information of a schedule in which a user participates or sets an alarm clock reminder into a vector, wherein the vector can be a one-hot vector obtained by performing one-hot encoding on the text information or the title information, or an embedded vector obtained by embedding an original text. For example, a document-to-vector Doc2vec model or a Word-to-vector Word2vec model is used to convert the original text into Word-embedded vectors. The specific input vector depends on the type of vector required by the input layer of the NER model used.
The terminal device can obtain the key information in the above manner, and the key information may be stored in a memory of the terminal device in a list form, or may be displayed in the interface c in fig. 9. It should be understood that the list may be understood as a set, and in other implementations, the key information may also be stored or displayed in other data set manners, for example, in the form of an array, a matrix, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
After the terminal device obtains the key information in the above manner, when the schedule is obtained, the priority of the schedule can be determined according to whether the schedule includes the key information.
Illustratively, the terminal device may perform semantic recognition on schedule detail information corresponding to a schedule through a pre-trained semantic recognition model, determine whether the schedule detail information corresponding to the schedule includes the key information, and determine a priority of the schedule. For example, the semantic recognition model may be implemented based on a neural network model, or may be implemented based on a Hidden Markov Model (HMM).
And S703, when the reminding condition of the schedule is met, the terminal equipment determines the reminding mode of the schedule according to the priority level of the schedule.
The correspondence between the priority level of the schedule and the manner of reminding the schedule may be preset.
When the schedule details corresponding to the schedule comprise the key information, the schedule can be a schedule with a first priority, and the reminding mode of the schedule can be a mode of continuous ringing or continuous vibration; when the schedule details corresponding to the schedule do not include the key information, the schedule may be a schedule with a second priority, and the reminding mode of the schedule may be a notification message mode. It should be understood that for schedules with a first priority level higher than a second priority level, the notification message may be in the form of a brief ring or a brief vibration.
It should be understood that the brief duration may be a first predetermined duration and the duration may be a second predetermined duration.
The mode of the notification message (the mode of short ringing or short vibration) can be a first reminding mode, and the mode of continuous ringing or continuous vibration can be a second reminding mode.
Illustratively, the continuous vibration or continuous ringing mode can be alarm clock reminding, the notification message mode can be ordinary reminding, the terminal device can set reminding by calling the alarmmmanager in the framework layer, and when the notification time of the schedule is up, the system manager in the framework layer is called according to the reminding mode in the schedule, so that alarm clock reminding or ordinary reminding is realized.
The reminding condition of the schedule can be a notification time point set when the schedule is created, and when the schedule is the first priority schedule and the notification time point of the schedule arrives, the terminal device can remind the schedule in a mode of continuous vibration or continuous ringing.
Exemplarily, if the key information includes a party and a business trip, the schedule acquired by the terminal device may be a plurality of schedules shown in fig. 12, where the "party" schedule and the "business trip" schedule are schedules with a first priority, and the reminding mode is alarm clock reminding, that is, the alarm clock reminding of the schedule is turned on. Illustratively, the "party" schedule is a schedule of a first priority, and the notification time of the schedule is 10 minutes before the starting time, so that the terminal device can perform alarm clock reminding when the time is 8. FIG. 15 shows an interface diagram of an alarm clock reminder. As shown in fig. 15, the alarm clock reminder interface displays the topic "party" of the schedule, the time period of the schedule (i.e., the start time and the end time of the schedule), the option of 5 minute reminder, and the option of no more reminders after the slide-off.
The schedule management method provided by the embodiment of the application can identify the priority of the schedule according to whether the schedule comprises the key information or not, and different reminding modes are used for schedules with different priorities, so that the importance of different schedules of a user can be prompted.
Optionally, the terminal device may set the schedule of the first priority as an alarm clock reminder, and add an alarm clock identifier. For example, as shown in fig. 16, after determining that the "party" schedule and the "business trip" schedule are schedules with first priorities, the mobile phone may add an alarm clock identifier to the two schedules with first priorities. The user can click the "party" schedule and the "business trip" schedule, and when the mobile phone detects that the control of the "party" schedule is triggered, an information interface of the "party" schedule is displayed, as shown in fig. 17, the interface includes information such as a reminding mode of the "party" schedule, the time of the schedule (7 months, 12 days, monday, 8.
According to the schedule management method provided by the embodiment of the application, the alarm clock identification can be set for the schedule with the first priority, and the explicit prompt is added, so that the importance of prompting the schedule of the user is facilitated.
Optionally, when the start times of at least two schedules are the same, the terminal device may set the schedule of the first priority of the at least two schedules as an alarm clock reminder, and display the schedule detail information corresponding to the schedule of the first priority above the schedule detail information corresponding to the schedule of the second priority. Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 18, the starting time of the "business trip" schedule is the same as the starting time of the "appointment" schedule, the "business trip" schedule is a first priority schedule, the "appointment" schedule is a second priority schedule, and the mobile phone may display the schedule detail information corresponding to the "business trip" schedule on top of the schedule detail information corresponding to the "appointment" schedule.
Alternatively, when the start times of a plurality of schedules are the same, the terminal device may preferentially display a schedule of a first priority among the plurality of schedules.
In one possible implementation manner, the terminal device may preferentially display schedules of a first priority in the plurality of schedules in a month view, a week view, and a schedule view in the calendar. For example, the "business trip" calendar and the "appointment" calendar in fig. 16 have the same starting time, and the "business trip" calendar is the calendar with the first priority, as shown in the interface a in fig. 19, the mobile phone may display the "business trip" calendar on top of the "appointment" calendar. It should be understood that the a interface in fig. 19 is a month view in the calendar, and that the "business" schedule is displayed in front of the "appointment" schedule in the week view in the calendar, as shown in the b interface in fig. 19. As shown in the c-interface in FIG. 19, a "business" schedule is displayed in front of an "appointment" schedule in the calendar schedule.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the operation of the user for viewing the month view, the week view and the schedule view.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal device may preferentially display a schedule of a first priority level in the plurality of schedules on the interface of the application program. Illustratively, FIG. 20 shows a schematic interface diagram of a calendar display. As shown in fig. 20, the schedules may be displayed on the interface of the application in the form of a card on which 2 schedules of "business" schedule and "appointment" schedule may be displayed, it being understood that other schedules may be hidden if there are more schedules. The 'business trip' schedule is a schedule with a first priority, and the 'business trip' schedule can be displayed above the 'appointment' schedule by the mobile phone.
The method for displaying the schedule on the card can be set by the terminal device by default or set by the user through the function control, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the method.
It should be understood that in the 2 schedules displayed on the card, when the end time of the 2 schedules is reached, the 2 schedules may disappear on the card, and other schedules that are hidden may be displayed on the card. When the end time of the last calendar arrives, the card may disappear or the contents of other applications are displayed on the card.
And after the mobile phone detects the operation, deleting the schedule, namely the schedule disappears on the card, and other schedules correspondingly move upwards to be displayed on the card.
The user can also slide the 2 schedules upwards, and after the mobile phone detects the operation, other hidden schedules can be displayed. The user can also slide the 2 schedules, and when the mobile phone detects the operation, the contents of other application programs, such as weather information, can be displayed.
According to the schedule management method provided by the embodiment of the application, the schedules with the first priority are preferentially displayed, so that the possibility that the user pays attention to the schedules with the first priority can be increased, and the user is prevented from missing the schedules with the first priority.
As an alternative embodiment, when the start times of a plurality of schedules are the same or there is an overlap in the time set by the schedules, the terminal device may display a conflict notice and add a suggestion message for prompting the user to schedule the time appropriately.
