Abstract
The invention relates to the field of asphalt waterproof coiled materials, and discloses a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material sizing material composition, a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material sizing material, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the composition contains the following components which are stored in a mixing way or are respectively and independently stored: compounding asphalt, rubber operating oil, a plastomer modifier, an elastomer modifier and a filler; the compound asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by weight of 1: 4-9 of asphalt # 10 in combination with asphalt # 50; the flash point of the compound asphalt is more than or equal to 240 ℃, and the content of asphaltene is more than or equal to 23 wt%. The bonding force of the lapping of the waterproof coiled material prepared from the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material sizing material prepared from the composition provided by the invention and a concrete base surface and the lapping of the coiled material and the coiled material is stronger, and meanwhile, the waterproof coiled material also has excellent thermal aging low-temperature performance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of asphalt waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material sizing material composition, a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material sizing material, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, when a modified asphalt polyester tire waterproof coiled material is prepared, 70# matrix asphalt or 90# matrix asphalt is usually used, and the produced waterproof coiled material has poor low-temperature cracking resistance after aging and poor bonding performance with a construction base surface.
A large amount of air holes are easily generated in the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material produced by the prior art, so that the appearance performance and the water impermeability of the coiled material are influenced, and the quality of the coiled material is increased after the coiled material is soaked in water.
CN102559135A discloses an asphalt self-adhesive, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45-65% of asphalt, 16-25% of rubber oil, 5-15% of SBS, 1-6% of SBR, 1-6% of petroleum resin, 1-7% of EVA and 10-20% of talcum powder. This prior art can increase the combined strength of self-adhesive and polymer sheet layer, has reliable bonding firmness.
CN113025068A discloses modified waterproof asphalt and a preparation method thereof. The modified waterproof asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50% -70% of matrix asphalt; 15 to 25 percent of rubber oil; 6 to 15 percent of EVA rubber powder; 5 to 12 percent of SBS rubber; 3 to 8 percent of Portland cement; 0.01 to 2 percent of silane coupling agent. The modified asphalt has excellent bonding strength and waterproof performance.
However, the above prior arts do not study the low temperature cracking resistance of the modified asphalt waterproof roll after aging.
Based on this, there is a need for a new modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of poor low-temperature cracking resistance and bonding property after aging and easy generation of a large number of air holes of the conventional modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a modified asphalt waterproof coil sizing composition, which comprises the following components stored in a mixed manner or independently:
compounding asphalt, rubber operating oil, a plastomer modifier, an elastomer modifier and a filler;
based on the total weight of the composition, the content of the compound asphalt is 50-60 wt%, the content of the rubber operating oil is 10-15 wt%, the content of the plastomer modifier is 5-10 wt%, the content of the elastomer modifier is 5-10 wt%, and the content of the filler is 13-30 wt%;
the compound asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by weight of 1: 4-9 of asphalt # 10 in combination with asphalt # 50; the flash point of the compound asphalt is more than or equal to 240 ℃, and the content of asphaltene is more than or equal to 23.0 wt%.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a process for preparing a modified asphalt waterproofing membrane sizing material, the process comprising: mixing the components of the modified asphalt waterproof coil sizing composition described in the first aspect; the step of mixing the components comprises:
(i) carrying out first mixing on the compound asphalt and the rubber operating oil to obtain a mixture I;
(ii) secondly mixing the mixture I and the component A, and controlling the conditions to obtain a mixture II with the average particle size of 100-300 mu m; the component A contains a plastomer modifier and an elastomer modifier;
(iii) carrying out third mixing on the mixture II and the component B; the component B contains a filler.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a modified asphalt waterproofing membrane sizing material prepared by the method described in the second aspect.
A fourth aspect of the present invention provides a use of the modified asphalt waterproofing membrane sizing material described in the third aspect in waterproofing membranes.
The invention adopts the following components in percentage by weight of 1: 4-9 of 10# asphalt and 50# asphalt; the flash point of the compound asphalt is more than or equal to 240 ℃, the content of the asphaltene is more than or equal to 23 wt%, and the rubber operating oil, the plastic modifier, the elastomer modifier and the filler are added according to a certain weight ratio, so that the composition with good processing performance is provided.
The bonding force of the lapping of the waterproof coiled material prepared by the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material sizing material prepared by the composition disclosed by the invention and a concrete base surface and the lapping of the coiled material and the coiled material is stronger, so that a better waterproof effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the waterproof coiled material obtained by preparation can avoid the generation of a large number of air holes, so that the problem that the coiled material is unqualified due to the increase of the quality of the waterproof coiled material after being soaked in water is effectively solved.
The method for preparing the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material rubber material has the advantages of short modification time and low modification temperature, so that the waterproof coiled material has excellent thermal aging low-temperature performance.

Preferably, the compounded asphalt is obtained by a method comprising the following steps:
(1) performing light component removal treatment on the No. 50 asphalt to obtain light component removed asphalt;
(2) in the presence of oxygen, controlling the dewaxing condition of the light asphalt to obtain dewaxed asphalt with wax content less than or equal to 1.2 wt%;
(3) mixing the dewaxed asphalt with the # 10 asphalt.
The inventor of the invention finds that the compound asphalt prepared by the method can enable the waterproof coiled material to have better adhesive property when being used for the waterproof coiled material.
Preferably, in the step (1), the condition of the light component removal treatment at least satisfies: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotation speed of the stirring is 1300-1500rpm, the temperature is 130-280 ℃, and the heating rate is 1-3 ℃/min.
The temperature increase rate indicates the amount of change in temperature per unit time. The time for the light component removal treatment and the first mixing is the total time for the temperature to rise to the set temperature value. The manner of raising the temperature is not particularly limited by the present invention, and those skilled in the art can select the method by combining with the known techniques in the field, and the method of raising the temperature is provided as an example in the following of the present invention, and those skilled in the art should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Preferably, in step (2), the dewaxing treatment is performed under conditions at least satisfying: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotation speed of the stirring is 1300-1500rpm, the temperature is 250-280 ℃, and the time is 2-3 h.

(i) carrying out first mixing on the compound asphalt and the rubber operating oil to obtain a mixture I;
(ii) secondly mixing the mixture I and the component A, and controlling the conditions to obtain a mixture II with the average particle size of 100-300 mu m; the component A contains a plastomer modifier and an elastomer modifier;
(iii) carrying out third mixing on the mixture II and the component B; the component B contains a filler.
The inventor of the invention finds that when the sizing material prepared by the method is applied to the waterproof coiled material, the waterproof coiled material has better thermal aging low-temperature performance.
The amount and kind of each component involved in the second aspect of the present invention are the same as the content and kind of the corresponding component described in the first aspect of the present invention, and are not described herein again, and those skilled in the art should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Preferably, the first mixing condition at least satisfies: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotation speed of the stirring is 1300-1500rpm, the temperature is 130-180 ℃, and the heating rate is 1-3 ℃/min.

As mentioned above, a fourth aspect of the present invention provides a use of the modified asphalt waterproofing membrane sizing material described in the aforementioned third aspect in a waterproofing membrane.

1. Low temperature cracking resistance after aging: the test was performed with reference to the GB18242-2008 standard.
2. Adhesive property: the test was carried out with reference to GB/T35467-2017 standard.

The results in table 2 show that the bonding force between the waterproof roll material prepared from the modified asphalt waterproof roll material prepared from the composition provided by the invention and the concrete base surface and the bonding force between the waterproof roll material and the roll material in lap joint are stronger, and meanwhile, the waterproof roll material also has excellent thermal aging low-temperature performance. Moreover, the prepared waterproof coiled material can avoid the generation of a large number of air holes, so that the problem that the coiled material is unqualified due to the increase of the quality of the waterproof coiled material after being soaked in water is effectively solved.
In particular, as can be seen from the results in table 2, the waterproof roll prepared from the modified asphalt waterproof roll sizing material prepared from the composition provided by the invention has good viscosity, particularly higher peel strength with cement mortar, and is suitable for wet-laid waterproof rolls.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above in detail, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, many simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of various technical features in any other suitable way, and these simple modifications and combinations should also be regarded as the disclosure of the invention, and all fall within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The modified asphalt waterproof coiled material sizing material composition is characterized by comprising the following components which are stored in a mixing way or are stored independently:
compounding asphalt, rubber operating oil, a plastomer modifier, an elastomer modifier and a filler;
based on the total weight of the composition, the content of the compound asphalt is 50-60 wt%, the content of the rubber operating oil is 10-15 wt%, the content of the plastomer modifier is 5-10 wt%, the content of the elastomer modifier is 5-10 wt%, and the content of the filler is 13-30 wt%;
the compound asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by weight of 1: 4-9 of asphalt # 10 in combination with asphalt # 50; the flash point of the compound asphalt is more than or equal to 240 ℃, and the content of asphaltene is more than or equal to 23.0 wt%.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the compounded asphalt is obtained from a process comprising the steps of:
(1) performing light component removal treatment on the No. 50 asphalt to obtain light component removed asphalt;
(2) in the presence of oxygen, controlling the dewaxing condition of the light asphalt to obtain dewaxed asphalt with wax content less than or equal to 1.2 wt%;
(3) mixing the dewaxed asphalt with the # 10 asphalt.
3. The composition of claim 2, wherein in step (1), the condition of the light component removal treatment at least satisfies: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotating speed of the stirring is 1300-1500rpm, the temperature is 130-280 ℃, and the heating rate is 1-3 ℃/min; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in the step (2), the dewaxing treatment is performed under conditions at least satisfying: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotation speed of the stirring is 1300-1500rpm, the temperature is 250-280 ℃, and the time is 2-3 h.
4. The composition according to claim 2 or 3, wherein in step (3), the mixing conditions at least satisfy: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotation speed of the stirring is 1300-1500rpm, the temperature is 170-180 ℃, and the time is 30-60 min.
5. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the rubber process oil has an aromatic hydrocarbon content of 60 wt.% or more and a density of 0.970 to 1.000kg/m at 20 ℃3The pour point is 10-25 ℃; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the plastomer modifier is selected from at least one of EVA resin and APAO.
6. The composition of any of claims 1-5, wherein the elastomer modifier is selected from at least one of SBS, SIS, SEBS, SEPS, styrene butadiene rubber; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the filler is at least one of talcum powder, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate and calcined kaolin.
7. A method for preparing a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material sizing material is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing the components of the modified asphalt waterproofing coil stock composition of any one of claims 1 to 6; the step of mixing the components comprises:
(i) carrying out first mixing on the compound asphalt and the rubber operating oil to obtain a mixture I;
(ii) secondly mixing the mixture I and the component A, and controlling the conditions to obtain a mixture II with the average particle size of 100-300 mu m; the component A contains a plastomer modifier and an elastomer modifier;
(iii) carrying out third mixing on the mixture II and the component B; the component B contains a filler.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein in step (i), the first mixing condition is at least satisfied: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotating speed of the stirring is 1300-1500rpm, the temperature is 130-180 ℃, and the heating rate is 1-3 ℃/min; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in step (ii), the second mixing conditions at least satisfy: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotating speed of the stirring is 1300-1500rpm, the vacuum degree is between minus 0.08MPa and minus 0.1MPa, the temperature is 175-180 ℃, and the time is 2-2.5 h; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in step (iii), the third mixing condition at least satisfies: stirring is carried out under the conditions that the rotating speed of stirring is 1200-1400rpm, the temperature is 175-180 ℃, and the time is 40-60 min.
9. A modified asphalt waterproofing coil stock prepared by the method of claim 7 or 8.
10. Use of the modified asphalt waterproofing coil stock of claim 9 in waterproofing coils.
