Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without any creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
The terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, in the description and claims of embodiments of the present invention and the above-described drawings, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a hinge cover 1, which can be applied to an electronic device including a first component unit 2 and a second component unit (not shown) connected by a hinge.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the shaft cover 1 includes an outer frame 3 and an inner frame 4 made of different materials, the outer frame 3 covers the inner frame 4, the inner frame 4 provides an inner cavity for accommodating the shaft, and the inner frame 4 is provided with a buckle 5 for being buckled with the first component unit 2.
Different from the traditional rotating shaft cover 1 made of pure hardware or pure plastic materials, the rotating shaft cover 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention is made of two different materials, namely, the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 are respectively made of different materials, and the whole rotating shaft cover is of a composite material structure. Therefore, the complementary effect can be achieved, and the advantages of all materials (such as fine structure like good appearance quality and easy processing of the buckle 5) can be fully exerted, so as to overcome the defects of other materials.
In an alternative embodiment, the outer frame 3 can be made of a material with good appearance quality, such as hardware, ceramic, wood, glass or a microfiber material, so as to meet the high requirement of the electronic device on appearance beauty; simultaneously, the material of meticulous complicated structure such as inside casing 4 optional use workable buckle 5 is made, for example partial metal such as aluminium or plastic to reduce the processing degree of difficulty, promote machining efficiency when guaranteeing the equipment reliability. Therefore, the manufactured rotating shaft cover 1 can meet the requirement of good appearance quality, and can be simply and efficiently processed to obtain a buckle 5 structure connected with other units in a buckling mode.
It is understood that the material combination of the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 can take any number of forms, such as: the outer frame 3 of plastic material and the inside casing 4 combination of metal material, the outer frame 3 of ceramic material and the inside casing 4 combination of plastic material, the outer frame 3 of ceramic material and the inside casing 4 combination of metal material, the outer frame 3 of glass material and the inside casing 4 combination of plastic material. In practical application, the specific compounding mode can be determined by combining the performance advantages and disadvantages of various materials and the requirements under the current application scene.
At present, compared with the plastic material, the appearance quality of the metal material is generally better than that of the plastic material, and the processing difficulty and cost of the metal material are higher than those of the plastic material, so the embodiment of the invention can select the combination mode of the outer frame 3 made of the metal material and the inner frame 4 made of the plastic material. However, with the technical development in the material field, there may be some advantages that metal may also have processing difficulty and cost reduction in the future, or plastic may also exhibit good appearance quality, and therefore, the material compounding manner of the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 of the shaft cover 1 may be connected by bonding, and the outer surface of the inner frame 4 and/or the inner surface of the outer frame 3 are/is coated with adhesive, and then the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 are aligned and bonded. Of course, the bonding method is only a simple and low-cost implementation method, and other connection methods, such as a fastening method, may be actually adopted.
Because the inner chamber that the pivot lid 1 provided need be used for installing pivot, circuit etc. consequently for rationalizing the utilization space, inside casing 4 is preferred to be consistent with the overall structure of frame 3, for example both are U type structure to avoid producing great space between the two, consume more installation space.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 are both asymmetric U-shaped structures; and/or the same ridge line 7 is formed at the same one-side position of the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 respectively and extends along the length direction of the rotating shaft. This asymmetric U type structural design and crest line 7 design have prevent slow-witted function. When the inner frame 4 and the outer frame 3 are reversely assembled, the inner frame 4 cannot be completely assembled into the outer frame 3 due to the foolproof design, so that the production line operation is greatly facilitated, and the product yield is improved.
In order to avoid the deformation and even damage of the outer frame 3/the inner frame 4 caused by the mutual contact and extrusion of the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 in the assembling process and the using process, a certain mounting clearance can be designed between the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 in the embodiment of the invention, for example, 3mm, so that the outer frame 3 and the inner frame 4 are well protected.
Meanwhile, the contact surface of the outer frame 3 with the first constituent unit 2 is provided with a chamfer such as a C-angle of 0.3. Therefore, in the practical production and use, the problem of hand scraping caused by the step difference caused by the deviation of the rotating shaft cover 1 can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, the number of the fasteners 5 on the inner frame 4 is designed to be plural, and the fasteners are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the rotating shaft, so as to ensure the connection reliability between the rotating shaft cover 1 and the first component unit 2 of the electronic device.
The inner frame 4 is further provided with a plurality of hollow structures 6 and positioning holes along the length direction of the rotating shaft, so that the locking operation of the rotating shaft cover 1 and the first component unit 2 of the electronic equipment is facilitated. In the subsequent assembly process of the shaft cover 1 and the first assembly unit 2, the positioning hole is convenient for the binding jig to accurately position the shaft cover 1; and hollow out construction 6, can be convenient for bind the operation of tool, reduce and interfere.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including a first component unit 2 and a second component unit rotatably connected via a rotating shaft, and further including the above rotating shaft cover 1, wherein the rotating shaft is installed in an inner cavity provided by the rotating shaft cover 1, and a buckle 5 on the rotating shaft cover 1 is buckled with a buckle position on the first component unit 2. Since the electronic device includes the above-mentioned shaft cover 1, the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the invention also has the same advantages as the above-mentioned shaft cover 1, and the details are not described here.
In order to further improve the appearance quality, the material of the outer frame 3 can be selected to be the same as the material of the shell of the first component unit 2, so that the consistency of the appearance effect of the shell of the electronic device can be ensured.
Specifically, the electronic device may be a notebook computer, and the first component unit 2 may be a display module and the second component unit may be a host module. In addition, the electronic device may also be any other device having two parts movably connected through a rotating shaft, which is not limited in the present invention.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
