Abstract

In the using process, only the water inlet 60 of the integrated drainage device is connected with the water outlet (not marked in the figure) of the water tank, the whole integrated drainage device is sealed in the shell 110 by the shell cover plate 110-1, and only the water inlet 60 and the water outlet 40 are exposed, so that the integrated drainage device is simple to install and is not easy to have water leakage points in specific use.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, an embodiment of an integrated drainage device, specifically, an integrated drainage device is installed at both sides or the rear of the cabinet 20, and is integrally provided inside the cabinet 20 or embedded in the cabinet 20. The locking device may also be a screw, pin and socket type locking device.
In order to prevent mosquitoes and other insects from entering the pipeline and to counteract odors, the drain pipeline 30 is provided with a trap water seal 70 at the S-shaped trap during use. When the drainage pipeline 30 needs to be repaired and dredged, accumulated water used for water sealing in the drainage pipeline 30 needs to be drained in advance, and the situation that the accumulated water spills to pollute the surrounding environment during repair and disassembly is avoided, so that a water drainage structure is arranged near the lowest point of the drainage pipeline 30 and comprises a water drainage channel 90 and a water drainage knob 80. Since a part of the water discharging knob 80 is hollow, the hollow part thereof is connected to the trap water seal 70 and the water discharging passage by rotating the water discharging knob 80, thereby discharging accumulated water through the water outlet 40.
As shown in fig. 6 a, the water discharge passage 90 is closed in the normal use state, and water is discharged through the main pipe. As shown in fig. 6B, the drain passage 90 is closed in the normal use state, and the trap seal 70 in the drain line 30 has accumulated water at a certain height. When the water in the drainage pipeline 30 is drained when maintenance is needed, as shown in C in fig. 6, the drain knob 80 is specifically shown in fig. 7, the drain channel 90 is opened by rotating the drain knob 80, the hollow part of the drain knob 80 is communicated with the drain channel, so that the trap water seal 70 is communicated with the water outlet 40, and the accumulated water is drained to the water outlet 40 through the drain channel 90.
The present invention also discloses a cabinet with a sink, which includes an integrated drainage device, wherein the water inlet 60 of the drainage device is connected with the water outlet (not shown) of the sink. The pipe where the water inlet 60 is located may also be provided with a trash inlet 100 or a dishwasher outlet or other pipe connection that requires sewage discharge. An integrated drain with an inlet 60 and an outlet 40 is provided in the drain line 30 with an S trap, and is mounted to a side or rear wall of the cabinet 20.

Claims (10)
1. An integrated drainage device, comprising a housing having a drainage conduit therein, the drainage device having a water inlet and a water outlet, the drainage conduit being provided with an S-trap, the drainage device being mounted on a side wall or a rear wall of a cabinet.
2. The integrated drain of claim 1, wherein the integrated drain is embedded in a side wall or a rear wall of a cabinet.
3. The integrated drain of any of claims 1 or 2, wherein the drain line is provided with a trap seal arrangement.
4. The integrated drain of claim 3, wherein a drain structure is provided proximate the lowermost trap, the drain structure comprising a drain knob and a drain channel, the drain channel in communication with the drain outlet.
5. The integrated drain of claim 4, wherein a portion of the drain knob is hollow, and the hollow portion is capable of connecting the trap seal and the drain passage.
6. The integrated drain of any preceding claim, wherein the drain is secured in a wall of the cabinet by a locking device.
7. The integrated drain of claim 6, wherein the locking device comprises two sets of eccentric cam mechanisms.
8. An integrated drain as claimed in claim 6, wherein the locking means is a bayonet type locking means, or a screw fastening means.
9. An integrated drain as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein the drain is further provided with a debris inlet.
10. A cabinet with a sink, further comprising an integrated drain according to any of claims 1-9, wherein the inlet of the integrated drain is connected to the outlet of the sink.
