The metal conductor with the thin paint film attached passes through the paint roller again through the guide wheel, is attached with a new layer of paint liquid, then passes through the next paint die, and the previous process is repeated. The total thickness of the paint film is achieved after N times of coating, paint scraping and baking, and the paint production process is completed.
In the painting process, the center of the cross section of the moving metal conductor is coincident with the center of the cross section of the diamond inner hole of the painting mold of each pass, so that the finally formed paint film can be uniformly attached to the surface of the conductor, and the thickness of the paint film is consistent.
