Referring to fig. 1 and 10 together, as an embodiment of the cable bracket of the present invention, the cable bracket further includes a pillar 90, one side of the pillar 90 is connected to the bracket 10 for receiving the bracket 10; the upright 90 can be provided with a plurality of support arms 10; the upright 90 comprises a U-shaped plate 91, an upper bottom plate 92, a lower bottom plate 93, two guide rods 94 and a fixing mechanism; the inner wall of the bottom of the U-shaped plate 91 is provided with a plurality of inserting holes; the upper base plate 92 is connected with one end of the U-shaped plate 91, and the lower base plate 93 is connected with the other end of the U-shaped plate 91; one end of each of the two guide rods 94 is connected to the upper base plate 92, and the other end is connected to the lower base plate 93; the fixing mechanism is sleeved on the guide rod 94, one end of the fixing mechanism is connected with the supporting arm 10, and the other end of the fixing mechanism is inserted into the inserting hole and used for connecting the supporting arm 10 with the upright 90; the fixing mechanism comprises a sliding sleeve 95, a connecting block 96, a positioning component and a limiting column 98; the sliding sleeve 95 is sleeved on the guide rod 94; one end of the connecting block 96 is connected with the supporting arm 10, the other end of the connecting block passes through the sliding sleeve 95 and is inserted into the inserting hole, and the connecting block 96 is provided with a positioning hole and a limiting groove; the positioning assembly penetrates through the side wall of the sliding sleeve 95 to be inserted into the positioning hole, and is used for limiting the relative positions of the connecting block 96 and the sliding sleeve 95; the positioning assembly comprises a positioning rod 971, a baffle 972 and an elastic element 973, the baffle 972 is arranged on the positioning rod 971, and the elastic element 973 is arranged on the baffle 972 and sleeved on the positioning rod 971; the limiting column 98 penetrates through the side wall of the sliding sleeve 95 to be inserted into the limiting groove, and is used for limiting the relative sliding distance between the connecting block 96 and the sliding sleeve 95.
It should be noted that, a plurality of fixing mechanisms are arranged on the guide rod 94, and are used for installing a plurality of support arms 10; the sliding sleeve 95 is provided with a first mounting hole for mounting a positioning assembly, the positioning assembly has a freedom degree of moving up and down along the axial direction of the first mounting hole, and both ends of the positioning assembly are exposed out of the sliding sleeve 95, the first mounting hole is a stepped hole, a hole with a larger diameter is positioned at the lower side of a hole with a smaller diameter, the baffle 972 and the elastic element 973 are arranged in the hole with a larger diameter, the elastic element 973 is positioned between the baffle 972 and the hole with a smaller diameter, and the elastic element 973 can be a spring or an elastic rubber ring; the sliding sleeve 95 is provided with a second mounting hole for mounting the limiting column 98, the limiting column 98 has a freedom degree of moving up and down along the axial direction of the second mounting hole, and the limiting column 98 can be a pin or a bolt.
It will be appreciated that when mounting the bracket 10 to the mounting bracket 40, it is necessary to:
firstly, sleeving a sliding sleeve 95 on a guide rod 94;
secondly, the connecting block 96 on the bracket arm 10 penetrates through the sliding sleeve 95 and is inserted into the inserting hole on the mounting frame 40;
third, the positioning assembly and the limiting column 98 are placed in, and the positioning assembly is inserted into the positioning hole.
When the installation height of the bracket arm 10 on the installation frame 40 needs to be adjusted, the following steps are required:
firstly, pulling a positioning assembly;
the second part is used for pulling the bracket arm 10, and one end of the connecting block 96 is pulled out from the inserting hole;
thirdly, moving the supporting arm 10 to a required installation position;
fourthly, one end of the connecting block 96 is inserted into the inserting hole, and the positioning assembly is automatically inserted into the positioning hole on the connecting block 96.

Claims (8)

1. A cable support, comprising:
the bracket arm is of an inverted U-shaped frame structure, one end of the bracket arm is connected with the working surface, and the bracket arm is used for supporting the cable;
the two sliding rails are respectively and transversely arranged at the lower parts of the two sides of the supporting arm, one side of each sliding rail is provided with a sliding groove, and the other side of each sliding rail is connected with the supporting arm;
the limiting roller is arranged at an included angle with the support arm and used for limiting the cable;
the pulley is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding manner, and an installation groove is formed in the pulley;
the mounting frame is arranged in the mounting groove;
the driving assembly is arranged on the mounting rack and used for driving the cable to axially move along the cable; the driving assembly comprises a driving motor, a gearbox and a driving roller; the driving motor is arranged on the mounting frame and is electrically connected with an external power supply; the gearbox is arranged on the mounting frame, a power input end is connected with a power output end of the driving motor, a power output end is connected with one end of the driving roller and used for driving the driving roller to rotate around the axis of the driving roller, and the driving roller is arranged on the mounting frame and used for driving the cable to axially move along the cable; and
the air cushion assembly is arranged between the pulley and the mounting frame and used for enabling the driving roller to be higher than or lower than the support arm; the air cushion assembly comprises an air cushion, an air pump and a pressure regulating valve; the air cushion is arranged in the mounting groove, one side of the air cushion is abutted against the pulley, the other side of the air cushion is abutted against the mounting frame, and the air cushion is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the air pump is arranged on the mounting frame, a power input end of the air pump is connected with a power output end of the driving assembly, and an air outlet end of the air pump is connected with the air inlet of the air cushion and used for inflating the air cushion; the pressure regulating valve is connected with the air outlet of the air cushion and used for regulating the pressure in the air cushion or releasing the air in the air cushion.
2. The cable mount of claim 1, wherein the bracket arm includes a carrier plate, a first side plate, and a second side plate; the limiting roller is connected with the bearing plate, one side edge of the first side plate is connected with one side edge of the bearing plate, one side edge of the second side plate is connected with the other side edge of the bearing plate, and the first side plate, the second side plate and the bearing plate are matched to form a U-shaped frame; two the slide rail is established respectively first curb plate with the second curb plate is inboard.
3. The cable support according to claim 1, wherein the trolley comprises a frame and a plurality of pairs of rollers, wherein at least two pairs of the rollers are respectively disposed on both sides of the frame and are cooperatively connected with the slide rail for allowing the trolley to move only along the slide rail.
4. The cable rack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air cushion assembly further comprises a buffer valve, the air cushion is divided into a plurality of compartments, the plurality of compartments are connected through the buffer valve, and each compartment is provided with the air inlet and the air outlet.
5. The cable mount of claim 1, wherein the drive assembly further comprises two bearings disposed at opposite ends of the drive roller.
6. The cable holder according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of limiting rods vertically disposed on the bracket arm, one end of each limiting rod being connected to the bracket arm for limiting a cable.
7. The cable support of claim 1, further comprising a limiting assembly disposed on the bracket arm for limiting a position of the sled; the limiting assembly comprises a U-shaped sheet, two limiting blocks and two limiting pieces; one side of each limiting block is abutted against the pulley and used for limiting the movement of the pulley, one end of each limiting block is connected with the two ends of the U-shaped piece, and the other end of each limiting block is inserted into one side of each sliding rail; the two limiting parts are all sleeved on the U-shaped piece, and one side of each limiting part is connected with the supporting arm and used for enabling the U-shaped piece to move only in the opening direction of the limiting parts.

The cable holder according to claim 7, further comprising a post, one side of the post being connected to the bracket arm for receiving the bracket arm; the upright post can be provided with a plurality of support arms; the upright post comprises a U-shaped plate, an upper bottom plate, a lower bottom plate, two guide rods and a fixing mechanism; the inner wall of the bottom of the U-shaped plate is provided with a plurality of inserting holes; the upper bottom plate is connected with one end of the U-shaped plate, and the lower bottom plate is connected with the other end of the U-shaped plate; one end of each guide rod is connected with the upper bottom plate, and the other end of each guide rod is connected with the lower bottom plate; the fixing mechanism is sleeved on the guide rod, one end of the fixing mechanism is connected with the supporting arm, and the other end of the fixing mechanism is inserted into the inserting hole and used for connecting the supporting arm with the upright post; the fixing mechanism comprises a sliding sleeve, a connecting block, a positioning assembly and a limiting column; the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the guide rod; one end of the connecting block is connected with the supporting arm, the other end of the connecting block penetrates through the sliding sleeve and is inserted into the inserting hole, and a positioning hole and a limiting groove are formed in the connecting block; the positioning assembly penetrates through the side wall of the sliding sleeve and is inserted into the positioning hole, and the positioning assembly is used for limiting the relative positions of the connecting block and the sliding sleeve; the positioning assembly comprises a positioning rod, a baffle plate and an elastic element, the baffle plate is arranged on the positioning rod, and the elastic element is arranged on the baffle plate and sleeved on the positioning rod; the limiting column penetrates through the side wall of the sliding sleeve and is connected with the limiting groove in an inserting mode, and the relative sliding distance between the connecting block and the sliding sleeve is limited.
