Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a radiator, in particular to a radiating cover of an electric box.
Background
The electric power enterprise and communication service provider provide power and communication service to each business and household, and a plurality of electric boxes (or transformer boxes) are arranged in the middle process and path for power distribution or communication data transmission. Since the inside of the electronic box may generate heat due to power or communication data transmission, various heat dissipation mechanisms are required to solve the heat dissipation problem. The heat dissipation cover of the electric box is provided by matching with the electric power enterprise or the communication operator, and the necessary conditions of the heat dissipation cover must be capable of discharging hot air in the electric box, and meanwhile, rainwater in rainy days must be prevented from splashing into the electric box to cause corrosion or short circuit of parts. Therefore, the applicant invented and applied for taiwan patent application No. 108147894, a "heat sink" (application No. 108217278 of taiwan patent application on the same date of the invention) to solve the problems of heat dissipation and water splashing.
As shown in fig. 6, the heat dissipating cover of the prior art includes a cover body 3, wherein the cover body 3 includes a top wall 31, and a front side wall, a rear side wall 33, a left side wall 34 and a right side wall 35 respectively extending downward from the top wall 31, the front, rear, left and right side walls frame to form an opening 36, the top wall 31 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 37 communicating with the opening 36, the cover body 3 covers an upper portion of the electronic box, and the opening 36 is used for guiding out hot air generated by the electronic box.
In the prior art, two first guiding plates 391, which are formed by inner walls at left and right sides and are high and low, are respectively extended from the inner side of the top wall 31 inside the cover 3, and a second guiding plate 392, which is arranged in parallel and spaced, is arranged below each first guiding plate 391; an upper folding piece 399 is formed at the outer end part of each first guiding plate 391, a plurality of water falling holes 398 are formed on each first guiding plate 391 close to the upper folding piece 399, a ventilation interval D is formed between the first guiding plate 391 and the second guiding plate 392, and the ventilation interval D is communicated with the plurality of air exhaust holes 37; the outer end of each second guiding plate 392 is folded downwards to form an L-shaped sheet 393, and a plurality of through holes 395 are arranged on the bottom transverse sheet 394 of the L-shaped sheet 393; each first guiding plate 391 is connected to the inner end of each second guiding plate 392 to form a side plate 396, and the side plate 396 is provided with a ventilation hole 397.
After the hot air of the electrical box escapes from the top of the electrical box to the opening 36, the hot air flows from the air holes 397 to the air spaces D, and then flows through the gaps between the rear ends of the upper folding pieces 399 or the water falling holes 398, enters the space above the first guiding plates 391, and escapes from the air exhaust holes 37 of the top wall 31. Although the prior art also provides the first guide plate 391 and the second guide plate 392 to prevent the rain water from entering the electrical box, the rain water is guided to the plurality of through holes 395 provided on the bottom cross piece 394 of the L-shaped piece 393 and flows out. However, in the prior art, it was found that since each of the first guide plates 391 forms an upper flap 399 at the outer end, the upper flap 399 may provide a slight catch for rain water, and there is still room for improvement, although rain water may still flow down through the downspout 398. And each first guiding plate 391 is connected to a side plate 396 at the inner end of each second guiding plate 392, the side plate 396 is provided with the ventilation holes 397, and when rainwater is too large, the rainwater may still directly rush into the ventilation holes 397 through the ventilation space D and enter the electric box.
