In a preferred embodiment, the water tank 301 comprises a main water tank 30101 and an auxiliary water tank 30102, which are connected through a bottom water tank pipeline, and the auxiliary water tank 30102 is disposed at the two sides and the vacant space above the fan 504, so as to fully utilize the remaining space, ensure that the sweeper can carry more water, provide more water sources for remote cleaning, and provide operation efficiency.
It should be noted that, in the washing and sweeping mode, a water spraying device may be additionally installed on the sweeping tray 401 to achieve the purpose of dust fall. The sprinkler comprises a sprinkler head and a sprinkler pipeline, wherein one end of the sprinkler pipeline is connected with the sprinkler head, the other end of the sprinkler pipeline is connected to the water tank 301, when the water storage in the water tank 301 is not enough to perform long-time and large-flow water spraying operation, or the road surface condition is not suitable or the area is not allowed to be washed, the sprinkler 3 can be closed, and the sprinkler works independently.
Under the mode of washing and sweeping, the sweeping disc 401 can be provided with a watering device, so that the dust can be better reduced.
In the present invention, the cockpit 2 can work in manned and unmanned modes, wherein:
in the manned work mode, the water spray device 3, the cleaning device 4 and the suction device 5 are manually driven and controlled to operate, and the garbage is manually controlled to be dumped from the garbage bin to a designated place.
In the unmanned operation mode, the sweeper is in a state of automatically driving and automatically executing a cleaning task and is completed through a sensor, a controller and a communication system which are arranged on the sweeper, the sensor is used for sensing surrounding environment information and state information of the sweeper, and the controller controls the sweeper to automatically drive, turn and stop according to a preset program or a remote instruction received by the communication system and according to the environment information and the state information and automatically controls the water spraying device 3, the cleaning device 4 and the suction device 5 to act.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the sweeper is operating in the wash mode, dry-sweeping filter cartridge 602 is not functional and dry-sweeping filter cartridge 602 may be removed to reduce vehicle load or remain absent removal. Before operation, sufficient fresh water is injected into the tank 301 and the dry-wet switching valve 604 is switched to the horizontal position, as shown in fig. 1. When the cleaning device works, the water pump 302 pumps clean water in the water tank 301, the clean water is downwards sprayed at a high speed through the spray head 304, under the impact force of the water, dust and dirt on the ground are washed clean, meanwhile, the sweeping disc 401 rotates to clean sewage and other garbage washed on the ground, and the sewage and the other garbage are collected backwards to the suction nozzle 501. The fan 504 forms a negative pressure environment in the dustbin 7 by sucking air from the dustbin 7 and discharging air from the fan outlet 506, and sewage and garbage are sucked into the dustbin 7 through the suction nozzle 501 and the suction pipe 503 by external air pressure, and fall into the dustbin 7 through gravity settling and obstruction of the wet sweeping filter screen 603. The whole washing and sweeping flow realizes the cleaning of the ground and the collection of sewage and garbage.
Further, the air path flow direction of the washing and sweeping mode is as follows: suction nozzle 501 → suction pipe 503 → dustbin 7 → wet sweeping filter screen 603 → blower inlet 505 → blower 504 → blower outlet 506, wherein the sweeping mode is suitable for non-low temperature environmental conditions.
When the sweeper is operating in dry sweeping mode, the water spray device 3 is not in operation and must be fitted with a dry sweeping filter cartridge 602. Before operation, the water tank 301 is drained to reduce the load of the vehicle, or the water tank 301 is kept when no water is required to be drained, and the dry-wet switching valve 604 is switched to the vertical position, as shown in fig. 1, and when operation, the sweeping disk 401 is rotated to sweep up dust and debris on the floor and collect them back to the suction nozzle 501. The fan 504 creates a negative pressure environment in the dustbin 7 by sucking air from the dustbin 7 and discharging air from the fan outlet 506, and dust and garbage are sucked into the dustbin 7 through the suction nozzle 501 and the suction duct 503 by the external air pressure. Larger garbage falls into the garbage can 7 through gravity settling and blocking of a dry-sweeping filter screen 601; dust and small particulate debris are filtered at the dry sweep filter cartridge 602. The whole dry sweeping mode flow realizes the cleaning of the ground and the collection of dust and garbage.
Further, the air path flow direction in the dry cleaning mode is: suction nozzle 501 → suction duct 503 → dustbin 7 → dry sweeping filter screen 601 → dry sweeping filter cartridge 602 → blower inlet 505 → blower 504 → blower outlet 506. Under the dry sweeping mode of the sweeper, the water tank 301 can be used not only under the low-temperature environmental condition, but also under the non-low-temperature environmental condition, for example, when the water in the water tank is exhausted and the washing and sweeping mode cannot be adopted, so that the utilization rate of the sweeper is further improved.
In the dry sweeping mode, a dust cover may be added above the sweeping disk 401 to prevent dust from spreading around and polluting the air and environment during operation.
At the beginning of the cleaning operation, the push rod driving device 403 drives the push rod 402 to open the cleaning plate 401 to the outside of both sides of the vehicle body, so as to expand the cleaning width as much as possible and enhance the cleaning effect. After the cleaning work is finished, the push rod driving device 403 drives the push rod 402 to retract the sweeping disk 401 to the inner parts of the two sides of the vehicle body, so that the probability that the sweeping disk 401 collides with an obstacle when the vehicle runs is reduced. The opening and retraction of the sweeping disk 401 can be controlled by a person in the cockpit 2 or can be automatically performed by the sweeper according to the environment and task.
At the beginning of cleaning, the suction nozzle lifting device 502 lowers the suction nozzle 501 from a position close to the chassis 1 to a height suitable for suction work, so as to expand the suction range as much as possible and enhance the cleaning effect. After the cleaning work is finished, the suction nozzle elevating device 502 elevates the suction nozzle 501 from the suction work level to a position close to the chassis 1 to reduce the possibility of collision of the suction nozzle 501 with an obstacle while the vehicle is running. The lowering and raising of the suction nozzle 501 can be controlled by a person in the cockpit 2 or can be automatically performed by a sweeper according to the environment and task.
The cabin 2 may be manned or unmanned. When the driver cabin 2 has a person, the person is used as a driver to control the operation of the sweeper such as running, steering, stopping and the like, the sweeper is manually controlled to perform the tasks of spraying water, cleaning, sucking and the like, and the sweeper is manually controlled to dump garbage from the garbage can 7 to a specified place. When the cab 2 is not occupied, the sweeper is in a state of automatically driving and automatically executing a cleaning task, the sweeper is provided with a sensor, a controller and a communication system, the sensor is used for sensing surrounding environment information and state information of the sweeper, and the controller controls the sweeper to automatically carry out operations such as driving, steering and parking according to the environment information and the state information acquired by the sensor and a remote instruction received by a preset program or the communication system, and automatically executes tasks such as water spraying, cleaning, sucking and garbage dumping.
Before dumping the garbage, the garbage can 7 opens the sewage outlet 703 to discharge the sewage in the garbage can 7, and then the supporting rod 702 lifts the front end of the garbage can 7 so as to dump the garbage in the can. The fan inlet 505 is fixedly connected to the front end of the dustbin 7, and when the front end of the dustbin 7 is lifted, the fan inlet 505 is also separated from the fan 504. When the dustbin 7 returns to the normal horizontal position, the fan inlet 505 is attached to the fan 504, and a certain pressure exists in the contact between the fan inlet and the fan 504, and the sealing performance is maintained through the sealing rubber strip.
The power system of the sweeper truck may be electric or internal combustion. The electric power system provides power from the electric motor, and the electric motor is powered by the battery system. The power provided by the internal combustion type power system is from an engine, the engine is powered by a fuel system, meanwhile, the water pump 302, the push rod 402 and other devices are still driven by a motor, the electric energy required by the motor is from a generator connected with the engine, and the generator is provided with a small-capacity battery to realize standby power supply.

Claims (10)
1. A cleaning vehicle for washing, sweeping and dry sweeping is characterized by comprising a washing and sweeping mode and a dry sweeping mode, and the cleaning vehicle comprises a chassis (1), and a water spraying device (3), a cleaning device (4), a suction device (5) and a dustbin (7) which are arranged on the chassis (1), wherein a filtering device (6) is arranged at an air outlet of the dustbin (7);
in a washing and sweeping mode, the water spraying device (3) can wash the ground, the sweeping device (4) can sweep the ground and collect garbage and sewage, and the suction device (5) can suck the garbage and sewage into the garbage can (7) and filter the garbage and sewage through a wet sweeping filter channel in the filtering device (6);
in the dry sweeping mode, the sweeping device (4) can sweep the ground and collect the garbage, and the suction device (5) sucks the collected garbage into the garbage bin (7) and filters the garbage through a dry sweeping filtering channel in the filtering device (6).
2. The sweeper according to claim 1, wherein said filter means (6) comprises a dry-sweep screen (601), a dry-sweep cartridge (602), a wet-sweep screen (603), and a dry-wet switching valve (604);
the dry-sweeping filter screen (601), the dry-sweeping filter cartridge (602) and the wet-sweeping filter screen (603) are all arranged on the garbage can (7), wherein the channels provided with the dry-sweeping filter screen (601) and the dry-sweeping filter cartridge (602) form a dry-sweeping filter channel, the channels provided with the wet-sweeping filter screen (603) form a wet-sweeping filter channel, and the dry-wet switching valve (604) is used for switching the dry-sweeping filter channel and the wet-sweeping filter channel.
3. The sweeper truck according to claim 2, wherein the dry sweeping filter cartridge (602) is detachably mounted on a garbage can (7) and comprises a dust removal air storage tank (60205), a filter cartridge housing and a plurality of main filter cartridges (60201) sequentially arranged in the filter cartridge housing, the dust removal air storage tank (60205) extends out of a plurality of air outlet pipes, each air outlet pipe is provided with a dust removal valve (60206), an air outlet of each air outlet pipe faces one main filter cartridge (60201), and the dust removal valves (60206) adopt pulse type dust removal valves.
4. The sweeper truck for both washing and dry sweeping according to claim 1, characterized in that the water spraying device (3) comprises a water tank (301), a water pump (302), a water spraying pipe (303) and a spray head (304);
an inlet of the water pump (302) is connected with the water tank (301), an outlet of the water pump (302) is connected with the spray head (304) through a water spraying pipeline (303), and the spray head (304) vertically faces the ground.
5. A sweeper truck for both washing and dry sweeping according to claim 1, characterized in that said sweeping means (4) comprises a sweeping disc (401), a push rod (402) and a push rod driving means (403);
the push rod driving device (403) can drive the push rod (402) to drive the sweeping disc (401) to move at the first target position and the second target position so as to match the sweeper in a working state and a non-working state, wherein a dust cover detachably connected is arranged on the sweeping disc (401) in a dry sweeping mode.
6. The sweeper truck for washing, dry sweeping according to claim 2, wherein the suction device (5) comprises a suction nozzle (501), a suction nozzle lifting device (502), a suction pipe (503), a fan (504), a fan inlet (505) and a fan outlet (506);
one end of the suction nozzle lifting device (502) is mounted on the chassis (1), and the other end of the suction nozzle lifting device (502) is connected with the suction nozzle (501) and can drive the suction nozzle (501) to move at a third target position and a fourth target position so as to match the sweeper in a working state and a non-working state;
the lower extreme of aspiration channel (503) passes through flexible line and suction nozzle (501) intercommunication, and the inside of dustbin (7) is extended to from the bottom of dustbin (7) in the upper end of aspiration channel (503), the import of fan intake duct (505) is passed through and is swept the filtration passageway futilely or wet and strain the passageway and be connected with dustbin (7), the exit of fan intake duct (505) is connected in the import of fan (504), and the export of fan (504) is passed through fan air outlet (506) and is connected external atmosphere.
7. The sweeper truck for both washing and dry sweeping according to claim 6, characterized in that the dustbin (7) comprises a bin body (701), a support bar (702) and a drain outlet (703);

in the unmanned operation mode, the sweeper is in a state of automatically driving and automatically executing a sweeping task and is completed through a sensor, a controller and a communication system which are arranged on the sweeper, the sensor is used for sensing surrounding environment information and state information of the sweeper, and the controller controls the sweeper to automatically carry out driving, steering and stopping operations according to a preset program or a remote instruction received by the communication system and automatically controls a water spraying device (3), a sweeping device (4) and a suction device (5) to act according to the environment information and the state information.
