According to the tool access method, after the access authority is opened after the identity authentication is carried out according to the acquired identity information of the access personnel, after the access authority is opened, the storage door 18 of any storage groove 11 for storing tools of the type is controlled to be opened according to the type in the access information so as to carry out tool access, access control on the tools is realized, management personnel do not need to intervene in the tool access process, a user does not need to sign the access tools, and therefore the management efficiency can be improved. Moreover, each tool type has a corresponding storage groove 11, so that the tool storage is not easy to be disordered. Meanwhile, the tool can be accessed only after the access authority is opened, so that the safety of tool management is greatly improved.
Accessing information also includes accessing or fetching instructions. When the access information includes the storage command and the model, the corresponding storage slot 11 is inquired according to the model, any storage slot 11 with an empty storage area 70 is selected from the storage slots 11 corresponding to the model, and the storage door 18 of the selected storage slot 11 is controlled to be opened.
When the access information comprises a storage instruction and a model, the corresponding storage slot 11 is inquired according to the model, any storage slot 11 with tools is selected from the storage slots 11 corresponding to the model, and the storage door 18 of the selected storage slot 11 is controlled to be opened.
Further, the access information may also include the number. According to the number, the storage doors 18 of the storage slots 11 selected to satisfy the number are opened.
Based on the above, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the tool access method further includes the following steps.
And S500, judging whether the storage door is closed or not, and judging whether the storage personnel leave a preset range or not.
S600, when the storage door is not closed and the storage personnel leave the preset range, alarming is carried out.
By the method, the storage door 18 can be reminded to be closed in time by the storage personnel. Similarly, it is also possible to alarm whether the storage case 131 and the display door 19 are closed.

Claims (10)

1. The tool storing and taking cabinet is characterized by comprising a cabinet body and a receiving and accommodating device, wherein the receiving and accommodating device is arranged in the cabinet body, and a receiving and accommodating system is mounted on the receiving and accommodating device;
the cabinet body is provided with a plurality of storage grooves and display grooves, the storage grooves correspond to the display grooves one by one, the storage grooves are used for placing a plurality of tools, the display grooves are used for placing tools with the same type as the tools placed in the corresponding storage grooves, a storage door is arranged at a position, close to the storage grooves, on the cabinet body, a display door is arranged at a position, close to the display grooves, on the cabinet body, and the display door is a visible door;
the receiving system comprises an identity authentication unit and a control unit;
the identity authentication unit is used for acquiring the identity information of the access personnel and opening the access authority after the identity information is authenticated;
and the control unit is used for controlling any one storage door for storing tools of the model to be opened according to the model in the received access information.
2. The tool access cabinet of claim 1, wherein the adoption storage system further comprises a first detection unit, a second detection unit, and an alarm unit;
the first detection unit is used for detecting whether the storage door is closed or not;
the second detection unit is used for detecting whether the storage personnel leave a preset range or not;
and the alarm unit is used for giving an alarm when the storage door is not closed and the storage personnel leaves a preset range.
3. The tool access cabinet of claim 1, wherein the adoption storage system further comprises a third detection unit and a statistics unit;
the third detection unit is used for detecting the number of tools in each storage groove;
and the counting unit is used for counting the number of tools of each type according to the number of the tools in each storage groove and recording the number of the tools in each storage groove.
4. The tool storage cabinet according to claim 2, wherein the cabinet body is further provided with a storage groove, a storage box is arranged in the storage groove in a sliding manner, and the storage box is used for storing tool accessories;
the first detection unit is also used for detecting whether the storage box is closed or not;
the alarm unit is also used for giving an alarm when the storage box is not closed and the storage personnel leave a preset range.

The tool storage and retrieval cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the cabinet body at a position away from the storage groove, the reception device is disposed in the mounting groove, a mounting door is disposed on the cabinet body at a position close to the mounting groove, and a vent is formed in the mounting door.

The tool storage cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a first partition is provided in the storage slot along a length direction of the storage slot, a second partition is provided in the storage slot along a width direction of the storage slot, and a storage area is formed between the first partition, the second partition, and a slot wall of the storage slot.

The tool storage and retrieval cabinet of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a support is provided on a wall of the display slot, the support is provided with a support hole therethrough, an extending direction of the support hole is consistent with a height direction of the cabinet body, and the support hole is used for clamping a tool.
8. The tool storage cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the bottom of the cabinet body is provided with a plurality of universal wheels.

The tool storage and retrieval cabinet of claim 8, wherein the bottom of the cabinet body is provided with a plurality of support rods, the support rods are in threaded fit with the cabinet body, and a support foot cup is arranged at one end of each support rod away from the bottom of the cabinet body.
10. A tool access method using the pilot container of any one of claims 1 to 9, the method comprising:
acquiring identity information of an accessor, and comparing the identity information with a plurality of stored authority personnel information;
if the identity information is consistent with any authority personnel information, opening access authority;
receiving access information input by an access worker after the access authority is opened, wherein the access information comprises a model;
and inquiring corresponding storage slots according to the models, selecting any storage slot meeting the access information from the storage slots corresponding to the models, and controlling a storage door of the selected storage slot to be opened.
