The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle key taking management system, which comprises a vehicle key management terminal 3, a driver mobile terminal 2 and a server 1, wherein the driver mobile terminal 2 and the vehicle key management terminal 3 are in wireless communication connection with the server 1, the server 1 is used for generating an electronic vehicle dispatching list according to vehicle application and vehicle dispatching information, sending the electronic vehicle dispatching list to the vehicle key management terminal 3 and a corresponding driver mobile terminal 2, judging whether the driver mobile terminal 2 meets a key taking condition or not, and if so, authorizing the driver mobile terminal 2 to take the authority of a vehicle key of a target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle dispatching list; the driver mobile terminal 2 is provided with an application APP, and is used for being authorized by the server to obtain the authority of the vehicle key of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle dispatching list, receiving the key obtaining operation of the driver to generate a key obtaining instruction and sending the key obtaining instruction to the server 1; the server 1 is further configured to send a key fetching instruction to the car key management terminal 3, and the car key management terminal 3 executes the key fetching instruction to control the corresponding car key storage cell to be opened.

Claims (7)

1. A vehicle key taking method based on a mobile terminal is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the server generates an electronic car dispatching list according to the car using application and the car dispatching information, and sends the electronic car dispatching list to the car key management terminal and the corresponding driver mobile terminal;
s2: judging whether the driver mobile terminal meets a key-taking condition, if so, authorizing the driver mobile terminal to take the authority of the vehicle key of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle dispatching list; wherein, the step S2 specifically includes: s201: the server updates a preset legal key-taking time list according to the electronic car-dispatching list; the method for updating the legal key-taking time list comprises the following steps: sa: the server determines a first legal key-taking time period of a driver corresponding to the electronic car-dispatching list according to the car-using starting time in the newly generated electronic car-dispatching list; the legal key-taking time period is a preset time period before the starting time of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic taxi dispatching list; sb: acquiring a starting time point and an ending time point of a first legal key-taking time period, and adding the starting time point and the ending time point into a preset time point sequence according to the time sequence to generate a target time point sequence; the preset time point sequence is generated according to the time sequence according to the starting time point and the ending time point of a second legal key-taking time period corresponding to a driver of a key to be taken in the vehicle key management terminal; and (C) Sc: taking a time period between adjacent time points in the target time point sequence as a target time period; determining a driver mobile terminal corresponding to a legal key-taking in each target time period; sd: establishing a list of driver mobile terminals including each target time period and corresponding legal key taking time, and recording the list as a legal key taking time list; s202: determining a driver mobile terminal allowing to take the key at the current time according to the legal key taking time list, and recording as a legal driver mobile terminal; s203: the method comprises the steps of obtaining position information of a legal driver mobile terminal, and judging that the legal driver mobile terminal meets key-taking conditions when the position of the legal driver mobile terminal is within a preset distance range of a vehicle key management terminal; when the position of the legal driver mobile terminal is not within the preset distance range of the vehicle key management terminal, sending key-taking reminding information to the legal driver mobile terminal; s204: authorizing a legal driver mobile terminal which accords with the key-taking condition to take the authority of the vehicle key of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle-dispatching list;
s3: the server receives a key-taking instruction sent by the driver mobile terminal and sends the key-taking instruction to the car key management terminal so as to control the corresponding gate for storing the car key to be opened.
2. The vehicle key taking method based on the mobile terminal as claimed in claim 1, applied to a server, wherein the step S1 specifically includes:
submitting a vehicle using application to a server by a vehicle using applicant;
the auditor logs in the server to audit the vehicle application, after the audit is passed, the dispatcher dispatches the vehicle and arranges the driver to obtain vehicle dispatching information;
the server generates an electronic car dispatching list according to the car using application and the car dispatching information;
and the server sends the electronic car dispatching list to the car key management terminal and the corresponding driver mobile terminal.
3. The method for taking a vehicle key based on the mobile terminal as claimed in claim 1, applied to a server, wherein the step S3 specifically comprises:
s301: receiving a key-fetching instruction sent by a driver mobile terminal, and determining target biological characteristic information required to be acquired by the corresponding driver mobile terminal according to biological authentication information of the driver prestored in a vehicle key management terminal;
s302: the server sends the acquisition instruction of the target biological characteristic information to a corresponding driver mobile terminal;
s303: receiving target biological characteristic information acquired by a driver mobile terminal, and sending the target biological characteristic information and a key fetching instruction to a vehicle key management terminal;
s304: and after the vehicle key management terminal successfully matches the received target biological characteristic information with the pre-stored driver biological authentication information, controlling the corresponding vehicle key storage grid to be opened.

The method for taking a vehicle key based on the mobile terminal as claimed in claim 3, applied to a server, wherein the determining, according to the driver's biometric authentication information prestored in the vehicle key management terminal, the target biometric information that the mobile terminal of the corresponding driver needs to collect specifically comprises:
acquiring various biological authentication information of the driver mobile terminal, which corresponds to the driver pre-stored in the vehicle key management terminal;
counting the category number N of the biometric authentication information of the driver;
when the category number N of the biological authentication information of the driver is 1, the biological authentication information is taken as target biological characteristic information which needs to be acquired by a corresponding driver mobile terminal;
when the category number N of the biometric authentication information of the driver is larger than 1, counting the frequency of taking each piece of biometric information of the driver as the target biometric information of other driver mobile terminals of the current key to be acquired, and taking the minimum frequency as the target biometric information needing to be acquired by the driver mobile terminal.
5. A server is characterized by comprising a generating module, a communication module, a judging module and an authorization module;
the generating module is used for generating an electronic car dispatching list according to the car application and the car dispatching information; the communication module is used for sending the electronic car dispatching list to the car key management terminal and the corresponding driver mobile terminal; the judging module is used for judging whether the driver mobile terminal meets the key-taking condition; the authorization module is used for authorizing the mobile terminal of the driver to access the authority of the vehicle key of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle dispatching list when the mobile terminal of the driver meets the key access condition; the communication module is also used for receiving a key fetching instruction sent by the driver mobile terminal and forwarding the key fetching instruction to the vehicle key management terminal so as to control the opening of the corresponding vehicle key storage cell;
wherein, the judging module comprises the following steps when judging whether the driver mobile terminal meets the key-taking condition: determining a first legal key-taking time period of a driver corresponding to the electronic taxi dispatching order according to the start time of the taxi in the newly generated electronic taxi dispatching order; the legal key-taking time period is a preset time period before the starting time of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic dispatch list; acquiring a starting time point and an ending time point of a first legal key-taking time period, and adding the starting time point and the ending time point into a preset time point sequence according to a time sequence to generate a target time point sequence; the preset time point sequence is generated according to the time sequence according to the starting time point and the ending time point of a second legal key-taking time period corresponding to a driver waiting for key-taking in the vehicle key management terminal; taking a time period between adjacent time points in the target time point sequence as a target time period; determining a driver mobile terminal corresponding to a legal key-taking in each target time period; establishing a list of driver mobile terminals including each target time period and corresponding legal key-taking time lists; determining a driver mobile terminal allowing to take the key at the current time according to the legal key taking time list, and recording as a legal driver mobile terminal; the method comprises the steps of obtaining position information of a legal driver mobile terminal, and judging that the legal driver mobile terminal meets key-taking conditions when the position of the legal driver mobile terminal is within a preset distance range of a vehicle key management terminal; when the position of the legal driver mobile terminal is not within the preset distance range of the vehicle key management terminal, sending key-taking reminding information to the legal driver mobile terminal; and authorizing the legal driver mobile terminal which accords with the key-taking condition to take the authority of the vehicle key of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle dispatching list.
6. The server of claim 5, wherein the generation module is further configured to update a preset list of legitimate key-picking times based on the electronic taxi-order.

The vehicle key taking management system is characterized by comprising a vehicle key management terminal, a driver mobile terminal and a server, wherein the driver mobile terminal and the vehicle key management terminal are in wireless communication connection with the server, the server is used for generating an electronic vehicle dispatching list according to a vehicle using application and vehicle dispatching information, sending the electronic vehicle dispatching list to the vehicle key management terminal and a corresponding driver mobile terminal, judging whether the driver mobile terminal meets a key taking condition, and if so, authorizing the driver mobile terminal to take the authority of a vehicle key of a target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle dispatching list; the driver mobile terminal is provided with an application APP, and is used for being authorized by the server to obtain the authority of the vehicle key of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle dispatching list, receiving the key obtaining operation of the driver to generate a key obtaining instruction and sending the key obtaining instruction to the server; the server is also used for sending a key fetching instruction to the car key management terminal, and the car key management terminal executes the key fetching instruction to control the opening of the corresponding car key storage cell;
wherein, the server specifically includes when judging whether the driver mobile terminal meets the key-taking condition: the server updates a preset legal key-taking time list according to the electronic car-dispatching list; the method for updating the legal key-taking time list comprises the following steps: the server determines a first legal key-taking time period of a driver corresponding to the electronic car-dispatching list according to the car-using starting time in the newly generated electronic car-dispatching list; the legal key-taking time period is a preset time period before the starting time of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic dispatch list; acquiring a starting time point and an ending time point of a first legal key-taking time period, and adding the starting time point and the ending time point into a preset time point sequence according to the time sequence to generate a target time point sequence; the preset time point sequence is generated according to the time sequence according to the starting time point and the ending time point of a second legal key-taking time period corresponding to a driver of a key to be taken in the vehicle key management terminal; taking a time period between adjacent time points in the target time point sequence as a target time period; determining a driver mobile terminal corresponding to a legal key-taking in each target time period; establishing a list of driver mobile terminals including each target time period and corresponding legal key-taking time lists; determining a driver mobile terminal allowing to take the key at the current time according to the legal key taking time list, and recording as a legal driver mobile terminal; the method comprises the steps of obtaining position information of a legal driver mobile terminal, and judging that the legal driver mobile terminal meets key-taking conditions when the position of the legal driver mobile terminal is within a preset distance range of a vehicle key management terminal; when the position of the legal driver mobile terminal is not within the preset distance range of the vehicle key management terminal, sending key-taking reminding information to the legal driver mobile terminal; and authorizing the legal driver mobile terminal which accords with the key-taking condition to take the authority of the vehicle key of the target vehicle in the corresponding electronic vehicle dispatching list.
